Can't boot past LG Screen. - LG Revolution

So I tried rebooting into recovery by holding power and down volume, I thought I remember seeing that the factory reset that showed didn't actually run so I said OK and it wiped the phone. It was stuck on LG screen so I pulled battery. It now won't boot past LG Screen. adb and fastboot don't recognize any devices plugged in...IDK what I can do. Am I bricked? Took it to a Win7 PC to try the LGNPST as per here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1337386 and it doesn't recognize the phone when I plug it into the PC either? Was any way to force fastboot(other than removing the img file which I can't do with no PC-phone bridge access) found?

try to boot into Emergency mode by holding down Up+Power.
at that point, LGNPST should detect your phone and you can restore it with the TOT files.

Then use the test mode fix. Use it as many times as humanly possible until you see the usb icon in the status bar. It can take a few tries, but it works.

I think it has to be on internet connection with USB debugging on for it to register. I would try the emergency mode.

I used the test mode fix after flashing zv9 tot successfully and was able to one click root and install cwm....thank you so much xda and contributers. Thought my phone was as good as a paperweight last night

[Q] HELP--Stuck On LG Boot Logo

I need help, my phone is stuck on the LG screen at boot, when I reboot to attempt getting into CWM i get the screen that says "are you sure you want to do a factory reset...." When I do so and factory wipe it goes back to the LG boot screen and doesn't go into Clockwork Recovery. Tried many times but no luck. I also tried connecting it to my pc and getting the LGNPST program but it doesn't see or recognize my phone as there is no way for me to connect it to USB Mass Storage.
Could I have really bricked my phone? I have screwed it up before but always able to get into CWM and turn on USB Mass storage, now I cant even do that. Any Help Please!!!
OOPS sorry i somehow posted this twice!!!
Would help if you posted what you've done to the phone. Since you only said what the problem is not what you did to it.
Hey thanks for replying. Ok here it is. I downloaded Rom Manager from the market that I bought previously for an HTC i had and from there somehow flashed a ROM and the rest is history. Stuck on LG
I downloaded ROM Manger since I got rid of it awhile ago since it didn't work and I have no idea how you could of flashed a rom through it since it'll just say you have to have clockworkmod on your phone unless you picked a different model like the esteem which is this phone but different model which would probably mess up the phone. But after you flashed the rom did anything else happen? Like did the phone work or just reboot and stay at Lg logo?
You know it was late last night and you just reminded me that I did use the Esteem ROM, and after that all it did was rebooted and stayed at the LG Screen, And whenever I try to get into recovery all it does is verify if i want to reset to factory and wipe data, then back to LG. I cant get any of my computers to recognize it on either XP or Win7...Im sorry I didnt say that my phone was rooted and running GingerVOlt1.3 with bk over clock kernel as well
Hmm try the Irc channel see if the people there have answers. http://webchat.freenode.net/ Channel: #lgrevolution
thanks i did that last night but im not sure how to actually use the IRC i tried clicking on several names and ask for help but no one responded. I appreciate your time though.
It's a normal chatbox pretty much you talk to everybody unless you click a name just say you have a problem and list what happened and everything somebody should be able to help you.
ok cool thanks im actually trying it now
Put your phone in download mode then try lgnpst.

Beamer,
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately this does not work either. I have tried holding the power button and volume down button several times all it does is take me to the factory wipe screen and after confirming just reboots back to the LG screen and stays there. I dont know what else to try. I have tried on my new Win7 X64 laptop and also on an XP desktop that always works but non of them will "see" my phone as a storage device or anything. Any suggestions???

