Good day,
I want to create new ROM for Wildfire.
before beginig my work , i want get tour opinition to create est rom for Wildfire.
After my work done , I upload Our rom and share it in this topic.
Please give me your opinion for best Wildfire ROM to create it.
And plz a choose a name for it. :-D

- select between HTC Sense and ADW.Launcher
- select between Sense and Android Lookscreen
- Livewallpaper (only when on ADW.Launcher)
- build-in Wifi Tether (like that from WildPuzzle v8.x.x)
- app2sdext
- Working Facebook and Twitter sync (i like the HTC Sense Contacts)
- Working Bluetooth, GPS, Wifi
- maybe OC Kernel by HCDR.Jacob

I want to fix bug of both.
I like openfroyo but it have many bug and no beautiful style.

Hopefully country prefix (for example +60) bug in Wildpuzzle where it only displays numbers instead of saved contact names in sms and received calls can be fixed with your new rom.

Hmm , I Was Thinking to Play with Android ROM Cooking as well , And Found AOSP hard to Play with , I am sure its going to be PITA to Try and Customize it with every Detail.
My world Revolve Around the Word 'Extreme' , My ROM's name is XtremeFroyo , So I am quiet out of Ideas , How About ZoPeX ?

i think rom must
1. froyo based
2. with super fast speed (i.e pure vanilla android no pre-installed application, give chance to user install according to his/her choice only provide market).
3. htc sense interface as a additional zip file, so if anybody want to add.
4. all hardware support as best as possible
5. camera, wifi and bluetooth must work
6. must be rooted
7. usb & wifi tethering must work

- Ad-Hoc WIFI networks enabled, as it is in WildFire (there is a patch in that thread to do that).
- I would like to see a minimalistic design, for users to customize it as they like
- Changed system sounds would be nice (star wars r2d2 sounds would be a nice choice i think)
- Would be nice to see some other (optimized?) media players (music/video)
- Of course a tuned and speed optimized ROM is appreciated as always..
- I agree with the guy who said "WildBeast" would be the name of this ROM
I wish you success on your work bringing this ROM to life!

that discusion ist senseles...
we don´t have a really good working base ROM and you talk about goodies to add and names for a ROM that dosen´t exists.
what we need first is a base ROM that really works. no contact bug, no location bug, no missing end call button things and camera force closes.
you´re talking about fixing bugs... than do... do not talk about what everyones favorite goodie to add. everyone of us want a fast and stable ROM with all base features.
if you can make it, present it.... THAN talk about the details and goodies to add.
sorry for my hard words, but we have 2 really good choises with openfire and wildpuzzle. that would be good basements to build a new custom rom... or even CM6 when it´s ready for take of.
to build a new ROM from scratch is hard work dude. and even copy/paste some features from the one to the other, put some market apps in dosen´t make a "new" ROM you are talking about.
i like dreaming to... to discover whats possible. and everything what´s working on the wildfire at least, is implementet in different ways in 2 different early ROM´s.
it would take some time to fix the last bug, but the guys who are working on that are real though... perhaps you can help them to fix the last bugs, instet building a new ROM from scratch and fight against the same bugs which have allready been fixed.
just my 2 cents

ANNOUNCEMENT : Due to some personal reasons and this ROM being stable and hardly needing any work. I would be coming to the thread a little less frequently. Take Note that this is not a ROM issue.
​HOW TO ::
Wipe your Cache first .. then Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
JUST ONE STEP and you are done :: To Flash, the zip file needs to be copied to root of your SD card and flashed from recovery.
You can also use ROM Manager.
Step by Step guide for Beginners​​
Copy the zip file to the root of your SD card.
Power off your phone.
Now press the down volume button and power on the phone.
Now wait for few seconds and when phone finishes checking SD card, Press down volume, now recovery is highlighted Now select recovery(go into recovery) by pressing power button with recovery highlighted.
In the recovery menu the optical track button works. So now choose the option Wipe your Cache, first .. then Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
Now Install zip from SD card using the track button and select by pressing the track button.>> Now choose the zip file to install i.e SUnAaBh v1.1
Wait for a few seconds may be a minute and done ..reboot the phone it will then flash a new radio image.
Again phone will auto reboot :: give it sometime the first boot takes a little time::: 5 to 10 minutes.
Your new Rom is installed and ready to use. go through the initial setup.
Have fun and give your feedback.

Dude i just checked it .. scroll down and u will find hebrew in initial setup screen after flash.. if u have already flashed this rom go to Menu>all apps> there is an app called setup with icon like magician's hat click on that and change ur language to hebrew..

thanks mate, by the way I use launcher go launcher ex,for me it not ulgy..the rom has include launcher Phoenix launcher but I don't like so I change use go launcher ex..nice
edit::it's not possible mate you can use whatever launcher what you like

thanks,for the font I like use some style..I hate use default something like font,icon, and window, so I change at all and give this rom more beautiful..like I said,I like some moded: -)

I cant test the hdmi because I don't have television to connect my phone, so you can try by you self and give me feedback..: -)

it nice vivekb, yes it get some force close,i already say about this issues in my first thread,is because some file i not use it, because can give this rom not booting, so i remove it..
I use kernal rom bumblebee yash made by edowar because I use the module to get stable for this rom..

