I've got a very irritating problem. I've got a pointer on screen like this one in windows. How can i disable it

if nothing changed try reflash it may solve the problem, but before make a backup factory reset
But the problem is that mine x8 hasn't got cypress. I also thried reflashing but still the same problem
Try setting->developer option
->disable all option under user interface except animation.

Hi everyone
I had this problem on miniCM7 2.1.9 and because of that i changed my ROM to GingerJH V5 using the same kernel (nAa11 - i tried ALFS kernel but I lost operator signal)
the problem is when i choose reboot from reboot menu i shuts down and doesn't boot up again so i have to turn it on with power button.
I think it's a bug for nAa kernel...

Reflash nAa loader and kernel it fix my works x8 when I had that

Hi,
First, put my phone (Xperia X8) 2.0.1 -> 2.1update1 (latest version), second, rooted it, third, watched the *W** under battery to see if i can unlock bootloader. It was W02 so no problem. Unlocked bootloader successfully ! Installed GinderDX and here...
My phone boot with GinderDX logo but after the "Sony Ericsson" logo appear 1/2 and my phone shutdown. Sometimes i can get flash mode for some secs, but can't use FlashTools/PC Compagnion and sometimes able to get Xrecovery.
PLEASE HELP ME!

Well, it's when i installed GinderDX my phone got bricked.

yes but what was the % of the battery when you flashed it? dont forget being in recovery uses battery as well as booting

Well, don't care if it's not a good rom just tell me how to use my phone!! Its totally BLOCKED
I have big problem when i try download some application bigger of 10+ mb and when phone try to install i got error "Can't install application on Usb memory or internql memory" .... I using froyopro 2.5 alfs kernel

Wipe cache+dalvik cache
Then try.
If it not works , re-flash ROM

when i run it .... i got just " black screen with Sony Ericsson "
any solutions ??

To run any mini cm u need to unlock your bootloader and install alfs or naa kernel.....so did you unlock your bootloader?

Hi everyone, i have a problem when playing The Sims 3 running on MiniCM9 3.0.2.
Everytime i started the app, when showing logo EA, after that it close and back to the home screen.
Anyone have the same problem? And anyone know how to fix it?

Its probably because X8 doesnt have enough RAM. Try using swap.

already use swap about 200MB , when using MiniCM7 it run smoothly,

Well CM9 ROMs are not still optimized as CM7 and they are not good for gaming. Stick up to CM7 if you want play games
I think sims 3 is too heavy for our devices..

Maybe the sim 3 older version has compatibility problem with ics. Try a newer version of the sim 3

You are not alone! a lot of games also has this problem or touch became erratic or not responding! CM9 at this moment at least not for games yet!

Ya, I also experiencing some touchscreen prob but I use two finger press the screen then move about then don't know how it solve

I face the same problem with kindle app. Maybe I try the older version and it work... Hope it help you.
