I have a stock 2.3.6 rooted d4, and I have noticed that sometimes, the keyboard just stops responding. nothing except rebooting will fix the issue (which happens very rarely, I should add). anyone else have this problem? or an easier fix?
I have the exact same problem. Doesn't happen often, but it is truly annoying. And it started happening long before I rooted it.

I have been on JVQ since it was leaked (have KC1 modem though) and I haven't noticed any major issues vs the older KC1; rather, JVQ seems to be a lot better. One thing which I have just had happen to me was that my phone seemed to have restarted w/o actually restarting. That is, all apps seemed to have been restarted and media scanning was occurring as well. I have noticed that the phone itself didn't restart since it shows uptime as being a few days and counting.
This is the first time that this has happened, afaik, and occurred as I was trying to unlock/wake the screen. Nothing was responsive but after the screen woke up, the behaviour was that of a restart/boot (media scanning, looking for radio/provider sigal, apps staring up, etc...)
My question: is there anyone else that has experienced this and is this a known issue? Also, is there a solution?

I've had it a couple of time on JVQ via Kies but also had it on JVO. No apparent cause.
I have actually observed the phone apparently shut down and restart but the system uptime appears to contradict this.
After the update my phone works great, except occasionally the phone will lock up and randomly reboot.. happens only about once a day, when no specific thing is happening.. just wondering if I am the only one having this issue?
My S6 randomly becomes unresponsive, it seems to happen most while charging. But when it does, the power button doesn't do anything. The only way I've found to get it working is to hold down power and volume down.
Only started happening after 5.1.1 update.

Any ideas what's causing it? Anyone else experiencing it?

Factory reset!
Same issue. Tried factory resetting and the problem still persists...
Same problem here. Not necessarily when I charge. Hangouts is a wreck, takes forever to launch and when it does, it lags. The keyboard also sucks and lags.
Random app crashes, this phone is wearing me out. Not sure if it's hardware, or if I should just root and send it back.
Edit: it also switches to 4G when there's a great LTE signal and it will NOT switch back unless I toggle the network in settings.
5.0.2, rooted and modified ram managment settings from the thread in general discussion. phone is slow af after an hour or two of use, a reboot fixes it temporarily but it's still consistently terrible. would love some kind of fix for this :-/

My s6 is fine. No lag and responsive while charging. Didn't have problems while on stock but I'm currently running XstreStoLite Odex

Have you tried without using the mod?
Make sure it is not an app causing the issue for anyone who has this problem

Hey guys, my touch screen is acting really weird. multiple clicks, sometimes stops working at all so I have to block my phone and wake it so it works. Sometimes it works right for 10 minutes, sometimes every damn second. It is a real pain.
I have taken it appart to check the screen flex cables but they were both perfectly tight.
Any help?? It is becoming a problem and maybe one day it will stop working at all
Do you have Facebook app installed ? If you do uninstall it and see if the problem is still there,i have the same problem,but when i uninstalled the app it happens less often and its not that bad when it happens.
gonna try that. But I dont think thats the problem because when I tried flashing new roms the problem persisted even when in TWRP
Ok so today I have found out some different problems with my phone and I wonder if somebody happened to acknowledge them as well.
1. If I am using my phone will charging, the touchscreen goes insane. If I press the back button, all three buttons are "pressed" in the same time. It doesn't respond anyway normal to my commands. I thought it is a problem from the charger, I switched to normal charging and the same.
2. When I activated the wifi after plugging the phone off, a voice in Polish or something said something for like 5 seconds. A robot voice. Weird and creepy.
3. It seems laggy that never before. SwiftKey seems laggy and daily use as well.
Any of you had those problems?

I actually had something similar to 1 after the latest update (.328) but reboot resolved it for me and never happened since.

now there is a problem. since updating to 325, I found the wifi is off every morning when i woke up. Not a big issue, but I'm getting quite annoyed after 3, 4 days needing to turn on the wifi every morning.
