I was following these steps on the cyanogen mod wiki to flash my tab to CyanogenMod but now my tab is bricked?
I managed to install the clockworkmod recovery. But now my tab is stuck on the GalaxyTab Samsung screen. I suppose it got bricked here somehow. I followed all the steps and everything went fine. I can go on download mode and the clockworkmod recovery but the tab doesn't go pass the boot screen.
These were the last steps I did:
7- A blue transfer bar will appear on the device showing the kernel being transferred. The device will reboot automatically.
8- The Samsung Galaxy Tab now has the ClockworkMod Recovery installed. Continue to the next section.
Can someone help me? I tried to fix the dbdata with heimdall but no success.
My tab was rooted. I tried to do a factory reset as well but it doesn't work either.
Thank you!
EDIT: I installed another kernel and it seems to be working now.

Bootloop on i9001
Hi guys, i gonna tell you about how my i9001 was stuck in a bootloop. Maybe you could help me. I'm sick of it.
Cause: I installed cm10 and cwm5 or 6 as recovery and upgrade my device by using Ota Updater. When I restarted my i9001, it got stuck in a bootloop.
What my i9001 can display: It can access to rampdump mode and download mode. In case I try to turn on my i9001 or access to recovery mode the Samsung logo is shown twice. It often gets stuck showing the typical grey battery flat (with a loading stopped) and the black screen alternately.
Attempts: i've tried everything except for the right solution. Lots of forum threads and nothing works for me. I've tried:
1.- Boot_loader for device boot.
2.- I've flashed an stock rom: XXKQP, and 2 more: BVKPC y XXKQ1. Each one are official.
3.- And then recovery-clockwork-5.5.0.4 and -6.0.1.2.
4.- I've tried, then, flashing feamodrecovery 1.2.
5.- Nothing works for me.
I've been using Odin 4.43. AriesVE in OPS section and when flashing these roms: one package. For recovery packeges: one package and pda (I tried these two options).
I can't reach at recovery mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Greetings!

Hi friends,
My phone is currently stuck on Samsung logo screen. I have not done any new installation or flashing for the past 2 weeks. I had moved to power saving mode under settings (Jelly bean stock) two days back.
I'm currently on Germany Jellybean LSZ with the corresponding Phils kernel LSZ (this was all done two weeks back). What could be the issue? I realized the phone was in Samsung logo because the phone started heating up in my pocket. I immediately removed battery and tried restarting after 20 minutes. No luck.
I am able to go into Recovery and Download mode.
Please help me out.
Thanks a lot.
You can try:
1- Enter Philz's recovery with the proper keys combination and in advance section choose "reboot in recovery" (yes, again).
2- Once again in recovery choose "reboot now".
Some people tells that combination get pass samsung logo screen (I haven't tried for myself).
Regards.
tried your procedure but no luck. it does reboot into recovery from advanced. but then the reboot system is not happening.
while in recovery -
do data reset
wipe cache
then reboot ( you will have to set up your rom again )
AW: Phone stuck at Samsung logo screen.
Before you do anything else get the latest PhilZ kernel, transfer it to your sd card and flash it. It comes with a bootloop fix.
Sent from my revived Galaxy Note
Hey there,
First post on here so apologies if i'm posting in the wrong place or anything
My problem: My Galaxy SIII Mini was running CyanogenMod 11, which I had flashed via Odin a few months ago and it had been working perfectly. Then one morning I took my phone off charge and it would not boot up. I had not installed any apps or packages that could have caused anything to happen recently.
I can get into download mode, but NOT recovery mode.
I have had a browse on some of the forums on here and it seems like a few other users have experienced similar problems. I have tried flashing my stock ROM back onto the phone, but it just goes into a bootloop. I tried flashing both Stock Recovery and CMW Recovery, but the 3 button combo doesn't do anything and my phone just boots normally and then bootloops.
I saw on here a recommendation to install a ROM from a Russian forum that can supposedly fix this issue, but the download link won't work for me.
I also tried flashing a kernel and then recovery, but this didn't work either.
If you have any suggestions or could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
Cheers,
Robert
Earlier i flashed my S3 with Odin to cyanogenmod 12.1
Because i want to sell my phone, i did a factory reset.
But now, nothing is working anymore. Only the downloadmode is working. Recovery mode gets to black dead screen :s
I tried to flash another recovery and cyanogen again, but no boot.
Am i doing wrong? Or what can i do to make the phone work again?
Thx!
fixed with parameter flash, and then stock recovery
Working again now
