How To Move All Apps To SD?
It's Very Simple !
To work application you need root.
Tutorial :
1.Download this apk: http://tinyurl.com/move2sdenableapk
2.Install it and run it.
3.Select I've read it then enable then next.
4.After this install app2sd from google play _Click here_
5.Enter on App2Sd and go to phone click on a application and select Move to SD card.
That is it. Now when you want to move a application to SD card do step 5 for each application.
If don't work with APP2SD go settings - applications - manage applications - tab ALL - and select an application that would be moved to SD card - and select Move to SD Card.
only selected apps that can be moved to sd card..not all applications...i already tried it a few weeks a go and the root function is for easy uninstalling...
some of those custom rom especially cm7 can be change internal memory with amarullz which is the best part coz your whole internal memory will change with your sd-ext..

Most of the android apps can be moved* into the SD card , but some of the apps can not be moved, such as , facebook and whatsapp. They use up space of internal storage .
To move all apps into the SD card ,we just need to install an app call App Installer ,which allow you to move all apps into the SD card . It doesn't need root .
1.Download App Installer from the play store.
2.Put it into your sd card and install it .
3.After finishing installation ,open App Installer
4.Wait for it to check file
5.close the App Installer
6.go to settings >applications >preferred location
7.choose removable SD card
Now you can move all the apps into the SD card .You can move it in settings >applications >manage applications and choose the apps that you want to move. Then choose move to SD card .
does it work on stock rom ??!
Sent from my GT-S5830i using xda app-developers app

first method works for many users but i recommend alternate method.
STOCK BASED ROM:how to set install location to internal memory?? that is how to force apps to install to internal?? su pm setinstalllocation 1 doesn't work...after setinstalllocation 1 if i enter command getinstalllocation it shows 1 (internal) still apps dont get installed to internal!! please help
Some applications request to install to the sd card, as long as there is an sd card, it will install to sd card, perhaps manually moving them would be the solution. It isn't a very good idea to store all the applications to the internal memory as it is limited, unless you have a kernel with memory hack.

YES I DO have an int2ext4+ script so memory isn't a problem for me...in cm7 roms it's able to install all apps automatically to internal...but stock sucks at it!!
is it possible to enable (move to sd card) button in setting for all apps
if not
please I need any way for moving apps to sd card
but not apps like in play store because they don't work with all apps
The only working way is to install software like DirectoryBind apk. With this app you can move all data to sd card but you need to have phone rooted.
Hey guys, I have a SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE S8300B, and as some know it has a super small internal memory, and to solve this I started to use programs to move apps to sd card, put in the time to download the Google play store some applications I can't download because of this crappy mini memory.

I use a custom rom cyanogenmod 11 with android 4.4 Kitkat.

First of all, Wrong section mate! Always ask such questions in the Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 Q/A Section. You can always increase your internal memory using scripts like CronMod. All you need is an ext partition on your SD Card and a rooted phone with init.d support. In your case only the former needs to be created. Before you create an ext partition, make sure to backup your SD Card. Now go to CWM> Advanced> Partition SD Card> Size (max 1 GB anymore than that and the system will lag)> Swap (0 MB)> Wait for it to say "Partitioning Done! ". Now you have successfully created ext partition. Now download the CronMod Int2Ext+ script from the respective thread and place it in your SD Card. Again go to CWM> Mounts & Storage> Mount /system. Now do "Install zip from SD Card" and choose the script from SD Card. Now just reboot and you will have increased your internal memory. Go to Settings> Storage to see your new memory. Make sure to only install the necessary apps as more apps your install the more laggier the phone becomes. Here is the link,
CronMod-INT2EXT
Do post the result. Hope I Helped
Hi, I have a Moto G 2014 with Stock 5.0.2 rooted, and I bought a 32GB SD Card a few days ago. The thing is that everything is still going to the internal memory, instead of the SD (photos, downloads, etc.), so I want to know if it's a way to make everything write on the SD card without messing up the phone (I heard I can mount SD in /sdcard changing init.rc but I don't want to do that). I also want to move my WhatsApp chats to the SD too, hehehehe (WhatsApp data is in the internal :'c)
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
For the photos and videos part, you can select from the camera application if you want to store them in the internal memory or on the SD card. For applications I think they are installed in the internal memory by default but you can move them after installation on the SD card by going to settings -> apps -> touch app -> move to SD card. To change the default installation location you need the android SDK installed on your PC and adb and then to edit a file. But I do not recommend this since the SD card is not accessible while the phone is connected to the PC. This will make applications that always run to work improperly(widgets, Facebook, etc. might generate a lot of errors because of it).
I think it's a Xposed module for that.

if you're rooted then try link2sd from play store. you need to have an ext partition on your sd card for this to work.
if you are not rooted then you will have to manually create symlinks to the files on the sd card.

Better try Link2SD. The procedure to turn your external SD to internal storage causes a lot of trouble in most cases.
There are also scripts that link the possible apps and libraries automatically to the SD card when installing them.