No problem, he, e.. I got it running. As I was on Bumblebee CM7 I didn't even have to format data and it runs really nice to. Smoooth as a babe )

i think the incallvol.zip patch didn't work for bumblebee rom, so the hopes for it working for this rom are vey low imo....

I already tried it, and Its work for me,this is not rom bumblebee,some of file I using it to make this rom booting , this is rom bulid from htc desire hd, I think rom last update cyanogenmod7 edowar use this file to make solve incomming call and also I know this file from rom andro-id..

if thats so, then good work! will try this ROM.

Mock kernel is not working with this ROM, so please don't try it second thing when I wake up phone after long time, I can not play music, can not make call, in short music output gone ... restart is only option after which everything back to normal ....

did you wipe cache after flashing the increase vol zip?
man every fbo rom has a flaw we have to be able to live with
bumblebee - in call volume issue
miui - kernel wakelock mmc0,mmc1,mmc2
cm7 edowar - add apn manually

yes you right vevikb, but I only get the problem can't play musik when wake up for long time..

[ROM][HTC Tattoo][Gingerbread][iOS STYLE][JOY OS][RELEASE 1][25/06/2012]

I present to you Joy OS (iOS look)(Gingerbread) ROM for our HTC Tattoo.
Installation instructions
1.Download the ROM and GAPPS.Place onto your SD Card.
2.Boot into Recovery Mode(preferably ClockworkMod as i have tested on this only)
3.Do a Full Wipe (factory reset, mount & storage > format /system, advanced > Erase Dalvik cache)
4.Flash The ROM.
5.Flash Gapps (optional as I have included them in system)
6.Reboot and Welcome to your new ROM
Whats Working
Everything as far as I know. If you do find something not working please let me no and I will update this post
Problems
1. The Phone and Contacts app are not iOS style. I have to resize the iOS styled ones
2. Chinese text where clear notifications is supposed to be displayed.
3. For the iPhone Launcher, please see the next post and download the attached apk file!

1. For the iPhone Launcher please download the apk attached to this post
2. For the Status Bar to look like iOS one,do the following
settings < display < statusbar settings < enable centre clock < enable Left battery percentage < enable netOperator show
For the AM/PM with the clock do the following
settings < Others < Cm Settings < Interface < Status bar tweaks < AM/PM style
3. For overclock,do the following

anyways good you liked my ROM...and it cant help as its another rom altogether
Next update going to make the status bar transparent...and kemoba working on dialer and contacts!!

Very very fast rom .. very stabe but facebook gets force close sometimes, and if u can, u can make the the keyboard a bit smaller and remove the settings that have no functionality with the luncher like cm. Using it for 2 days and its absolute amazing.

Unfortunately No....only a handful right now...English,Spanish,Italian and chinese...will try to add more languages in next release!

Problem or Function not included

I install your rom. It is wonderfull but it has some problems .
1. When we connect the phone to pc it connected auto. In usb debuging mode. Not ask to connect via disk drive or mobile networking share option.
2. When phone restart it ask to chose action with launcher or other app not yet know. I think it should restart with launcher permanently without asking an action.
3. When we chose any action like as make call or change settings i mean working on phone with kepad then keypad LED not on.

about the first pt...i dont think those options come up in CM 7...so cant do anything about that!!
second pt..ill look into it...maybe forgot to add a restart app!
third one....ill try to fix..not that experienced to fix that..will try my best!!

One Problem i remember about Bluetooth. In original rom 1.6, Bluetooth paired but not connected appear. In this rom this message also appear.

.4. removed stock browser cuz it was boring please try custom browsers from market.
.5. a stock keypad cant be installed in this rom. but swype is preinstalled so please type with your swype
.tested every app .(( i was tired with guys coming up with bugs ))
.memory tweak
.6. multi csc added to support many lanugages. dont ask me about a particular language under settings > local and text > select your language and use.
.7. gallery3d app re added. please choose your own lock and home screens
.8. beats audio engine for a perfect audio experience.
.9. a very different and attractive approach to screen resolution and texts to give a rich feel.
.10. 1 % battery mod added on request along with battery icon.
.11. a very sleek and stylish task manager like ics.
.12. memory tweak
#( applications get installed to your sd card because of this tweak but KINDLY DONT MOVE YOUR SWYPE TO YOUR SD CARD )

# how to install
1.you must install clockworkrecovery

3. reboot . go to recovery by pressing home , power and volume up button simultaneously. get into clockworkmod backup and restore. select restore. select bijoy91 . done.

it was already made by some repencis labs . i fixed the resolution and plenty of bugs. thats it.
nope no themes. the rom is faster compared to its counterparts.

Nice work. But an old kernel how much space and ram did it use? And if u want to tell it, which prog did u use to make it. Keep up the good work. Will test it asap

dude i am taking screenshots of my phone right now . its made from xxla4 gingerbread and morphed to look like ics without an external launcher app.

Oh sry, was confused of the date under the kernel. I use root uninstaller with some personal tweeks, like an empty host file or just one notification sound and font.

i guess 5 screenshots are enough ???? note the time its 12:11 shown on the lock screen when i was uploading it . thats enough proof i guess

ahh blue and black reminds me of creeds 3.5 rom . the only issue after i fixed it is that you cant get internet settings automatically . if someone was to help but they often neglect newbies. i told many senior guys about creed 3.5 rom tho. this rom is much more stable than creed 3.5 and i felt. also creed 3.5 is based on xxla2 and xxla4 is classier , i feel
