Nothing happens, it just increases your signature numbers to 10,000 after that and tries to get you to get a goal of signatures..... I own a petition on Change.org.... I know how it works...

This really isn't the place for this rubbish. Report it to Facebook and let them deal with it. They have the IP address of the person that logged into your account and would be very happy to deal with them.
I can only assume the mods are asleep, because I'm pretty sure this thread will either get locked or disappear.
