Is it the software's fault or the hardware's fault that it's so darn buggy?
I mean, single touch inputs are almost fine, but dual-touch inputs aren't. When one touch axis crosses another one's path, they kinda "melt" together. Why is this?
Is the Clearpad 2000 normally like this or did HTC somehow **** it up?
It's HW. If it was SW, it would obviously be fixed.

Darn it. I went from a crappy phone with buggy digitizer (X10 Mini) , to a good phone with a buggy digitizer (N1).

Whats wrong with the x10 mini? I liked it, and would like it way more then this n1. In fact, i own one. But i still have to use my n1.

The screen size of 2.6 inches. Almost like I needed a magnifying glass for it.

I have read about people who broke the ns screen and replaced it with screens and digitizers from eBay or similar. Can you replace sclcd with samoled?

Hello, today I slipped and fell and my HTC Vivid seemed to have taken the fall pretty hard because whenever I turn it on its screen is completely black, but it theres streaks of white on the bottom. It almost looks as if a nail of white is on the bottom when I turn on the phone. Any ideas to get my screen working again?

Lcd/digitizer combo is easiest fix & goes for anywhere between $50-65 on ebay and the time it takes to fix.
Or you can be adventurous and just buy the lcd only. Costs $30-35 and a lil more time.

Its more like $40 for LCD digitizer combo.. At least it was when I replaced mine lol

lcd dead
You lcd is broken.
You should check if the phone is reconigzed by a computer. Changing the lcd screen is a challenging task, but if you are patient you can do it.

LMAO :laugh::laugh::laugh:
Took a picture earlier and I noticed there is something odd looking towards the top part of any pictures I take. Even shows up when I have the camera up.
Time for warranty I suppose.
See attached.

Crack in the lens cover?
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta
its the gods!
Get it replaced. Seems like an issue with the magic eye of the lens. It's probably damaged or a dirt got inside your phone and made it's way to the eye.
Or could you try to lightly tap the phone in your palm? It might get off the eye also but of course it's still there inside so kinda annoying.

I do, but they are doing a warranty exchange. Should have the new one tomorrow.
My camera has pink thint in dark low lit areas and I have 1 stuck pixel near the left middle near the bezel. The stuck pixel color is white and I'm wondering if HTC will repair it or replace the screen? I already tried running unstuck pixel apps for like 2 hours now still nothing

Have you tried asking HTC?

Lcd is defective so they will change it. Scratches are not counted as a damage. Yes you will be getting a fresh new lcd and the upper glass.
