please HELP my i9001 is bricked !!!

Hi Guys,
I tried to upgrade rom from 2.3.3 to 2.3.6 got on this forum , using odin 4.43
the port was reconized and the process started but stay locked at 4/12 during 1 hour
so that I had to stop odin and shut down my i9001 from downloading mode .
now when restarting device I get icon showing a phone and a pc with yellow triangle and exclamation point in it .
Please help, what ca I do?
I made a full data+system backup using titanium on my sd card before stating the operation, could it be used ?

Can you acces download mode? If you can, just try again with odin..

You mean it is possible to get dowload mode , even if I got thei triangle pc phone logo ?

You should be able to get into download mode. Get the battery out of your phone and put it back after 10sec, Volume Down + Home + Power Button at the same time will get you in download mode.
It happens a lot that the flash is stuck, especially with large files. Changing USB or PC even will solve the problem.

I could get the download mode following your instruction
I will try with another another usb entry when at home .
for odin I have 2 files : one is .ops, the orther is .md5 : can you confirm I dont nead more files to get process ok till the end .
after step2 as I remember I have an odin log line telling something as " big file ..."
so that I wonder if it could work using another usb port !

That is fine, MD5 means "one package", so be sure to check One Package and then your .MD5 along with the .OPS and you're good to go. No need for other files.

I could flash my phone with odin 4.43 and 2.3.6 rom .
but the only way to success after many sessions, was to uncheck box " secure OPS file" on odin screen .

If you are 100% sure you cannot enter download mode you really have a problem. Did you try checking the battery? And if you are 100% sure - search the forum, there's some posts about using a JIG to fix it, but most seem to have gone back to Samsung afaik...

That's for softbricks only, not really a brick (just something that makes people panic and think they bricked their phone ). Hardbricks are almost impossible as in: go to a service center and hope they will replace or fix your device (without any cost)...

cant boot my phone bricked or get into recovery or Download

I've a Biiiiig Problem with My Phone Samsung GT-I9000T I've started flashing it with Odin but Odine hav'nt Complete the Flash Progress and Just Crashed , after that My Phone Cant Boot into Recovery or Download Mode and it's Bricked , The problem now started out with me not being able to start my phone , Now it look Like that

Note: I've tryed all Solution

I have got this image many times on my phone.. you just need to take out the battery.. wait for a few min.. put the battery in and go to download mode.. it should easily go in download mode .. atleast mine does even after showing this image on phone..

Exactly.... i had it myself many times and did the same thing... it always did work for me too!!

ClockworkMod Recovery v6.0.1.3 not working properly

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy i9001. I just recently installed ClockworkMod v6.0.1.3 non touch.
The problem is that when I press the volume keys, the selector goes up and down. When I press the Home button, the selector goes up and when I press the Options button (the one on the left), the selector goes down. The Back button and Power button do nothing.
So basically I can navigate, but can't select any options. What can I do now?
I tried flashing with Odin but it gets stuck at <ID:0/006> SetupConnection.. -> tried with 1.84, 3.07 and 4.43 (at 4.43 I can't select the PDA button, it's grey). They all recognize the phone but won't set up connection.

Resolved. Used the WORKED2.rar package on the i9001 wiki. I can't post links because I don't have 10 posts, but search for "WORKED2.rar" on the wiki and you will find the solution.

Try other recoveries you can try CWM Touch and TWRP

Hello guys. I have a problem with my phone because i cant get out of cwm recovery TOUCH v6.0.1.3 and i can't get into download mode and so i dont know how to use Odin and i heard u need download mode for that to flash anything so. Basically i was scared to work with odin so i searched on youtube and i looked up: how to get clockworkmod recovery without odin. Because i saw that if u flash a custom rom your phone will be faster and my phone was really slow so i thought like let me try it. And then i saw that u can like download a zip file on your phone and then go into recovery and then install the clockworkmod recovery file ( v6.0.1.3 TOUCH ). So i did that and now im stuck and i tried to do anything i connected it to my computer so i can like transfer a custom rom from my computer to my phone. So i did that and that doesn't work either so now im with a Samsung Galaxy S Plus i9001 thats stuck in cwm recovery mode Please help me ( i cant post threads because i made a account just to fix this for my samsung galaxy s plus i9001 ( sorry for my bad english) Also my phone was rooted before that and i didnt flash anything before i rooted my phone ( i hadn't had anything like a custom rom on my phone before the hell started ) i really need my phone for my whatsapp and i already factory reseted my phone because some people said that that works ( i saw it on a other thread of that cwm recovery boot loop). Also please dont post like really hard english words because i cant speak english so well and i dont know what a custom kennel or anything like roms or kennels etc. All help is appreciated.

