Ok but how do i use is it to change the dpi of only 3 apps, cause this is all i need
for this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1729331
I think the usual DPI is thometing like 220.
Dots per inch(DPI) [google it!]
In few words it's like resolution on PC screen.
Default i9000 LCD Density is 240.
Remember: you need root yor phone before change DPI.

So as the title asks... Why are all the fonts I install so small compared to the stock font?
I mean they are not "miniscule" but they appear quite a bit smaller than the stock font and are hard on the eyes.
Are they like this for everyone?

Even these ones ? http://www.appbrain.com/app/cleanex-flipfont/com.monotype.android.font.cleanex
And you didnt mess with LCD density right? (even though that would make all fonts small )

I have installed some from the FLIPFONTS thread in Themes and Apps but they all instal to small.

Hi,
Me and a couple of friends building a ROM now.
We want everything in the ROM to be small and it will look like the resolution is high, like in the SlimRom.
How can we do it?
Thanks everybody!
Try to resize graphics from every system apk... Should work.
In res/drawable something like that

no changes in performance for me after changing dpi only some times your google play store(if not a multi dpi one) may not work properly for which u will have to clear the data of GOOGLE STORE :good::good:

LCD density has absolutely nothing to do with performance, no effect what so ever. If you use a rom like Slim for example, it comes with multi dpi play store as well and most roms support multi-dpi anyway.
Wrong thread.
