Why apply journaling disabler in CM7. built-in media did not detect sdcard
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium

Then don't disable journaling . Simple as that .
This was sent from a Galaxy Ace. Problem?

ow .. but when I observed, could make little effective use of batteries ....
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium

As you said , "little effective use" . That means the battery boost is negligible

Be careful to use this app, wrong settings can make your screen feels like ****.
I used an app called 'nook screen recalibrate' to restore settings after this app troubled me.

Always nice to here feedback about what you post isn't it?
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda app-developers app
Working.
But I'd prefer Adrenalin over this app.
Yes but sometimes adrenaline clash with other scripts and may cause.problems this is just a alternative for the sensitivity part from adrenaline even I mostly use adrenaline.

Ace is not adviced for gaming. You cant do anything about it. Advice? Buy a better device next time.
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
No, Ace is great for Gaming, there must be some apps or something
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
Chainfire 3d made a difference with some games with the nvidia plugin, minor improvements on tge rendering of graphics, but that's about it. Even angry birds gets laggy after a while.
A class 10 sd card helps speed up games installed or linked to external storage. I did notice a difference, for example, in sequences running without lags.
Other than that, cyanogenmod based roms usually run games better.
So, with a cm based rom, correctly configured chainfire 3d, a class 10 sd card and overclocking close to 900 mhz you get slight improvements in gameplay and a huge decrease in battery life.
So yeah, how can ace be used for a better gaming experience? You sell it and buy an xperia.
all those things should help that u mentioned. I got ps2 games to play on my hd2 which is a dino so u shouldnt have issues.

I already have cm7 based rom, the question is: what is the best rom for gaming?
And o have class 10 sd

Im currently using the official CM7 nightly build so I cant say anything from experience but Ive heard that the Myth ROM is very smooth and lightweight.

If ace is great for gaming then you dont need apps for it to boost its performance.

I mean only 2-3 fps
But i solved it

[Q] Memory limitation?

So, I was looking for some roms for my Note, and it seems like the devs warn about a memory limit on the /system folder, is that right?
If so, are there any other memory limits on the Note?
Thanks for your help!
These limits will only be faced if you have a repaired emmc chip as part of the /system and or /data sections will be corrupt.
If you've got a fully functioning unit, there are no limits really for the ROMs that are available.

Galaxy not gt n7000 switches on itself

Hi my note gt n70000 switches on itself every hour strange I'm on a custom rom ultimate jelly bean is this causing this problem
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
I don't think so. I was using ultimate rom, never had such problem. I don't think anybody in the ultimate rom thread reported such thing. Either reflash the rom or try another rom. Else could be hardware problem. Clean copper points in the phone and battery.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
There's probably an app that tries to connect to internet but because of unavailability of interent connection it cause the screen to awake use better battery stats to find out the culprit and then uninstall it

Try benz rom. It has good battery life and performance.
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app
You can give it a try to a new rom if you have rooted your device, if you haven't you can install juicedefender from google play to optimize your battery life and optimize your time while surfing the web with chrome.
