Hi guys,
I installed ICS on my Dads Samsung Galaxy last week, and he decided to play around with it and ended up trying to restore it back to GB. It's now stuck on the boot screen and I've got no idea what to do. I've done factory reset etc, and tried to reinstall yet the SD card isn't being picked up.
I'd really appreciate some help here.
Thanks guys.

Sorry if there is a thread about this already.
My girlfriends galaxy note started to do a software update and went to reboot and it gets stuck on the boot up screen. (With the writing)
The phone isn't rooted but is there anyway to get the phone working without doing a factory restore and wiping the data?
Thank you.
Hi guys
I am hoping someone can advise me on how to get my phone booted.i took it off charge yesterday and switched it on, but it doent go past the samsung s3 mini splash screen. It either gets stuck there or reboots continuously only to that screen. Also my recovery does exactly the same, gets stuck on twrp screen. I am on carbon 4.4.4 from nf and twrp 2.8. I tried a fresh install via odin, it flashes successfully, but still only to the s3 logo.
Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Yesterday, i was using my s3 when i thought of installing a new rom, when i installed cwm using odin, i couldnt factory reset since it just stopped laoding and paused. then i tried backing up to see if that works but that didnt work either, so i installed philz touch as an alternate but same results. But then i just *yolo* and installed the rom without resetting and it got stuck the the 2nd booting screen where the samsung sign appears and glows with a blue light. I tried to do everything i can but nothing worked. Plz help Admins if u can, my warranty ran out so plzzzzzzzzz, i beg u:crying::crying:
I hope someone can help me.
I have an old galaxy note GT-N7000 which I still use and it’s rooted. Recently it has been giving me issues so I decided to do a factory reset which I thought would just fix everything. However, it just got stuck on the Samsung Galaxy note screen. It also only boots into download mode, not recovery mode & I have tried all the tricks and still it will not boot to the home screen.
I have downloaded a stock N7000 stock rom to flash back to stock, the Jodin program, including the pit file, but as soon as it connects and tells me to press start, all it says is running but does nothing. It will not allow me to flash anything.
Any idea why it’s stuck on the boot screen and how can I fix this? Should I have wiped something before doing a factory reset, as I don’t have a clue. Also if it’s best that I put a latest rom on it, I’ll be cool with it, as long as I can get it working again
Cheers for any help guys...
Thanks
