Hallo,
I have installed a Iphone rom but than returned to the stock rom, but now it is in boot loop.
I have flashed the official 2.3.5 gingerbread nl firmware several time but it remains in boot loop.
How can I flash to the official software with odin?

I am having a problem that no matter which stock ROM i try and load, if it is a 2.3 I end up in a boot loop and have to go back to vodafone au eclair to get my phone booting again.
I was running XXJVO but the other day after installing some apps my phone froze and then wouldn't charge or boot. Flashing back to 2.1 seemed to sort out most of my problems but trying to go back to 2.3 (even via kies) results in a boot loop. Anyone have any suggestions of what I can try.
2.3 roms that i have tried:
XXJVR
XXJVO
Vodafone stock 2.3
Darkys rom 10.1 re
I also having problems with soft touch buttons they disappeared after Darkys and touck key FW update hasn't worked on any roms that i have tried 2.1 or 2.2
Anyone with suggestions would be greatly appreciated as don't wanna be stuck on 2.2!!
What cwm recvery do you have?
I would go into download mode, connect to ODIN and flash a voodoo kernal, go into recovery and turn off all the lags, I had a similar problem with bootloop and disabling all the lags cured it. Then do a wipe, reflash via ODIN to a stock firmware then flash your custom rom.
Hope this is of some help

Try to flash a Stock rom with odin
Then follow this Guide for flashing ICS
Since I installed a version of Darky's ROM a while back, my boot screen has always been corrupt. I get the Samsung Logo, then the screen becomes all pixellated for a few seconds. The phone then boots as normal and works fine.
Now I want to have a go at an ICS ROM, but when I boot into recovery mode, I have the same problem. The text is all corrupt and I cant read any of the options.
Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?
Thanks
Have you tried just going to download and flashing stock rom using ODIN?
As buttwad said, flashing stock rom via ODIN is only solution...
i too faced this problem after darky's rom..
i flashed stock gingerbread via odin and now flashed Onecosmic's ICS 4.0.3 RC1..
Hello guys & girls
I just sold my Galaxy Note, and since it was rooted (Alliance Rom - JB), I had to reflash stock Rom. The newest firmware for Nordic countries is ICS 4.0.3. I flashed with Odin and every thing seemed OK except the phone is stuck at Samsung logo when it restarts. I tried flashing ICS 4.0.2 and still the same problem.
What should I do to get it to work??

How did you flash and did you wipe your N7000 when on 4.0.4 or 4.0.3?

I don't know which ROM you have flashed exactly, but it might have been a non-wipe one. Try to flash the Gingerbread LC1 one (which is wipe) through Odin PC. Don't wipe anything from the existing ICS recovery.
Hi,
I've searched around and did not find the answer, this is truly frustrating,
I have this Galaxy S1 phone that had Froyo 2.2 stock rom from Orange Israel.
I downloaded a random CF-ROOT, and Odin, and without checking the Baseband, I used it on the phone.
It began with a Boot Loop, so i tried a different CF-ROOT, and now it's stuck on Boot Image.
I cannot check the baseband because it doesn't boot, can't check which stock firmware I need.
what can i do?
Thanks to all helpers!!
- edit: I meant Galaxy S1 !!!
If you can get into download mode, you won't have any problems. The only thing is that you have an incompatible kernel with your firmware - just flash any stock firmware (2.2 or 2.3) to fix it.
