I have been using Dark Raider 1.2 w Kozmikkernel for the past few weeks...It is great ROM but I noticed both Adobe Reader and Flash do not work...they are installed but when I try to open PDF document, I get the infamous 'unexpectedly stopped responding' message...
Just curious if anyone else has experienced similar issues?,
Thanks in advance.

Applications -> All -> find both apps, clear their data. Should get rid of most problems.
I tried that already...sorry, I should have said that in original post...the data shows to be 0.00b because I have never successfully opened a PDF file since wiping and flashing Dark Raider...the clear data field is not an option as there is nothing to clear...just wondering if I can completely remove adobe and then reinstall it...? I have the exact same problem with Flash as it doesn't work either..

So i have looked for handcent sms and go sms in the market and they do not appear...i got a link to the app in the market and on the top there is a bar that says the app is not compatible with your device? Is this a known issue?
I know there's been some market issues with liberty but I've been using go sms with it. I haven't had to download it since its been in my backup but it works fine, i'd assume if you can get the apk and side load it you'd have a work around.

i install it using titanium backup too but when i go to the market i am able to find it and actually just installed the 11/1 update. (Go SMS)
The latest Liberty fixes Market issues supposedly.

yes but you should be backing everything up so i don't see why it matters. backup, wipe, flash, reboot, restore, reboot, and youre right back where you left off.
Edit: I think he has a patch in the thread as well if you really don't want to flash the new ROM, but like i said its pretty quick and painless if you use Titanium

I have the same problem....Any help,pls?
Im running Nik's Project X V_1. I managed to install 2 apps from the play store. After that the blue download bar is stuck at "Waiting for Network".
I tried:
-Clearing cache of GP and Download Manager
-Factory Reset and clearing Cache through recovery
-Re-installed the ROM(Managed to install around 2 apps before the problem occurred again)
Any one else having this problem??

No. Its unchecked.
Update to the latest jelly bean play store. Find it from the apps section in either incredible s or general android. That should solve your issues.

Actually this issue is with the new version of GP. 3.7.13 . But when i uninstalled updates and downgraded to 3.5.19 it is updating fine. Anyway HOW to stop the play store from auto-updating to 3.7.13 until i find some permanent solution to this problem??
Ahh I had issues with old and updating worked for me lol. Ahh well least its fixed.

Sorry, I forgot to add the 'HOW' .. Hehe now my question makes sense.
Not sure if this will help but I read somewhere in another forum that freezing market updates in titanium backup may solve auto market updates. You may also need titanium pro.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1751769

In v2 people reported errors with GP. There was a problem with detecting IncS. Instead it was One S or rather.
If you havn't already, you could flash the patch they have for v2.
If it doesn't work.upgrade to v2 w/patch

Hi,
I'm trying to install an Arabic keyboard on the borked Rom by homeslice. I know there are alternatives but I like the look and feel of sense keyboards.
I tried flashing the file from the following link twice but its not showing up anywhere in my settings. I tried erasing dalvik cache but it was useless.
Is this device specific? Im sorry but I don't have any developing experience....I'm only a flashoholic!

Try this (attached). It was mounting the incorrect partitions for system and data (as the script was written for another device).
This installed it but it installed it as a separate keyboard. Also, it forced closed everytime I tried using it. Can't Arabic be installed as a separate language under the HTC input settings?

Hey guys it's been a good week or so that I have been getting this error message whenever I try to open up any app or game in the play store. Browsing the PS is no problem at all, just when I try to open up a particular game or an app, the message is thrown up and I am redirected to the last page that I was at.
I tried to reinstall the PlayStore too but it didn't work. I also removed my google account and added it again and it didn't work too. Any help??
Screenshots are attached..
And by the way I am on Viper One 2.1.0

Reinstall ROM. Don't restore data and check. Remember to do a full wipe.
