[Q] Bricked my phone and don't know how to fix

I really need some help with my Zio m6000 cricket junk. I bricked it and can't figure out for the life of me how to fix it.
I read post after post in this forum and did everything I can think of and nothing is working. I have all the programs I think I need to dump the rom on my pc. None of them will even read that the phone is connected to the pc.
I sent message after message and only a few have responded but none knew how to help me. I thank those who did try though. I know there has to be a way to unbrick a Zio phone by now. None of the posts in the forum explain this in full detail because they are ALL from a year or more ago, or just don't explain in todays times how to do it.
I'm so close to just taking my hammer and smashing the phone and take the total loss with it. I can't affored to buy another phone, and Cricket service eats a **** for helping me replace the phone.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP ME INSTAL, RUN, PROGRAM WHAT NEEDS PROGRAMMED OR WHATEVER IT IS I NEED TO DO TO GET MY PHONE WORKING AGAIN????????

I'm not the most experienced, so I am not entirely sure if this will work, but I know it fixed my bootloop issue. Have you tried doing a factory restore? To do so, hold the power button and the volume down button. A screen will pop up, simply navigate using your scroll ball and select the factory restore option. Note that this will erase all Apps and user data on the phone (mine stayed rooted and kept some of the settings I changed via file manager). Sorry if this doesn't help, I hope that you figure it out soon. I'm sure some people on here can help you more than I can.

This ^^ or you can run the 2.2.1 update by downloading it HEREhttp://www.mediafire.com/?8749zbtls66k8qchttp://www.mediafire.com/?8749zbtls66k8qchttp://www.mediafire.com/?8749zbtls66k8qc once downloaded follow steps below. ***You may run into trouble on a Win7 Machine, so I would advise doing this on a vista or XP computer.****
1. connect your phone to your computer via USB
2. Place phone in Modem Download Mode By holding the Power(red) Call(green) and volume up and down buttons.
3. Run the updater let it run its course.
4. Let it reboot (or manually reboot) - it may take up to five minutes to boot.

Thank you all, sinisin got me on google talk today and helped me step by step to reflash my whole phone to the new rom and get it working again for me . I would NEVER have done it myself, if anything I would have made the phone worse trying. lol, I have to thank you all for your help but most of all the biggest thanks has to goto sinisin for being very patient with the whole process and getting my phone running again for me. THANK YOU SINISIN.
So far i'm killing the battery for the calibration part of the instructions and all seems very good so far.
I also want to say and give extreme credit to all involved with making the custom 2.1 rom and getting it working. THANK YOU GUYS. ITS AWSOME! to what I've seen of it so far. I haven't messed with it just yet but getting ready to reinstal most of my apps back to my phone and DELETE clockworkmod from its sd card so i hopefully never brick it again using that crap. I knew better and was such a dummy noob for trying to use it.

Hey ive tried this method but it keeps looking for the phone in debugging.
It only stays in Fastboot and thats the only thing that loads up.
Ive tried flashing the system.img's that i have found all say successful but it always boots back up into Fastboot.
Let me know if you have another method or any suggestions.

If your M6000 Zio is a brick, run the leaked 2.2.1 from Zclusive. You will need to put the Zio into modem download mode then start the update.

If it is going into fastboot your not pressing the correct buttons on boot up. You have to push the Red, Green and Both volume buttons simultaneously and the phone will boot into Modem Download mode.

Update Failed
Ok I have installed the Modem drivers from Kyoceras website and made sure its connected in download mode. It says download mode on it.
Then I downloaded and opened the 2.000CR.5 etc
When it looks for the phone it says Update Failed.
Never picks it up. And I am running Windows XP just incase you wanted to know.
Its SP3.
Any ideas on why its not working for me?

[Q] how to restore my LG SU660

Hello!
I have a problem, first I loaded the CM7 rom it didn't work for me (after I block it there was no way to unblock it) so I went and restore my old rom (or at least I Tried to) and that's when it all went to hell, I boot the phone and it only show me the LG screen and nothing else, (I know now it has something to do with the sd card) but the way I try to was restoring via NVFLASH. something went wrong (again) and now the phone boots into a black screen -I know it boots for the sounds and it vibrates, and if I remember I can even blindly use it.- I can't really use the phone. the screen is all black in all time. I can't even see the LG logo. but my pc recognise it as usual I can read the sd card and all like there was nothing wrong with the phone.
ps: I try to use the KDZ with a stock rom and stills the same. it boots like I described before, I know the screen works, at least it was working just fine last night.
PPS: I used the HDMI and I saw my phone working properly, I think I have a HW problem but I'm not sure. does anyone else had this problem?
my phone is a P990 made in Korea, but still a P990. I got confused.

how? right now I'm downloading an old rom for my phone,
the problem is that I can't see anything, it doesn't show me not even the LG logo, but I know it boots because of the sounds and the lights, I just can't see what it does.

