Has the kernel been fixed yet? I have tried it along with others on the HTC raider Canadian version. We got the wifi working as you mentioned but it's still not overclocking the cpu.

Going to try this rom out! I'm so excited!

I don't try to test, cause I don't use Canadian locale..

Testing this rom right now... Booted up okay (takes a while to start, perfectly normal). Auto reboots from recovery right after the update which is pretty convenient
The Default T9 keyboard is really hard to deal with, easy to switch.(press the gear lol).
There is no default file manager. You should definitely put one for easy access.
Battery indicator has a small font percentage. Lovely.
Small thing I noticed while installing apps are the permissions that each app requests. Sometimes they get a little glitchy or messed up. Or they say connection problem or invalid feature code.
Sadly, the kernel still doesn't push the clock past 1182 GHz ):
Typical Available RAM at boot is around 490 MB to 520 MB...Everything is working perfectly smooth, even the Wifi was working fine with not extra steps.
I also missed the part about Data not working for Rogers customers :/ Tried using the Rogers APN.. doesn't work.

This may be a very noob question, but did it change your boot animation?
I'm in South Korea, and the Raider ships with a very obnoxious SKT sound that plays EXTREMELY loud by default.
I would like to do away with that.

Just flashed ROM, unfortunately CPU is still at 1.2ghz. At this point all rooted devices are from either Rogers or Bell in Canada and I highly doubt if anyone can get the cpu back to 1.5ghz. However I do appreciate your work.

Yes it changes your boot animation.. to something else.. a bit T.. 4GLTE display.. still has sound though...
I'm reverting back to my old rom strictly because I cant get my 4G APN for Canada working.. maybe i'm retarded or something lol.

Yep I'm very retarded. Here's the 4GLTE APN settings for Rogers customers in Canada :/ I just friggin restored and found it.

In regards to the issue of this rom: the advanced power menu. I don't actually see the problem. It works perfectly fine on my end.
Small setback. I get Data to work, but I can only mac out 3G. Cannot hit 4G.

Actually, I had this problem here in Korea. My gf has a Raider, too, but didn't experience the problem.
If you go to Dialer and type in *#*#4636#*#* it should bring up a hidden menu.
Then hit Phone Information and scroll to the bottom. If you have the same issue I have, then "Set preferred network type" will be set to WCDMA Preferred.
Change that option to GSM/WCDMA/LTE Auto and it should automatically choose 4G if it's available, then 3G, then finally 2G if it must.
Hopefully this fixes your 4G woes!

Epinter CM10 Boot Fix - this is the most updated CM10 you can get! Works on JB and ICS.
1. Flash after installing ROM (link below) to fix the Encryption Unsuccessful error. This was a hard one to figure out!!
2. You must also install the WIFI fix.
Manually setting Network to GSM/3G/LTE/ETC
Dial *#*#4636#*#* -> Phone Info -> Preferred Network
LTE for AT&T Users
1. Edit /system/build.prop so the default network = 9
2. Factory Reset to fix any errors/FCs.
3. Create a new APN for LTE

That's not possible with a single ZIP flash. Each ROM has its own unique build.prop, so you'd need a different ZIP fix for each ROM.
Camera works on all non-CM10 ROMs.

I was thinking about doing flashable zips to fix WiFi and LTE for each of the XT926 roms but I'm pretty sure that AT&T/Straightalk users still aren't getting proper data with the tweaks I've already done. I don't have an Atrix HD to test any maybe fixes that of thought of, so it'll be awhile before that happens.

Updated so that we can finally enjoy an updated CM10 from Epinter without the Encryption Unsuccessful error. Hopefully others can learn from this to use on their ports. The /bin files are necessary due to the init modifications required by safestrap.
Also included some information to help newbs learn to fish. Now if only they could search

made 3G more stable ( no more having to do Airplane mode and having it say Empty in status and should have stronger 3G service)

I'll give this a shot after I finish with the version Dubbsy over in the verizon forum did for me.

to fix the roaming indicator, you need to import cm eri.xml file in the overlay.

I'm not getting any data at all. Are you on MDL? I tried to connect to Wi-Fi and disconnect and no luck.

Just flashed this rom from a CM nightly. I don't get any service whatsoever but everything else seems to be working fine.

lost my radio completely, came from MDL, any idea whats up?

If you go to mobile networks does it keep reverting back to wcdma preferred? Try that app I mentioned a few posts back, that's what the Verizon thread says to use and it worked for me

When I download the LTE OnOff app and go to "Set preferred network type:" no matter which option I select, the box just says "Unknown" when I select it.

I had those settings but baseband said unknown

already on lte/cdma cdma subscription options are only 2 ruim/sim and nv

Same here... The OP shows a picture with MDL baseband how was that achieved?

[4G] [AOSP] [test zip][kitkat][KRT16S]

Rom is pure AOSP with a mod to see if LTE settings work you can *#*#4636#*#* and change the settings there and they sick after reboot . But i have no 4G sim to use to see if the mod works or is it just a dead end . If someone could test it please and let me know yes or no . And i have used hellscore latest kernel for this rom

Hey bud. You might want to go into further detail. Like what exactly is that zip? What exactly are you looking to test?

Hashcode has posted this Rom 4.3 but now is delete from his server, i reupload it because many guys search it.
Using new kernel 3.0.8 from other motos
- You can install in any rom-slot (i have on rom-slot 3)
- Still no camera
- Seems to be a lot faster and responsive
- Must reboot on set up screen to enable wifi
- Internal storage is now defualt
- HD codecs are not enabled (hence why higher free RAM)
- Keyboards and backlights work
- Virtual keyboard stops working once you use the physical one
- Much better battery life

Wait. does this mean that Droid 3 developing is still alive? i thougth we played requiem for this phone! and what "Using new kernel 3.0.8 from other motos" means? that maybe the old kernel problems are getting looked into again? (like camera, HD codecs, etc)
I'm looking forward especially to a possible CM11, since i heard that KitKat is very optimized for 512MB RAM phones...

In my xt862 calls and sms working, for xt883 you need special build.prop:

so the gsm hack will work for this as long as the same steps(flash radio,change build.prop) are followed?

I have a correct GMS build.prop that I edited for this rom. Mine is a XT862 with the XT883 rom for stock. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get to work. I think this phone is a good backup to my Moto X and Droid 4. If ya'll want me to post it let me know.

thanks, works lovely on slot2. i personally find having no camera a bonus and only use this on wifi so for me everything works great.
