If not on keep on
Wait to synchronized the mail and account

Alredy happen to me
A common error occurs to Android users when they attempt to use Google Play to download apps that says “Error Processing Purchase DF-BPA-09″. The error usually doesn’t allow users to download anything and the problem will reoccur with every attempt.
The following steps usually fix this problem.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Applications.
3. Select the All tab.
4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework.
5. Select the Clear data button.
6. Tap OK on the warning that appears.
Although you may not have to, try restarting the device, then try to use Google Play. You should now have no problem downloading apps.

It happen only four chrome where I can't download ANYTHING even pictures.
I used to have similar issue where play store downloads is starts but do not make any progress at all. What caused this problem was my bad internet connection in the house, I didn't have it in the office.
I suggest trying different connection.
Also try clearing play store data, updates and cache.
If non help, download play store apk from internet and manually install it.
Last shot, go to play store website using your pc not Phone and sign in with the same Google account in your XZ, then browser the play store and install any app from the pc. It will all you in which device you want top install it. Select XZ
So as soon as your XZ connect to any internet connection, the download of that app will start automatically.
Hope one of these things could help

Check your connection. I had the same problem, and later found out that it was a problem with my connection. Otherwise, clear data and cache for google play and google freame work, reboot and try clean again, reboot again and then try to connect.
If not, reflash the device.
I have no problems with internet connection gor example xda and browser works great. Do a factory reset solve the problem?
Sent from my LG-P880 using xda app-developers app
Umm, sorry. When I meant connection, I meant if your internet service provider is blocking the ports that google play needs to work. That happened to me and I could not downlod anything, update or something else. But internet, browsing worked.
Try to connect to a hotspot around the city, otherwise, do as I told you earlier. Clear the cache for google play store and google framework.
Ok I cleared chache rebooted my phone, still having error. Tried another wifi, nothing changed. But wft is google framework? Sorry I am hungarian and I am not the best at problem solving...

More info on this issue here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1670622
and here;
http://forums.androidcentral.com/verizon-galaxy-note-2/246342-google-play-store-app-doesnt-work.html
You will find there more detailed info but the advice will be the same. Again, try to connect to a public hotspot, not just another wifi connection you have in your vicinity. It could be a port issue.
Still nothing. But any apps from google.doesn`t work like gmail. I think there is a problem with my account but from desktop everything worked. I`ll try more wifi tomorrow.

Stock v20a 4.1.2 rooted
Not unlocked
This solved my problem!!!
1. Go to folder: etc ( you must be rooted)
2. Delete hosts file
3. Reboot

Gosh -- yeah, I had that once as well. Let me guess: some custom ROM? Some IP addresses of Google servers had changed, but were hardcoded here in the hosts file. So all apps went nowhere when looking for those servers. Commenting out the corresponding line(s) did it for me back then.
After installing a new (various) ROM and preforming a full wipe Playstore does not auto load the applications in my google account. Note that auto application auto sync is all checked as active. Any idea of a solution?

Did you log into your Google account during the initial setup or did you go through the setup then log into your Google account?

I don't recall, what is the correct procedure?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using xda app-developers app
If you log into your Google account during the setup (when it says "Do you have a Google Account?"), then let the setup continue, THEN the apps will automatically download.
If you skipped that part, let the rom fully boot up then logged in, it won't download your apps automatically.
Sent from my GT-P7510 using Tapatalk HD
You may be probably correct, i will try to do both paths for my next ROM upgrade. Thanks for the feedback..

I've tried going to apps through settings, but it gives me no option to unintall it! Proper confused!

In settings, apps, all
You may have to force close or disable before you can uninstall. I had to do this to one app yesterday to be able to uninstall it.
Every time I try to disable it I get this message!??

goto security and allow unknown sources to be able to install apps that come from other places than google play
