Hello guys. I was just wondering if anyone could share a good extended battery for the Nexus One. I'm looking for a reliable battery that is > than 1450mAh (stock). If anyone can post links, I would greatly appreciate it.
I was looking at these and was wondering if they were a deal / scam as there are no reviews:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/3000mAh-Ext...ccessories&hash=item2ebd24c58b#ht_2378wt_1037
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Extend-3000...ccessories&hash=item3a6e08b816#ht_3166wt_1037
Thanks for the help guys!
its not a scam i have a extended battery pack for my nexus one =) but just to warn you it is gonna be a lil bulky =( why not buy this http://www.ebay.com/itm/5000mAh-Por...254888?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item43ac1aee28 i have two of these and 1 full charge can last up to 96 hours =) hope i helped also u can just buy the 1800mAh that's what i have im running Runny Rom with GPS , Bluetooth , Facebook ect... i get 3 days with battery booster , Advance task killer , memory boost all 3 turned on
Thanks for that. You do say this is a legit deal though, correct? I'm just a bit thrown off because a similar (although more powerful) battery is much more, here is an example:
http://www.amazon.com/Seidio-Innoce...TBP4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1334016847&sr=8-2
Just wanted to know what the differences may be with such a price raise for 200mAh's and a different door.
I am still just considering buying this one off of Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Nexus-3000-Ex...3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1334016794&sr=1-3
Again, thanks much for the help.
your welcome and yes it's to legit to quite lol amazon is great but if your spending $13 why not buy this http://www.ebay.com/itm/3500mAh-Ext...707092?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item3cc0531114 i'm sure u will like this better it has MORE to OFFER =)

extended hd2 battery
Hi,
I did a lot of research and found that it is hard to find extended hd2 battery in the market. Then finally i realized that htc service center would be my only option and when i called them this week they said they can arrange it in a week.
@yksudha : did you get the battery from HTC service cntr ?
Any news?
I'm also interested in an extended battery pack...though the present one lasts one day...not 24 hrs..
Please reply.

I bought one from this particular seller on eBay. It's $32 USD, and I got the advertised 2.5 days of battery life, and that was on Android, with texting, web browsing, watching some video, using Google maps, and playing GTA III for a total of 70 or so minutes .
I have found this, but don't know about performance, thinking of buying this one..

What will be your suggestion?
Thanks in advance

From the looks of it i have the same brand battery as above just not the extended version. It was listed as 1350mah but then when i tested it with a good battery app i downloaded from the market it told me that it was only 1250mah. With that said if you do buy it i would make sure you test it with a good battery app to verify that your getting what is advertised. If you buy off ebay you should feel safe in knowing if you get something that isn't as advertised you can always file a case and get your money back. All things considering the battery works very well and i have no complaints with it at all other then it being listed as a 1350 battery. I bought two batteries and a charger for $8, cant beat that.
I recently came to the conclusion that i wanted to sell my 2150 battery. It was great and lasted long but I just never really could adjust to the bulk and after rooting and installing a custom ROM on my phone, my stock battery was enough to satisfy me. It is only about 2 weeks old and I'm a light user to begin with. This battery should still perform to its max. I'm posting in hope of finding someone who can get better use of it than I could. If anyone is interested you can check out the link below .

I just didn't really like the weight and it kinda was a turn off with the size. It's easier to get out of pockets with the stock haha.

Well I didn't use it too much so it's still great quality. I was hoping for around $40 on eBay but It's around 20$ at the moment on my listing so it's possible to snag it for less.
I will send you 40 for it
Just wondering if old incredible's extended battery & back cover can also be used on incredible S?

No, they only look similar in appearance, other than that they are completely different phones. The IS is quite a bit bigger, and any accessories for the original will not fit
What about Mugen Power?
They have one on their page.

Would be interested to know if it will fit nicely without any extra bulge and how much better the battery is.

and
does it really fits? because the desire z/g2 battery is model: BB96100 and my incredible S battery is model: BG32100
Good points. I think you should purchase it and let us know your findings

Did it improve battery life and do you remember if it looked similar to IS battery?

When it comes to extended batteries, Seidio comes to mind, I bought one for the Moto Droid quite some time ago, although it gave the device the much needed boost in battery life.
But still not a big fan of the added bulk to the device, so i haven't checked that site for a long time.
There should be some alternatives that can be found on ebay as well, just Google the brands you find and + review at the end to see if anyone is contributing any real user comments on it.
I wouldn have little faith in extended batteries which do have the same size as the original one. If you don't want an added bulk, the only alternative is an external battery, such as zaggsparq. I've just bought one and are going to give a short review soon.
Here is a link that might be helpful LINK.

It definitely did. And yeah it kinda looks about the same size but I'm not sure.
The G2/DZ battery is slightly less is mAh at 1300 (vs 1450 in the IncS), but it works just fine in the IncS. I've got my wifes G2 battery in my phone while I break in the IncS battery. So any extended battery for the G2/DZ will work in the IncS.
working 10% off code if anyone decide to get one - 123VC
I've ordered a Mugen battery but it will take some time to receive. When I get it I'll post some results..

I'm really considering buying one but would love to hear some feedback first, would it fit a TMOUS HD2 or a EUR HD2? Does the kernels recognizes the extra juice or you need to restart it at some point?
Thank you guys..
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
I don't have one, but I remember asking about it before. Here's the feedback I remember getting:
- When you attach it, it acts like a charger, not like an extended battery (so kernels/roms/os doesn't have anything to do with it)
- It fits both a TMOUS HD2 and a EUR HD2, but obviously its it a bit loose.
- You cannot use the connection from the powerskin to transfer data, only charge the battery inside it, and hence the battery in the phone.

Thank you mate, i will order one and then will give my feedback..

Thank you so much for your help, that's exactly that, and cheaper.. that's great, they don't ship it to Europe, I need to find a seller who does..

So besides its look, what does every expect from its lifetime.
I bought a second hand note about 6 months old and the new batterys from ebay were just as good if not better than the original hence im thinking a 6500ma battery would see possible 2 full days of heavy use? perhaps 4 of light use.. I hope they bring out the 12000ma extended battery

I prefer to buy another original or anker battery with a double charger for 30 bucks and put it the second in the wallet than use this extended in the phone.
I would rather get a second official battery than have this monstrosity destroy the look of my phone

I think you are all missing the point of this battery.
I was in Thailand with the arduos task of taking 3000 photos on my note. My small batterys didnt last that long and was also hard to grip. The big phone with big battery was far superior. Obviously it destroys the look but for usability it is amazing.
Can we keep comments to the use of thos battery, not the look it will give the phone.. Ovbviously its not a fashion accesory **** guys
I can see its usefulness, that's for sure. I just think the company could have worked on the execution a bit better. But no doubt, if you need a long life battery, it should do the trick.

Cheap no brand batteries are NEVER as good as the quality OEM products. I'll reserve judgement on this thing until someone's reported on its actual performance.
That is a good find.
I'll definitely buy one before taking a trip/vacation.
It'll be a very handy if not a life saver.
Be sure to let us know how it performs.

I don't understand why you these extended battery case makers make a lump,
rather than just making the entire case that thick. (maybe needing a bigger hole for the camera.
It'd look much nicer.
