Hey guys I'm looking for a modded market aka play store for my vivid. I've been having a bunch of compatibility issues where the play store doesn't allow me to download like 80% of the apps I want. I know that desensed from has it but I can't find it in the rom in the system, app folder. If any one could provide an upload of a modded playstore for the vivid with a changed DPI.

Superuser, yes I agree. But I recently found "pdroid". There has been some patch ports to ICS, or if your adventurous, you could patch it yourself.

Its the dev host server which is down, it will be fixed soon i hope. Edit the build.prop file with root exopler for example or with any other file manager that can give you access to system.
Edit: download from the attachment in first post
I installed it works fine but when i try and change build. prop from nexus s to galaxy nexus doesn't save. I also hit save changes

OK i changed the model to Galaxy nexus and still nothing anything else on need to change

You are using root explorer?first you need to mount the system from r/o to r/w and then change the model.

Everything except the in-camera panorama viewing thing works. But try uploading it to Google+ and you can pan around in it there.

no you have to edit build.prop and modify Nexus S in Galaxy Nexus, and delete gallery2.apk from /system/app

Yeah I didn't like it either, I keep going back to cm7 cuz I can't stand glictches. I just feel as though I want my phone to be as smooth as it was when I first took it out if the box.

Try google store
The launcher itself isn't available on play. Don't expect it's themes to be. Hang on, I'll give you the link.
