imSimi is a super advanced chatting robot that makes amusing conversation to engage with users.
Using this app is really simple. Just start a talk session at your touch screen then SimSimi will instantly greet you with a cheerful chat. Like those typical messaging apps, just send your message through a chatting box. Don’t be surprised by SimSimi’s fast response. It’s a super-duper robot, you know!
SimSimi’s vocabulary grows by your input. You can teach SimSimi your own words as other users teach their own ones too.
If SimSimi has no data to answer your former message, it will say 'I HAVE NO RESPONSE'. Then you might select the 'TEACH' tab and instruct it your own words in a paired form of ‘request & response’. Once you teach SimSimi a pair of words, it will make a response with those words immediately (approx. 3 minutes).
Have fun with the cutest chatting robot ever, SimSimi!
Now, it is on Windows Phone!!

Name: Road Rage
This is my first App for Windows Phone 7 (or any system actually). It is a simple to use program to tell those other drivers what you think! This small and quick loading program presents you with 9 words to display on your screen in big bold letters. Sayings included:
Wait!
Move!
Jerk!
Idiot!
Blinker!
Faster!
Slower!
My Bad!
Sorry!
The other advantage is they all have a 'mirror' mode, so other drivers can read the messages in their rear view mirrors! This was harder to do then just write the characters of the message backwards!
Takes advantage of the users selected theme as well. It is also very small and takes up little storage space. Screenshots of main screen and one of the mirror messages is attached below.
*download*
It is available for free, ad supported, on the Windows Phone 7 Market Place. Either search for 'Road Rage' on the Marketplace or click the following link (should launch Zune software): Get 'Road Rage'
*download*
I originally had a few more harsh words in the program, but it was rejected by Microsoft for excessive use of adult language. It took several tries to get it approved. I originally had the words "ASS" and "****er" and was rejected, so I tried to go all Battlestar Galactica and substitute "Fracker!", but it was still rejected. So I then removed them and went with "Jerk!" and "Idiot!". I also predict that this program will be emulated/copied onto the iPhone and Android system by somebody else fairly soon, but I did it first!
If there is enough demand I will update the program to allow users to create their own messages and save them to the menu for quick easy selection, to by-pass Microsofts explicit language policy.
*WARNING* Operating a portable electronic device while driving is dangerous and is probably illegal in your area, and probably pretty stupid too. Use at your own risk!
Nice app but my road rage includes much harsher words and phrases 0
Hmm... Have you ever tried a finger? Much more effective and no ads at all LOL
P.S. BTW, do you really think that someone is able to see a handset's screen at the rear-view mirror??? ;-/

Click to collapse
Yes, they are, we tested it. That is why the messages are short, so they can take the full screen. The text will be larger then US license plate lettering on any screen bigger then 3.5 inches. And it has more contrast then most license plate color combination's, so it should be no problem at all for most people and a decent distance away.
maybe you can made a small area where we can type a word(short to respect te full screen)
You must make an Android version
What if you have tinted windows ? Also, holding UP the phone like that while driving is kind of dangerous. The effort versus affect isn't worth the trouble. Try that in parts of California and you'll be wearing your WP7 up your arse, get shot at, or laughed at such a feeble minded display of cowardice. Better to be a defensive driver to avoid an accident.
I don't see anything that comes in handy! Nice effort mate but i still prefer my mouth and my finger.. it's much faster than Unlock your phone, open app and show it to the driver!
still, niceeee XD
I would pay a dollar to show my own text in this program

