I didn't flash it but just extracted the baseband files, it seems BB 725 is included
I'm not an expert, but I just tried the following:
if you open the R375_SIC.fls file in an editor (I used notepad++) and search for the different BB version numbers, you'll find the following expression: "1035.21_20110725"
Here are V20r baseband and ril:
BB: http://www.mediafire.com/?rv9g7dfgu3agv25
RIL: http://www.mediafire.com/?5wo1zkhm5kg03ul
I already made a rebuild of it for me, but there is no comparable difference to V20q in speed or smoothness, so I don't think I need to upload a rebuild.

Just for Info, just flashed Baseband: it's a 0725 variation will try it a bit to see.
I've flashed the version of flelix but i noticed that the On Screen Phone is not removed (still, thank you for a flashable version).
But since it still consumes battery without reason, can i use your V20Q tweak pack for this or will it result in me flashing this rom again?
thanks flix123

@Flix123 thanks a lot bro. Seems you heard my request. Please make one CWM flashable of V20H also, coz it is known as released in India and will be grateful if you make one for Indian users like us so we can check and review the BB and RIL with Indian network. Thanks in advance.

I don't need to flash the rom, I can extract everything. Downloading takes a few minutes, extracting and building the rebuild take a few minutes, too.
Uploading takes ~1h, but that's no problem.

hmmm thanks a lot, dear @Flix123. why dont you make new V20H thread with your own selected memory and battery tweaks? Sorry if I am asking too much.
Otherwise just guide me which memory and battery tweaks I should use on V20H alongwith Spica's HP Kernel?

I tried V20H, but it's not much better than V20q so I stay on V20q.
Maybe the V20q Tweak Pack works on V20H, too. You can try it but do a backup before because I'm not sure!
If you want memory tweaks, you can install the Supercharger, but I don't like these extra-scripts. You could install the modified Performance Pack V9 (flash it over one of spicas kernels) for better performance and super smoothness in combination with the SR2 Kernel.

Found a great ROM totally based on a new concept of DUAL ROM. Both GR5 by Paul & MIUI12.2 bundled together by "ChinaGB". I have flashed this ROM today and its working well since last few hours. If interested you may try the ROM at link below. Screenshots also available there at Modaco.
http://android.modaco.com/topic/349332-gr5miui1202-double-system/
All credit goes to ChinaGB for bundling the ROMs. Thanks to him. I have only posted the link as the concept is great to me.
11.12.2011: Subsequently another DUAL ROM developed by ChinaGB again with GR5+CM-204. Link attached. Downloading. Will flash in free time.

great going.
Thanks to ChinaGB for the ROMs & S.don for providing the link.
Edit: Actually both the ROMs are bundled by ChinaGb. S.Don only provided the link like me.

any tutorial? or any specific flashing procedure? wipes? can you guide please? As i read the Modaco thread, there are some functions not working...what are those?
Thanks Partha...
No special tutorial needed. FULL WIPE needed, i.e., wipe data, cache, dalvik. Run CONVERT TO EXT3 by Paul and lastly flash. ROM will boot into GR5. Dont skip initial android screen. RONs can be changed by tapping dedicated icons. Lastly till now I have not found anuthing not working. Using MIUI at present. Only thing is battery seems to be draining faster than Topo's ROM & SPICA kernel. But nothing wrong in trying its an unique experience. Apps installed in one ROM shows up in other.

Partha, Thanks for the information. But, what about the free RAM? HD Video, BT, Wifi, 3G mobile data, etc?
How long is the battery after a charge?
BTW, I just downloaded tht...waiting for your answer....
Thanks once again
how will you install the available tweaks in each type of the rom? it will surely get into bootloop, afaik..
BT wifi working. 3g i cannot check. RAM is more than 100mb and UI is fluid. I have mostly used the MIUI part but I think v20l will also be stable. Battery is one point which I am still testing.
Regarding tweaks as pointed out by Helldroid nothing can be done. Both the ROM uses different kernels. MIUI uses swiftextreme and v20l uses probably default with tweaks like support for voodoo. RIL is also different for both ROMs and only customisation i have done is flashed RIL in MIUI part.
Thanks

the battery seems draining fast but , how-to manage a calibration on both sides ? ;-)

I haven't calibrated my battery. You try and advise us if successful. I think try the MIUI side first because MIUI seems to be draining faster than v20l. BTW you can download ONLY 1.2MB updater in the Modaco site and flash it (I flashed it after wiping Cache/dalvik cache) to update your MIUI version to latest 12.9. Very Simple. I Liked the way of updating. BTW while flashng the update I first booted to MIUI ROM and then booted to CWM from MIUI ROM so that after flashing it boots to MIUI. Don't know if flashing from the v20L side would do any harm but I thought it safer to go by MIUI side since its a MIUI update.
I have applied the fr version changes to the rom for miui part so i think i wont be able to update the ota method . but i will try...
anyway there's currently a fr version being cooked with a customized miui

does anyone know how to change gr5 to cm7 in this rom and if it is possible?

