Thinking about getting a O 2x, so I have a few questions.
Which ROM is currently the most complete ICS build for the 2x?
Is HDMI working OK and in what ICS ROM?
Is there opengl (HW-accel) support and in what ICS ROM?

The best ICS rom available is the one from RC himself. (Link in signature). You'll find out yourself what's working and what not, although I can tell you that HW acceleration is not completely working.

Is there a way to enable host mode on the IncS on ICS roms? I could only find one kernel here which was built for Froyo version, is there a way to do this for ICS roms?
As far as I know you'll need the corresponding kernel sources for the Linux kernel your device runs. Alas, HTC didn't release them so far. Thus you'll have to wait...

For ICS it's only possible until HTC releases source for the kernel.

Now I can't connect my phone (SU660) to computer via USB. I think USB port is broken. Can I up stock rom and CWM via SD card? Now my stock rom is GB 2.3.4 and I want up stock rom to ICS 4.0.4. Please help me!

I also have this problem, my phone is not detected by the PC.
I want up stock rom to ICS 4.0.4.

Hi guys
I just have one question: Is there any way to access the hidden menu of the optimus 2x on tonyp's CM10.1 ROM? (or any other CM10.1 rom)
I used that menu on ICS using the activities shortcut, but now i can't do it
By the way, i'm using the korean version of the Optimus 2x (the SU660) but i'm on the new bootloader with complete P990 software (and kowalski kernel for the SU660 to use the Physical home button)

Hidden menu is only available in Stock/Stock based ROM's and not in Custom ROM's like CM
please add support for usb host to kernel for this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2543589 (i cannot write to development section)
