For anyone running this rom, is it in the phablet or tablet mode? Phablet is the mode the nexus 7 runs in.
I love you man!
I would think it would run on the 3113 but I'll wait.
Home launcher & app drawer stayed in landscape mode, enabled screen rotations, everything else can be rotated (settings, apps, lockscreen...) but not home launcher & in app drawer...
Wifi tethering not working, auto switching off after few seconds switched on...

I would like to try this, please~
I just have some knowledge about this and have rich experience about testing bcos I made a lot of custom roms for me~
thx~~
Exciting news.
Unfortunately i only have a 3110, otherwise i would have loved to help.
Best of luck with the Rom, I am guessing we have a chance of it becoming an officially supported device now.
Anybody tried this on p3100 ??

Did not work on P3113, failed to boot past splash logo. Getting adb up now so I can post some information.
Also had to change some of the assert info in Updater Script to be able to even install it (Basically removed most of it and set it so that if the device == espressowifi, go ahead and install).

Now time to check if the apps working fine.
I take that hardware acceleration is not implemented yet?

And Google Chrome works! No more FC due to no hardware acceleration.
Edit: None of the other kernels I've used before seem to work with this. So a proper warning to those who will try. Guess no OC for now.

I have been experimenting with the 10.1 preview version for about a week - and have to admit, while being a hardcore TabletUI user, this new interface grows on you - and I am really not looking for any kind of official tablet ui version, etc.
It's quick, I had very few issues even with the preview version - the emulated >0 desgination for the internal memory (due to the multi-user option) threw me for a loop at first, and I admit to reverting to stock and reflashing a couple of times before being told it was normal
Hats off to the CM Team, appreciate all the work put into these releases

Try flashing gapps-jb-picasa-20121011-signed.zip from the official gaaps page. This zip replaces Gallery2 with GoogleGallery (picasa gallery). I am not getting any errors. I have also performed a factory reset before moving on the CM10.1, so maybe that is the reason.
http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-picasa-20121011-signed.zip
Note: The installation script for the replacement picasa gallery says it is for 4.1.2, but it also works with 4.2.1.
I am also using gapps-jb-20121212-signed.zip.

i don't understand it really well so i followed your instructons rom boots and i go to settings and click build number 10 times then i go to developer options and adb is already disabled when enabling no reboot?
EDIT: had to do it a few times now it rebooted and external storage working (i tried using apollo and it's very unstable)
EDIT2: we really need OC now we see 4.2.2 doesn't run that well on out device

Yesterday you had no cm10.1 , just a thread full of bickering .
Today you have cm10.1 .
Be happy it's getting built and stop asking for finish times.
If I know nik he is working hard on this and it will get fixed asap
So glad to see you on this nik :good:

Hehe 4.2.2 is a big old beast . We are deffo gonna need a big ass oc ;p
I think if you havn't used 4.2.2 before you are going to end up a little deflated once you get it . It's not the all singing and dancing update that cm10 was to our phone.
And I wouldn't be suprised in the least that it will be slower.
Oh and nik and other devs . not sure on cwm but deffo on twrp , i think 2.4+ was needed as it fixed a bug where backups were spawning everywhere. It was to do with the way google made JB to accommodate multiple profiles . It's deffinately something to be aware of as when it was launched there were all sorts of problems on the forums because of multiple spawning of backups

Ubuntu Touch? Since it usies CM base it would be much easier. Im looking into the MIUI side of things though. I dont like Ubuntu Touch until it actually works.
I never used it except on my computer. I want to try it on phone though. Is it buggy

"Open-Source doesn't meant Out-of-Respect!!!"
Open Source means full respect and credit to anyone who did even a small thing as finding a missing ";" on a 4000 rows code!
BTW, are you the official maintainer of CM?
I remember you from the Note 2 forums, you gave us some awesome things
Will you bring us ports for other roms to? (OmniRom, PACMan, ProBam, AOSPA..?)
(I would try myself, but most of the times it ends in a f**king bootloop , and I don't have this device (maybe I will ))

Yep. The maintainer for T-Mobile is Richard Ross. According to Dalingrin, he should be putting up a build and start official nightly's either today or in the next few days.
Is there any way to get this running on Korean Variants?? ie.. F320K or F320L

First of all thanx to CM guys for their work!
How can you guys rate the level of sources sharing from LG? So far I do not see them listed as a dev friendly OEM.
We should be fine with the soc and general performances, but what about:
1) camera
2) hdmi out (SlimPort)
3) wireless display mirroring (Miracast?)
4) FM radio?
5) Is Grapich RAM battery saving method an hw staff or will need sw (kernel I guess) support?
6) Knock on-off?
6) Any other broken features (I'm not talking about any crappy LG sw, but hw features not supported by AOSP
Please don't reply with: Flash and discover yourself!
I do not have the G2 and I'm asking in order not to be in the same (bad) situation like with my SGS3!!!
Thanks a lot.

Hey FireLord, thanks a lot man! I'd seriously given up any hope for ever having CM on N3N, I was actually thinking of purchasing a new phone but i didn't, only because you were working on CM. Its great to see it finally booted up.
As i can see right now, most of the core functions still don't work so i don't think I'm gonna be using it for now, but i'll definitely keep an eye out for future updates. I really wish i could help out but I'm not really a dev so I'm afraid i can't do that but I'll cheer you on for sure!
*fingers crossed* Hope you can get the Camera, Audio and RIL working soon enough.
Once again, Thanks a lot bud!
