same as KTN but with useless apps. Audio driver is more stable in this one though when you switch to 5.1

Can anyone explainme what that numbers mean? I always see that in forum's topics of some roms but i dont know what that means. How i know if can i flash that new fw or not?
All i know is I have a S5830MWHLB2 (s5830m) that its the same thing that a s5830i, i can flash roms of that phone in mine, like razordroid, and simplicity, thats all I tested for now.

In samsung firmware, searching for s5830m, the last firmware that appears for my country and company is this:
GT-S5830M Chile (Entel PCS) 2012 December Android 2.3.6 S5830MWHLL1 S5830MCHELL1
But for other countries (México), last one is from January 2013.
So, i suppose to flash just the fw for my country and company (xx/12/2012)? or can i flash mexico's fw (xx/01/2103)? If i do the last thing, i will fxck my phone? will loose signal, 3g, etc etc?

[Q] Low signal.

Hei bros, i have a problem, a big one, three days ago, my phone (android 4.2.2, gamerzrom v4, no custom kernels) was saying no signal, i did a research, reinsalled stock rom 2.3.6 via odin, but now my signal is very low, 1 or 2 bars from 4, and sometime i have no signal until i do a reboot, same problem with others roms. What can I do for a proper signal?

that problem occur to me when my device got a really high fever, 60-70 celcius usually from overworking while playing online games using 3g or hardmultitasking, cooling off would do da trick, or maybe ur network provider do got a problem on its signal

I stay in the capital of my country, and on streets i have only one bar or two, this happens even on stock 2.3.6.

Did you have good reception before you installed 4.2.2?

And also, which stock rom did you install? Because each stock rom is localised for different countries and therefore hve different modems suited tot those countries. If you installed a 2.3.6 that's different from your home country then that's probably why, because the modem is suited for that other country and not yours

On gamerzrom v4, four days ago i had full connection, but after i placed another sim, after reboot it was saying no signal... The stock 2.3.6 was working fine every tine i installed it...but now..

Yes, it's a zip inside a zip. I unzipped I9000XFJV7_I9000OXFJV1_CNX.zip, then in the folder was two files, jv7_jv1_jvq and SS_DLL.dll, and inside jv7_jv1_jvq( witch i didn't unziped) are that files(boot.bin, cache.rfs, modem.bin...)

Hmmm.. Judging by your screenshot you put it under PDA. I'm not entirely sure but I'm pretty sure that's meant to go under Phone instead... But again, I'm not sure...

Hmmm... Okay. Try reflashing the stock rom you had, or one that was made for your country. See if that solves the problem...

But the real question is does it signify anything? Is it wise to flash the device with the firmware which has the most recent Build Date and highest Changelist? Is it possible that this one has some improvements over the other ones?
My current baseband is I9070JVBMD1 region XSG (United Arab Emirates).

I wouldn't want to try Hong Kong or China firmware as there had been cases where people bricked their phone or lose their IMEI by flashing those firmwares. Not recommended.

Does this happen to all LQG's or just his own?

I really don't know. You must try it and report if hapened with other version of LQG. I try only LQG from CNX Romania, and other users report that with LQE don't have the issue of no reboot menu.

u r in Persia but u flashed HongKong firmware.
If you do not like the firmware released for your region flash any of the european one.
These firmwares are all the same except their difference in the amount of bloatware.

maybe you can try out the latest firmware which is released in OCT

i have tried it, in my opinion, i think it is more responsive and smoother (just a little bit maybe) compare to my previous firmware which is XXLQE.

Yes I have just installed this. Things seem a bit nipper and more free memory, but haven't noticed anything else yet. Let me know if you want me to test anything on the phone for changes.
Update : Camera is focusing faster and I can get closer to objects now.

This is my camera firmware after the new update which is the same as before I updated. Samsung must of only updated the software side of things.

No it didn't format for me anything. Did dirty flash in odin from Official Polish fw.
All working well. Except modem stayed the same as previous (didn't flash), but I think I can wait for my regional update and stay with this ANCE modem.

what about knox counter? do we lose warranty? if we flash via odin...

My S5 has H3G [Three] firmware installed, but is obviously a UK model.
Is it possible for me to download the UK [BTU] firmware and flash it to my phone via Odin? If so, it won't create any issues will it? I'd just rather I had a bloatware free phone that got updated quicker!

Hey! Official firmwares do not trigger Knox. Don't worry mate