Hi,
We make Contactive(it's an app)(just to make sure we're on the same page here). It's guaranteed to (insert sips ref here) rustle your jimmies.
We've received some great feedback lately and we're hungry like a wolf for moar. That's where you come in:fingers-crossed:. Fill our suggestion box full of stuff. Types of feedback that we like to munch on:
- all positive comments
- A bunch of five stars pls
- words that want to make us cry
- And I'm legally binded to ask for some constructive criticism. Not too much though. Our dev's get angry pretty easily(please do not tweet to contactive that i said that).
Also too our lead dev is single(lololololol) he like's to go on very brief walks on the beach, he gets tired very easily, and his fave movie is the about the ring.
I guess I should say something about the app now. Um, well it makes your phone ring, or vibrate, when you get a call. It tells you if a celebrity is calling you like Dr. Dre or if its your mailman, or if its just your mum.
But wait there's more:highfive:, if your mom's on twitter, and let's face it there's like a 99% chance she is, it will show you her latest tweet before you pick up her call... you'll be prepared. Also too it'll import all of your friends from Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin(if you have a job), and Gmail to your phone's address book. It identifies unknown callers too by crawling over the inter-webs for all public information connected to that number(ie. location, name,a picture if available, and some other stuff I cant remember.

OK guys, I know this is really off topic but I can't help myself on this one. This is way too cool to keep to myself!
NOTE: For all you guys that know about Windows Speech Recognition, please skip this post. I was totally amazed to find that Windows Speech Recognition in on par or better than Dragon Naturally Speaking software. Since it was made by Microsoft to work with Windows, it has an edge over any other software that runs on Windows, much like Microsoft Office has. Microsoft pulled out all the stops on this software and didn't skimp on anything.
I am actually dictating everything you say with Windows 7 speech recognition enabled. I don't have to type anything at all and can simply tell the computer where I would like to appear in this document. I can also navigate all over windows and control things, like opening a program, using the menus, inserting pictures, etc.. I'm having pain in my fingertips, it actually is painful for me to type. My Dr. says it is a pinched nerve. You all know how much I like to post really big messages. But when you are experiencing pain in your fingers like I am, then I need a different way to type. I was using online be taken in chrome browser, but that was awkward, this speech recognition was not very good, was very simple, and then I would have to copy and paste anyway.
I was really looking for something better such as dragon naturally speaking software, but that cost money and I really don't have money at this time. So what the hack, I decided to search pool for "free windows dictation software" and I found the best link you could ever find. This one:
Turn on dictation for all programs
This link will show you how to enable can use speech recognition in windows 7. I was utterly blown away when I tried this myself. Not only does Windows 7 have accurate dictation software, it can also control the entire computer! I just finished a tutorial and I got a LOT out of it, but this dictation can do everything and it really works. So I am going to practice with this for the next few days and get better at it. Dictation is a lot faster than typing if you are not good at typing or have a painful condition. I am not kidding, this is the same thing you get with pain software like they were with Dragon Naturally Speaking. See for yourself! Good night my friends!
P.S. When you enable the speech recognition there is a tutorial that you can't take. You need about 15 minutes to do this, and you will speak your way through it. The tutorial is very powerful and is going to show you more things than you could possibly remember. But that is all right, the tutorial will also show you, how to control your computer with only a microphone and by telling you what to do . And how to pull up some fast help and a command list for reference. So by all means, please take the time and do the tutorial at least once.
The spelling mistakes have really sold it to me. Where do I sign?
So what's your position at Microsoft OP? ??

used to drive with one hand and send important documents and files with the other. while going down the road back when the blackberry had buttons.. and there was android 2.0.. now you feel like an idiot now because you have to actually have to stare at the screen to type anything.. please comment about the 411.. and thanks.. as my harshness presents my blackberry pearl is still ten times faster at sending messages than this android.
Well I hope nobody is driving and texting. Not only is it illegal (here) it shows you don't care about the lives of all those around you, including your own.
I bought this phone because it doesn't have a physical keyboard. I text using swipe only and can't go back to pecking style. That's just me, Blackberry has other phones with a keyboard so there are options.
Just like Scott said, there are two, soon to be three BlackBerry devices with keyboards. Text and driving is pretty dangerous for yourself and others on the road. There is also Voice-Text options on the device.