Also there a tweaked french miui version wich may be ported with your boot apps but, from what i know, it's a work in progress.

Wow, is this firmware fully compatible with Europe (Providers, languages etc.)?
Does this means a new ril?
679mb isn't too much for a Smartflash version?
Has anyone tested this baseband? It is compatible with other european providers?
nice, after month i will get 20C too (baltic)
Hope ICS will be pushed soon too
If it's better than V20q, I could make a rebuild in a few days.

Thanks Chupi. Maybe, you can suggests or comments about the latest Kang's Version.
Right now, the version is in Kang 66. I did not test yet but maybe in the coming days.
So, just tell me what should be done on this thread. What lacks? What to improves?
Dong Jose
havent tested kang66 yet...only use CM9 so i can familiarize my self with the options but now went back again to CM7 but still thinking of going back to CM9 or stock v20m if i can download it
Also havent tested the other kernel you posted for ICS...maybe will try that combo with owains kang...i always use wkparks ICS kernel...
my issue with CM9 is that i am having problem restoring data for my games...i do a lot of gaming on my phone and only tested CM9 cause im bored with my games
also confirm i am unable to see SD card when phone connected to PC, only see internal memory...
you can include link of stock SU660 ROM also...and i know someone who was able to use MIUI for SU660 so maybe if you know any link for that you can add it also
good thing you have the patience to organize things for SU660...this will help a lot of SU660 users

CM7 kernel for SU660
Can you post/share also updates to CM7?
I reverted back from CM9 to CM7 because it seems slow in my phone.
I am currently using Temasek's CM7 Bulids (Build 106) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1421425
I am using the SU660 kernel from this thread (Kernel 2.6.32.50) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1395216
CM9 seems to be snappier(trebuchet launchet) compare to CM7(adw launcher) but games performance is a lot bettet on CM7...also tested both with quadrant and antutu and got weird result...with CM9 I got min 2600 to 3200 on quadrant but got only 5300 on antutu...on CM7 min 2400 max 2700 on quadrant but got 5800 to 5900 on antutu...base on my usage/experience,I'm with CM7 a little
Thanks Guys for discussing about LG Optimus SU660.
For sure, some developers were reading this thread and maybe, they can help us our problemas in LG Optimus 2x SU660.
Main thread updates as Aragorn suggested.

I tried to flash Su660_32MS_default but 'installation aborted'. Same thing with InternalSDaddon

Can you upload the kernel that you are using here so that we could use it too? thanks
MIUI/CM7 kernel for SU660
I like to share this with you. This is Kernel 2.6.32.57 for SU660. I got it from vietnamese forum site. You can flash it with any MIUI or CM7 rom (I recommend temasek's CM7 roms). This is the latest kernel I had found so far for SU660. If anyone had a better kernel or higher version than this kernel, please share.
It would better if we could have kernels for su660 based on temasek's kernel, especially the overclock ones. I am not satisfied with open2x kernel. If only someone could compile temasek's kernel source and patch it with open2x su660 patch.

What ROM are you using right now? Ginger Bread 2.3.4 or Kang's Version? In order to install that, you must root your phone by CWM for SU660.
Please follow these steps for rooting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1327599

Another useless GB upgrade ? I really stopped hoping
Oh no, don't say this. Maybe V20s is very good.
Rebuild and tweak pack will be available later in the day.
Waiting for the zip file to flash via CWM

Flix, I updated to 20S with LG mobile then restored to factory. This means that I have odexed rom, anyway your percentage battery which is supposed only for deodexed is working well.
Many thanks for your work
Stock roms are also deodexed since V20q. So my tweak pack and battery mod also work on stock rom kdz.

I rather prefer a stable and performant GB-Rom, than a halfbaked ICS-Release
I'm sure we won't see any ICS-Release for the P990, as long as the P880 is fresh on the market.
which baseband this have ?
V20S Baseband 1035.21_20120521
any noticeable improvements ?
Another gb update, so tired of this official updates waiting for an official ics rom with hw acceleration so rom cookers can cook a better one!

I wasn't able to find working link also. There is workaround, but is pain in the b....Process would be to return to stock 2.36 xxjw4 via Odin, root your device again, make backup of efs folder(imei number is there, phone won't work without it),flash stable CM10.1 to change partition layout, then what ever you want. Most of the roms don't change modem, modem stays after flahing roms....I would rather wait for working link or search for them deeper, but that's me

Flashing ICS and above changes the modem to JVT, so even if you do flash JW4 stock that's changed as soon as you flash CM9/CM10.1
However WD40 very kindly uploaded a version of JW4 in the modems thread:
