[Q] Svoice for samsung galaxy ace...???

hi guys...
can svoice of galaxy s3 work in our SGA....?
is it possible to mod that... i have heard somewhere that it can be done as SGA and S3 uses the same voice input..
if any DEV can do that it will be highly appreciated....

Would have thought samsung would have made it hard to port. They wouldn't want one of their big features to be on every phone.

dude let the phone release first
then hop on to the OPEN DESIGN website and download it for ur cm9 powered phone

Well,we didn't say it was working.We said we were working on it.And,even we,TC members don't have a working copy Only slaid480 knows the exact details of the project coz he is the one working on it.

Wait for a few days.. or this week most probably.. My ROM is almost finished, only stuck with Theming the System Apps.. its a pain in the a**
Anyways Checkout my attached Changelog.txt... and yeah, if you want me to add anything else, then do tell me

Seems pretty good! One suggestion replace the stock systemUI with the nexus 4 one in the themes section. Really in demand!

But there are already 2 ROMs trying to replicate Nexus 4 look (i.e AOKP styles) so I want to go for something different..

For me all of them are themed + added some init.d scripts. Some modding (Ripple unlock, 15 toggles...). Why no one provides inprovement in performance with some testing app? Or extended battery life with sceenshots of it. This is just mine thinking, maybe I am wrong.

Changes in ur rom:
1. Remove note 2 popup browser..its a waste
2. Copy the bootanimation file from jellymod or pure vanilla rom(nexus animation)..its awesome.
3. Try to add the X4 video player from xperia Z..it can play 4 videos at at a time.
4. Keep the nature ui touchwiz launcher.
5.Make it d smoothest of all roms :thumbup:

2. If both ROMs have the same Boot Animation, then why would I keep Nexus one? I was planning for some other animation, but I will add Nexus one as an add on

Our screen isn't big enough for pop up browser. So it's a waste

well your right Nature UI touchwiz launcher is really smooth i'm using it on my rom but only when im working on the phone and then mostly i use nova it's the prime AOSP feel well good luck with the Rom and yeah be careful do make a backup with CWM or TWRP of the system before flash or your S Advance dies

But I have used it on my Phone.. it was a port for S3.. I just took its apk from my friend's S3 and it worked on my phone as well
But since I have removed Stock Browser from my ROM, I wonder if the Popup Browser would work or not as I think it needs the Stock Browser as well...

I made a derp here. ivchek have put rom first on xda, so he will be the mantainer of the rom. I will go to another project. Any moderator, please close this thread.

Bugs:
Play store doesn't work (dunno why, tried millions of apk's)
Dialer crashes when receiving a call.
I cannot fix these bugs. I'd appreciate any help to fix them.

No, it's not. there are bugs aside Cm7 bugs, like you can't receive calls, dialer crashes. I'm working on it and would like some help about the dialer.

Have you tried removing DSP Manager or the native CM7 music player? That's happening on normal CM7.2 too so relax
Anyway, what are you doing to fix it? Maybe I can give shot to your problem

Hmm.. there might be a dialertabactivity.apk and phone.apk of LEWA ROM on another device. Although it doesn't work from theirs even if you try to implement it.

Wonderful work! However, I have opened the a similar theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2305238 but my plans to release RC 1 later.
Regarding errors can advise you badly optimized software or forgot to add some files and.
By the way MIUI is much better than LEWA.

I prefer lewa, i think miui can be a little laggy. What do you mean with "i badly optimized software"? Oh, and you opened that thread first, so if you want, i can ask mods to close mine. We don't need two LeWa.
