If we reach 10,000 signatures at change.org, is it 100 % that Quallcom will start to develope?

I think to that we are makibg a petition... to get fully working hardwer accelerated ICS and we need some modules, what already have been done for arm 7 processors (by Quallcom)
So the petition is for ask Quallcom to port it to arm 6 cpus...
And im asking that if we collect enough signatures will they make it? Is it 100%?

That´s not the same thing.
android 4.0 requires (AFAIK) ARMv7.
So, someone will have to port it, or you can use ICS theme by AChep

yeh 4.0 probly wont run nice on our hardware, but doesn't stop people porting features of ICS to gingerbread, either way i will be getting a new phone asap, x8 just doesnt cut it anymore.

while i admit that this is pretty funny, i must say you guys are picking on him. so what he made a mistake. people learn from mistakes, at least i hope so sincerely and i'm sure as hell he won't make the same mistake again.
answer:
there is already a CM10 by Daveee10 in the Original Android Development section. but a lot of things aren't working. so you're better off with an ICS build like MiniCM9. but you can try the JB rom.
in conclusion, yes there is a JB rom but it is far from perfect and it's gonna take ages to make it perfect.

Nope. racht was first dev, he was porting Vanilla Eclair, Froyo, GB, Sense ROMs,... FXP (Jerpelea and team) came later, they were porting GB and then they stopped.
I wasn't here from the beginning, but when I came, only racht was developing ROMs.

Yes he left already long back.. he is a hero.. first custom Rom I installed on my phone is Racht's froyo. No custom kernel's at that time.. but still racht Rom's used to b very smooth n stable..
