I have CWM 5.0.2.7 installed on the Streak 7 but when I try to do a backup it cannot mount the /sdcard. I've tried manually mounting it but it still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

I thought I read that your twrp port was for ICS B4. Unless I missed something I think he has Honeycomb. He would then need CWM 5.0.2.8 correct?

First you didn't say what ROM you were on
Second, I've gotten reports that it will work on HC.
Third, Nampa, huh?
Thanks for letting me know it may work on Honeycomb. I will test this myself.

I don't have it with me now, but I will post the details when I get home. I have the latest Dell release of Honeycomb.
So that takes care of number two.
Number three, whats wrong with Nampa? Other than the occasional shootings? I'm well armed.
Oh, just saw you are in Caldwell.

Did you have a chance to test this?
I'm running Android 3.2
Kernel 2.6.36.3
I have tried various recoveries, but the only one that will successfully execute is the one that is provided on the same thread as the Dell HC release. I'd like to try yours, giveen, but when I search, I get too many results. Can you provide a link or a thread with the link?
Thanks

I have not yet had a chance to try TWRP. But if all you want is access the sd card from CM you will need 5.0.2.8 which is here.

Flash this and you will be able to Nandroid to Sd card.

UPDATE: I did try the TWRP port on my honeycomb. It works to the extent of navigation with touch screen( smooth I may add) but will not save a backup correctly. it will not mount data. I assume it is because it handles it differently because it's made for ICS not honeycomb.
I'm a sad panda.

I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one confused by those instructions at first . My first assumption when reading all these posts were that V4 V6 and V7 were hardware versions of the Revo and you were suppose to download the Gingerbread TOT in correlation to your hardware. Here's what You need to know. They are just software update versions.
V4 and V6 are Froyo
V7 is Gingerbread.
Install V7 and you'll be all set
got it worked out

Boot into recovery, connect your phone to computer, mound sdcard. Its under mounts and storage in cwm.Now your computer will show your sdcard.Copy your rom.zip and flash it with recovery as usual.
Why dont you justtry to flash a stock rom? Then, once its running you can root it and flash anything you want trough cwm...

This confused the sh1t outta me. Why is Samsung so damn complicated? So there are some ROMs you have to have a certain recovery to flash? My god, with HTC, once you have recovery, you flash whatever the hell you want. I got my mom a GNex for mothers day (even though I hate Samsung) and intended to root it and keep it up to date for her. But all this crazy talk about having to use certain modems (whatever the hell that is) with certain recoveries and certain ROMs, wow on a Dec device? So confused and disappointed. .
Jesus. With HTC, once you got recovery, you flash whatever radio, ROM, and kernel you want. None of the trick secret Sammy BS. Unbelievable since it's supposed to be a dev device.
Any help with Sammy always welcomed.

Latelly I upgraded to DjangoManouche x1.3 and since then all the CWM backups are currupted (bad MD5).

Any idea what should I do?

Nope, doesn't work.
I've got some time to try to backup my apps with Titanium first.
Then, used AIOT to do revert to old BL then revert to new BL. Trying to use older versions of CWM and so on. But no luck. When using GjangoManouche x1.2.1 everything is OK when verifying MD5 and able to restore but not with DM x1.3.
Tryed many times with many config combinaisons.
What can cause this? I'm alone or it happen to others too?
Any feedback apreciated.

No...i flashed from CM9 to CM10 using CWM
That's why you are having problems.
You should /must use acmeuninstaller 3 to increase your partition size, once you have done that you could run a cm9 recovery and then flash cm10 over it plus of course the correct gapps. It is also possible just to run acmeuninstaller 3 on its own but that's not something I've tried.
Have a read of this thread it's well written has video if you want and links to everything you could possibly need.

Maybe flashing the factory image with fastboot will solve that partition problem. I used TWRP 3.0.2.0 to flash MIUI7. Don't forget to unmount the /system partition before you flash MIUI in TWRP, because if you leave /system mounted you will get an error. I hope this will help for you. (You can also try to wipe /data, /system, cache and dalvik-cache instead of flashing the factory image and flash MIUI7 with the /system partition umounted. If that doesn't solve your problem I suggest you to start clean with flashing the factory image and try again with my tips. Don't forget to make a backup of your important files because if you use the automatic flash process with the factory image it will wipe your whole internal storage.) Good luck :good:
