Phone stucks when I overclock it.

I'am using 748mhz parasmi OC kernel. When I set more than 604mhz after some time phone just got stuck. I'am using parasmi EmaNon rom to. What Iam doing wrong? And what I should do?

You have to move Dalvik cache on SD-Ext in order to use OC kernel (for emanoN ROM), if you already have it there - your device can't handle OC.

I moved it to sd-ext. I think You don't understand my problem. I can turn on phone with installed OC kernel, I can set more than 604mhz, but when I set it, after some time, when I'am doing something I just got stuck. It looks like it works, but it works not excellent. So maybe someone other can help me? It's really big problem for me, cause I love games.

Try to lower the frequency and find the one that is stable and works fine and smoothly...

Bro either u download a new copy of ur overclock kernel or start from the beginning to flash the 2.3.4 firmware and then cwm n then parasmi's rom.. Gud luck...

Try the 806 kennel and overclock it to it's full extend if the problem still arise its ur farmware problem .

First flash xxkpi so that it formats ur whole phone and then flash xxkpk..

Get the 808 one and if anything don't works
Than try flashing andro id v3.2
You will get many oc for it and if that also don't works
Throw your phone out of the window lolz

Sorry, my English is bad. No, I don't stuck at boot screen. I can turn on phone, I can overclock it, but after some time when I overclock it more than 604mhz after some time it just stucks somewhere - in opera mini, in go launcher - anywhere. Now if you understand me - help, please.

Yes, that also happens for me when I set to 806mhz. (but very rarely, working fine on 787mhz though). Your phone can't handle OC.

And does ur phone restarts when it stucks there..?? There are possibly chances that ur phone cannot handle oc..

About 6-7 months.

It doesn't restart - it just stucks, nothing more. I must to restart myself by put of battery...

[Q] Camera problem

Im using GingerUltimate rom on my w8... download from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJmdGs3fmY8&feature=related.. so everythings work just fine but.. there is one thing is camera.. always force close if i want camera to restore default.. how to fix this problem?? please anyone help me.. if this problem solve, I will have a working 2.3 rom with no bugs..(my opinion.)

are you sure its ginger Ultimate and not something like ginger dx? it should say what it is under setting about phone

if you look the video you will see that rom is gingerxperia v21!

How to fix this app, I can play radio on hands free but cannot be played on speaker... If I press menu and choose play on speaker, it keep playing on hands free... is this problem with the app or a rom??

yes it can play through speaker but the rom devs has say already they are lazy to fix it so u have to take radio.apk from stock rom(i recommand) or other custom roms that can be played through speaker with no problem

finally a thanks on my status....
btw...you need to put stock radio.apk and replace the radio.apk in the rom that u wan to install it then reinstall the rom via recovery
full wipe or not its up to u

Spirit FM from the play store should solve your issue (it's not a steaming app before you say)

now all we need now is to supercharge it.. bwahahahaha!..
EDIT - im lovin the custom kernel.. the rooting process seems to be virtually gone.. flashtool resolved the whole thing.. havent experienced any issues yet.. ill edit the post again in case any issues may arise.. thanks again bro..

Black Screen
I was near heart attack I have flashed this kernel to my beloved Xperia Pro and then I found myself with a black screen of death.
I'm on 4.0.4 and .431 kernel, of course I'm having the international version of the phone MK16i.
To solve the problem I used flashtool to re-flash the .431 and then my device could boot..
Can you tell me where I went wrong I'm on a stock rom btw.

[Q] GingerZaraki Alfs v08a or v09a?

Hello
Since i can't post in dev forum yet i have to ask it here
With GingerZaraki V08 is it safe and reccomended to use Kernel Alfs 08a or 09a since the support for 09a is added?
I know it says "reccomended 08a" but i suspect author simply forgot to update instructions.
Not that i'm picky or something but i always prefer to have the 'newest' stuff since it usually means fixes and performance tweaks etc.

No, you should ask in the Q&A section or the ROMs thread.
Try them both and keep whichever you feel it works better.

i also reccommend alfs v8 because v9 has some bugs and is unstable
