http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1631499 i installed this and had trouble installing it (phone got stuck in boot logo forever) but i got it to work yesterday.
Now today my problem is whenever i restart my phone , the home screen layout resets as well as all the settings for nova launcher. Any idea's what could be causing this?
No... But I had the same problem... So I just decided to run miui

I installed apex launcher and for some reason it works flawlessly now lol.

Ok so my G1 is jacked up appariently...
What im running is in my sig, basically what happened is i was using my phone today, the thing was working absolutely fine with no issues whatsoever, but was a little on the slow side, so i figured that i would reboot it to speed it up some
So i rebooted it, the G1 screen came up, everythings fine... Then the blue Android screen came up, everythings fine... Then the Android screen went away and instead of going to home all it did was stay on a black screen and hasent done anything whatsoever, ive tried pulling the battery and rebooting multiple times and it always hangs on this black screen... i wasent even doing anything when i was on it last, it was just a little slow so i thought ide give it a reboot...
any help would be appreciated on how to get my phone back!
Try to boot w/o the cd card. Or try to flash a nandroid backup. Or flash the newest cyan rom 4.0.4.
Sounds like it crashed on you, reboot into recovery, wipe so the whatever the problem was does not carry over and flash a new rom or try a nandroid backup if you got one. Yes this has happened to me and this should work for you
"Theme :: Open Home"
ummm is Open Home an actual theme made for cyan 4.0.2 or are you referring to the app on the market called OpenHome?

Also stuck on White HTC Screen
**Fixed** I used the method I found in this thread -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1639542
Thanks to everyone the helps on this forum, it's an awesome help for people like me!**
Today I attempted to root my HTC Velocity, I'm with Telstra and my phone was running an original Telstra version of Ice Cream Sandwich.
Now when I try to start my phone it gets stuck at the white HTC screen. I am able to get into HBoot (I also wasn't able to disable the NAND security) and Recovery. Unfortunatley I didn't make any sort of backup in the recovery program.
I know there are plenty of warnings and its my stupid noob mistake for messing around with my phone when I didn't know what I was doing but at the moment I'd really appreciate if someone is able to help me.

Hi!
Im new to the forum but Ive been flashing ROMs and such for around 1.5years.
Now to my problem. I flashed ParanoidAndroid over on my HTC one and everything worked fine except the sound. So i wanted to go back to maximus 7 or to stock(but i could not find the RUU for my device :crying so after loads of hazzle i managed to flash Maxumus 7. But when i start to configure the phone it reboots and says: "com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and then start to boot and reboot over and over.
Hopefully a quick fix for you guys but i have tried other ROMs aswell. Ive tried TRick and AR HD. I hope someone has an idea whats wrong because ive been trying to fix this for 3 days now...
Hello guys,
Currently I run Android Revolution HD 93.0 by mike1986
HTC Sense Version: 6.0
Android Version 5.0.2
Recently dunno what happened, but my phone randomly stucks in the boot screen with the HTC logo and I need to restart it like 10 times till it runs properly again.
My question is, how do I install a new custom ROM when I already have this one ? Do I need to return to a stock ROM or something till I can flash a new one or ? I have no clue. Thanks in advance.
Btw. If any of you can help me find what causes this problem my phone to stuck in the boot screen I'll be more than happy.
I can't remember which app did this, but I remember receiving the notification on my phone to chose how to install the new update for this app, and there were 2 options
- Normal install
-Install through Recovery (recommended) and I think I clicked the Normal install option and since then the phone stucks randomly in the boot screen.

Do you know how to flash a ROM? Sorry for the question, but reading your post, I get the feeling that you're in the dark about flashing stuff. And that app that caused your issue i SuperSU.

Yeah I've done it many times in the past on my old HTC Desire and now on HTC One by following step by step guides. However I totally lost interest in these custom ROMs and etc. in the past year and basically forgot everything, but when there's something urgent I always come back here to ask for help
However I think I fixed the stuck in boot screen issue by upgrading my TWRP to the latest version, no idea ... but now whenever I start the phone it turns on normally and there are absolutely no problems.
