No this isn't download mode, but for the best, you should flash overcome stock safe"see overcome custom rom in development section", and you will get your tab working again.

this is "download mode after fail flash in normal download mode". I found 2 differences: my Mac doesn't recognize tab and tab boots only to this mode.

yes, just choose xxjvo from cf-root kernel thread or flash semaphore 2.5 and it will work
i understand the method!
I read somewhere that SF-root works only with I9000XWJVI and I9000XXJW4.
That's why i previously ask if this work with i9000XJVO.

Can i install CRT Screen for jvi?
Hi All.
I dropped Clockwork on My Streak so that I could Root it and Disable the 3G Service.
It then Downloaded the package LG7-820W_513_20588_00 and tried to install it.
On reboot it returned the Following.

I take it I have to return to the default recovery PROM?
So the question…
How?
Do I just download the recovery.img from the Wiki here, install that in the same way as I installed clockwork and then apply the patch?
Or Do I do that and download the LG7-820W_514_21700_00.pkg as well and apply that?
If I do So will it just update my system or reimage it needing all of the software and settings re-applied?
Yes download the stock recovery and flash it in fastboot. Also you could try flashing an older cmw like 5..... All may not be lost. Just retrace your tracks
See if you can boot into your Rom before you flash New roms

One more thing any .pkg files should be flashed in stock recovery not cmw of twtr .

O.K. Got the LG7-820W_514_21700_00.pkg and associated recovery.img in place, and it is saying it will erase the data if I apply it, This seems strange as I am emulating the automatic update aren’t I?
If you have the stock recovery installed , put the rom on the root of your internal sdcard. Then go into recovery and I believe it is option2

You can't flash .pkg files from CWR, it only does zip files.
Hey everyone. My friends note 3 screen broke. He can't see anything when turning it on. Instead of getting it fixed he just wants to sell it. The issue is he can't factory reset and erase his data since he can't see anything. Is there anyway to revert to factory any other way?

Samsung has software called kies. You can select firmware upgrade and it will wipe the entire phone.
How do I download it for computer?

Once you open it at the top you will see "tools". Click "firmware upgrade" and continue.
Try Ctrl+alt+delete

Seriously though... I had this problem with an s3. The trick I did was boot another note 3 into stock recovery and follow suit with the broken one. Then using the working one as a guide use the volume and power buttons as navigation and copy button presses on the broken screen one as you're doing it on the working one until you have successfully reset the thing

I didn't have this problem on stock 4.3, but since I unlock my bootloader and now using Doomlord's Advance Stock kernel, reflash my ROM, RAM keeps building up after sometimes of using the phone, play some games.
Is it a kernel problem or somethings else?
This is what I got when trying to take a screenshot, it was about 5.4Mb free right before (I did clear all apps running in the recent task)
