I'm not at my computer right now, but google "vivid all in one root" and there is an awesome program that makes rooting very simple.

To unroot your vivid, all you have to do is relock your bootloader and then run a RUU

I have the m7 and all the roms can't go on the sprint version. Most are for att and tmobile anyone know the answer to this

you should know your CID, to find your RUU
also if you didnt find it, S-Off your HTC One and you can flash any RUU you want