[Q] Can't root optimus 2x *PLEASE HELP*

probably this question was asked a lot but I can't find anything that can help me.
I've latest ICS software on my LG Optimus 2X (4.0.4) and I would like to root my phone. I've checked USB debugging mod and unknown sources, tried every method I've found and still can't root my phone. Also I've installed drivers for my phone and tried on other pc, same think. I've tried method without PC, Z4root. It starts to root and in one moment app crashes and I must restart my phone to open it again. Super one click stuck on step 5 or 7. I read threads about that problem and I couldn't find any usefull. Please help. What's wrong? I really need to root my phone because it starts to be slow and I'm already sick of running background apps.

[Q] cannot change my boot anumation

Hello people,
I am trying to edit my boot animation but i cant make it happen..
first of all i tryed an app called ''Boot animation'' since i rooted my phone this seems to me the easiest way. i was looking for a funny animation i liked installed it, but when i reboot my phone it is still the standard huawei boot.
After some struggling i tried to do it an other way. i tried to search for ''Bootanimation.zip'' But i cant find it.. i looked in all places. data/local, system/media.... etc
The only thing i can find in system/media is: chargeranimation.zip
as last try i searched in my root map for: bootanimation.zip.
But still didn't find anything...
Someone can help me?
btw, im running on b609 emui 3.0

i dont have that path either....

On my phone it is in /cust/preinstalled/public/media/bootanimation.zip

It is in the root folder, not internal or your sd memory card. /cust/preinstalled/public/media/bootanimation.zip

Dear I'm using p7-L00, bought it from Hong Kong through Aliexpress, dear from the day I receive it I have a serious problem as it gets hang for many times. For example when switch on mobile data, some times when opens any Google based app, some times when open FB, and many more. After getting hanged( struck) nothing to do but forcefully turn it off or wait for 2 to 5 minute it gets restart automatically. Some times when restarting it stucks on Google Sign. Can u help me just to tell me why this may happening? I will be so much thankful to you please. I have got 3 of a updates but problem is still there

My brother had the same problems with his Phone, random freezes and apps that would not start. Turned out that his micro sd card was broken. If you have got one try removing it and see if your phone works correctly.

No I hadn't inserted any micro SD card. I think then may b problem with internek memory.so need to clean up that one by full means. I want to hack my phone but nothing working. As my firmware is too much upgraded. Don't know how too downgrade.it is B613. Any one with solution?

4xhd totally blocked out- help

hi folks, im a total novice , dont even know how to flash a phone, i have an lg 4x hd and its really blocked, hard reset etc doesnt do a thing, cant use touch scree, (digitizer ok), cant even connect to pc with usb cable, lg software doesnt find phone, when i turn phone on it goes to the android wizard start up screen, little waving green guy, with language - next and emergency calls, on screen, cant pass that screen, except for when leaving phone for a few hrs, i turn it on and its gone to an, lg accept user agreement screen, on its own, then thats the lot, cant progress further getting into phone, ive also tried, the power +vol up, and it still does nothing, ive also tried connecting a usb cable, whilst holding vol down, it goes to s/w upgrade screen but nothing happens , between phone and pc, have also tried nfc and android beam modes from another fully working 4x hd, still nothing happens, is the phone scrap, many thanks for any help

lol Sal you are the same pro as i am,why me ?
his problem is that he can't communicate with the pc. he needs the right drivers from lg and get to download mode and flash kdz. he should use the search box.
use search box then , for kdz method to restore p880 and search for drivers !!!! enter download mode and fix it ! the phone doesn't have any problem since you see that little green guy ( lol )

He means the search on this site.
For starters here are the latest drivers I found that are not included in another program:
p880 drivers 3.8.1
Please download and install them with your device not being connected to your pc.
When installation is done, connect your device and wait until it is identified by the new drivers.
So far so good? Please report if that worked.

adb fastboot drivers for windows
p880 usb drivers and lg bridge
lg flash tool if lg bridge fails
choose the right firmware and download it. only you know that.
kdz files

can you boot into bootloader mode or not ?
if you find how and try it and if you get in bootloader mode,
at my next post i'll have your phone fixed.
if not, find a guide to flash kdz if lg bridge don't fix it for you.

thanks guys for help so far, i havent tried most of the things yet, as i havent done it before, am still having trouble getting the phone to connect to pc in s/w upgrade mode, the pc and lg software wont find phone, one thing on the screen of phone at the top is a symbol, i think its the android beam symbol, its like a book with 2 arrows, is that a problem or is it normal, thanks