From what I understand, your CWM works but you don't have a ROM to flash? Well take out the SDcard, put it in a card reader / your mom's phone etc and copy Cyanogenmod for i9001 to it. For example I used this mod on my i9001 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212409
After you copy to external SDcard, put it back in your phone, choose "update from external SDcard" in CWM and choose the zip you downloaded from the link above. You can choose any ROM from there, this is just an example (I used it). Don't forget to put google apps (gapps) too, or else you won't have Google Play etc. You flash them just like the ROM (after you install the ROM don't restart, flash Google Apps).

Hello Guys, Please help me because my phone is not working and this is the only phone i have so please help me soon.
What Happened:-
I had bought this phone 3 years back in 2012 after 1 month of purchase i updated my phone to official Jelly bean via Samsung kies but my phone had issues like blank screen failing to install official update, So i went to samsung service centre first they refused to service and told me that my motherboard is to be replaced because emmc not working but later they say no need to replace motherboard and installed official update and phone working fine later on i rooted my phone and installed various custom ROMS.
I had been using AICP rom based on kitkat and it is working fine. Some call comes and my phone launcher changed so i goto settings change my launcher but it doesnt change so i rebooted my phone. After that phone booted and AICP bootscreen logo comes after then automatically phone was switched off, Again i switch on the phone but same issue so i go to TWRP recovery and do wipe cache and wipe partition and rebooted my phone but nothing happened galaxy note logo appears and again phone goes switched off.
Problem:-
After that again i went to TWRP Recovery but now failed to go in Recovery mode. Then i go to Odin 3.07 and trying to install official jelly bean via Odin & it displays Pass. Again booted the phone samsung logo comes and then language settings came then after pressing next button phone switch off. After that i tried to install custom ROMS, Clockwork Recovery , Safe Kernels, and official ROMS but situation is same as earlier. Then i install PIT FILE via odin 16 gb pit file with official rom odin shows pass but the situation is same.
Then i go to samsung service centre they go to download mode and where it shows custom binary count:- 1 they told me that you install custom rom i said yes but right now it is on official one ( As i installed Official Firmware via Odin ). They told me that as your phone is old and has no warranty so we try to install our official firmware via odin with all files Like Pit File, Phone, Csc etc. but there is 50 -50 % chance if we fail then you have to replace your motherboard costs around Rs 8500/- or USD $134 which is huge money . Now after installing official firmware with all files got success in odin Phone rebooted with samsung logo and settings come after that phone again switch off means it fails according to samsung service centre.
So after that i become sad but i tried to go to recovery but now good news is yes i get samsung official recovery working perfectly now what to do ? How to check is my emmc corrupted or not ? How to install Lollipop Rom of bauner? How to make my phone working ?
I search xda forum on my issue but not getting exact my situation so Please Help me guys fast .... i think my phone is soft brick not hard bricked.

Hi, try going back to official firmware ( i know you already have) , but look for a firmware package with "phone", "pda" and "csc" files to flash, then you're back to square one and can go to a lollipop rom. I had a similar problem and this fixed it

Which official firmware you are saying and where to find that firmware with phone pda csc files because i searched many official firmware but there download links are dead now. So no option to download. If you have any then please give me link to download and step by step guide or Using Odin just like normally we do .

Its 4 days and my phone is still not working everything tried but all results FAil:crying::crying:

gt s5570 ( Unknow Bricked )

I just want to ask if there is any way to unbrick my gt s5570. Its been flashed with a s5570i recovery ( By frustration ). No recovery mode no download mode the only and only way to get it detected by pc is to use volume up+home+power.
Odin always gets stuck at "setup connection" while flashing the stock rom every time.
What i have tried ?
Every button combo that exist nothing works result is always only switched off cell.
Pc detects it correctly only with voulme up+ home plus + power
Odin always gets stuck at setup connection while trying to flash.
Pressing the download mode buttons with the mobile connected to pc and insert in the battery also doesn't work.
Why i flashed it with a wrong recovery ?
Searching for the CWM 4.4.x.x i got frustrated i couldn't find it any where( spend a day almost ) finally saw one for s5570i installed it ( I though what can go wrong i have odin and download mode ) and after restart its bricked.
Why i still have hope ???
Its detected by a computer there " is " a way to make it work again and i mean it but it might have not been founded yet.
Any SD card hack that might help me boot it and recover it ??

I have been on xda since 2013, not as a member but i have been flashing this little thing with every CM rom that comes out with the help of xda forum.
I am not a mobile freak but i try modifying every thing i own every thing.
What i have learnt is that recovery mode is like bios and ROM is like windows as simple as that. Don't play with bios do whatever u want to do with windows.

I think jtag is the only way . Have been searching on internet for 3 days non stop but for wrong recovery zero solution are online. Except if someone works on a new solution