Alright, emergency mode is:
1) Pull battery
2) Put battery back in
3) Press and hold volume up
4) Press and hold power button while continuing to hold the volume up button
5) Hold through splash screen
6) Should now be in download mode

Mt,
Want to say thanks for all the work you've done and continue to do with the Revo. Its the only saving grace we have. Maybe you could help me out with this. I am stuck on the LGNPST when I put my phone in Download mode, LGNPST see's it as an "unknown" and only allows me to do a Phonebook Programing under the Emergency Tab, but when I choose the only Bin File and Only *csv. file it displays as error and stops. Im not sure as to what it wants me to do or what its trying to do. In the past I was able to just flash the VS910Ztot and be all done but now I cant even get that option. Do you have any Idea what I need to do??? Please any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hey I had a similar issue with this and the download mode and everything except I was able to get into recovery but it would reboot to fast to restore a full nand backup and I couldn't get the .dll to work either what I ended up doing and it fixed it was booting into recovery going into backups and restore then advanced restore and had enough time in recovery to restore just the boot so I did that next thing I knew the phone rebooted automagically like it had been doing but this time it went past the lg and into the gingervolt boot animation then I got a black screen so I manually booted into recovery did the same steps except this time I was able to advanced restore the system and it rebooted again when it booted up I had a black screen so I boot back into recovery and was finally able to restore a full back up never got an auto reboot so I booted up and the phone worked fine.

[i9000m] Galaxy S not starting, no download, no recovery, help!

helped a friend out about 4 months ago by flashing kg3 onto his galaxy s after it would crash repeatedly saying 'internal process (android system) error, must forceclose' and after that it worked fine,
but yesterday he said it won't boot up, won't go into download or recovery, the only screen interaction he can get is when it's plugged in it will say battery 100% charged,
when i plugged it into keys the computer beeped then said 'keys 2.0 doesn't recognize this phone' .... help please?!
Have you tried removing and re-inserting the battery? At times after doing that you are atleast able to get into the download mode.
you wil have to re install firmware
Ya I have tried that, still no download mode, and I obviously know I have to reinstall firmware but how could I do that with no download mode

just double check. if you used to be able to get download mode then you shoud be able to get in it again. sgs are fairly hard to break. try removing the battery at full charge and leave all cables out when you do remove it . do the button combo and you should be good. after that happy flashing

[Q] My Phone is Dead, it only flashing

When i putted the phone in the download mode, then i plugged in the USB and my ODIN3 v1.00 was opened that time. I clicked on the start in the ODIN3 and after showing some processing in it, it says removed. then my phone was automatically turned of. And know whenever i start it... it just only flash the "at&t world phone" on the screen. and when i plug in the USB the at&t logo stop flashing and it goes completely black....
Please help me how to fix it...
you will need to get the phone into download mode , if the 3 button combo is not working you will need a usb jig http://www.1giftbuy.com/p-10279-i9000-i9100-micro-usb-download-mode-jig-/?currency=GBP
any other option
is there is any other option available beside using USB jig... because i heard sometime the fone totally dead after using it... there is no warranty of the recovery of the fone after using it...
Unfortunately a jig is your best option for getting download mode as far as i know. Have you tried one click unbrick in hemindal?

I have Heimdall but i didnt found any option of of one click unbrick in it...

houston i think we have a problem

hello,
I think I bricked my galaxy tab 8.9, after filling internal memory, it shut down.
now when I boot it its stuck on splash and when I try to go into cwm it acts as if its not there I can get into download mode but odin or the pc for that matter doesn't find the tab, even though drivers are installed. the weird thing is when plugged into pc it initiates the power but stays on a blank screen.
any help much appreciated this is the second brick on this device I recovered last time with odin but this time I could use some help from the devs because im stumped.
thank you-
Does it say qhusb

no I don't think so on the tab if I boot regular I get stuck on Samsung splash, if I boot volume+ plus power I get bootloader then when I pick recovery the icon flashes like theres not a recovery.
downloader mode works but not detetected by odin or pc for that matter unless I plug into a usb port the tab will come on but just a blank screen.
im gonna see what nvflash is capable of any thoughts.
You aren't hard bricked. Reinstall drivers then go into download mode then plug in the tab to a USB on the back picture computer then start Odin

I tried to upload V20B.kdz using software update, but the phone was not founded though that i plugged him. Also when i plug the phone to computer or to wall it shows this error and the phone is just restarting all the time. Is there a chance to let my phone live?

In addition to installing the latest drivers, you should hold VOLUME DOWN while plugging in the USB. This will let you enter S/W upgrade mode from where you can go back to stock.
One more thing, I suggest you use this method to get back to stock: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2682146 Fast and easy. Next time make sure to have the bootloader unlocked before trying to flash a custom recovery. Good luck!
