Phone boots straight into CW Recovery?

When I restart my phone it boots right into CW recovery. I tried to deodex but it didn't go through. Once in CW recovery I can hit restart and it loads up fine. Any reason this is happening or how to fix it?

Do this happen everytime... or just that one time when you tried to deodex??
I'm asking because the modded recovery is made so that if your phone never COMPLETELY boots... it will reboot to recovery the next time your phone restarts.
When it does restart COMPLETELY, it will restart as normal.. until it fails to boot again. (Which no one ever wishes to happen lol)

HELP!! Phone not bricked but wont function properly

I turned my phone off like normal last night. The phone is rooted with 2.2. I have anti virus etc on it to make sure i dont do anything nasty to it. I went to turn it on this morning and it got into a loop when it got into the main screen it got to a loop where it loads up all services and then vibrates and retries to start all services.
I shut it off and have rebooted it and same thing continues to happen. I cannot get into the apps screen to reset the phone and when I try to reinstall the root pkgs in the recovery screen i Get a red message saying cannot find update.zip or whatever the extension name is. I am not sure what to do here. I Keep pulling the battery out and resetting it but same thing is happening its booting up but keeps looping in the main screen.

you must have installed the wrong modem or kernel.

[Q] Question about CWM and bricking

Background: I installed a theme through CWM onto my LG revolution, and for whatever reason it bricked the phone. Wouldn't load beyond the welcome screen. Hard resets didn't bring me back into CWM, which would have allowed me to solve the problem. A major compounding problem was that it did not get far enough along in the boot process for me to review the files on my computer.
So, here is the question: Is there a way to tell the phone to reboot into CWM next time? Or some other thing I can do? (Besides getting a replacement phone) Any help would be appreciated.
Have you pulled the battery put it back in and hold power and volume down at the same time?

after installing a theme you wipe the dalvik. Upon rebooting the phone it takes forever to get going again. Turn the phone off and turn it back on and let it sit for about 10 min or so and post back

[Q] D3 question for experts

okay guys. i downloaded the nexus prime theme. went to go flash it. my phone will no longer go into clockwork recovery mode. it just freezes at the boot screen. i even tried to flash it via rom manger but my phone just reboots itself. i cant even go into recovery mode. it just says recovery mode on myphone and it says battery OK connect usb stuff like that. Does anyone have this problem? i am stock deodeodexed and i have bootloader. i even updated the clockwork recovery and i cant get my phone into any type of bootloader anymore. any thoughts or suggestions? is it possible to flash via command promt on my computer? im stuck guys. anything can help!

haha its allright man i just figured it out. it took me a long time. but now whenever i reboot my phone it automatically boots into clockwork recovery. so i just hit reboot again then it works lol. so its not really a problem its just kind of annoying. then again i rarely reboot my phone soo i dont really care

Semi Bricked i957

So my i957 wont boot up passed the second Samsung screen. I can get into recovery mode after rooting it and obviously download mode after rooting it. I used it yesterday morning and left and it was still lit up when i came home at 12:30 at night. I have no idea how it didnt die in that time but i reset it and now it wont turn back on. I could possibly try to put a different rom on here but since it has no external sd slot, i have no idea how to put a rom on it. I didnt even finish rooting it because i didnt install superuser yet either. Any one have any suggestions to fix this? Prior to this my tablet was stock and i wasnt able to get into recovery mode so i tried rooting it and that got me a step closer.
Do a factory reset. It'll get you past the boot loop.

You can boot into recovery and use adb to push files from a PC to the tab.
