Vote to get Case-Mate's 'Barely There' case for Nexus S

I went through 3 or 4 different cases with my old Vibrant. None of them were good enough by being too big, being too lose, having an uncomfortable material, etc. Then I got Case-Mate's Barely There case and completely fell in love! I'd really like to get one for the Nexus S as well.

I have mine from my Nexus One but I also got one of those Samsung ones and two from DCmugen on ebay. DCmugen has pouches like the one that came with the Nexus One and they carry them in different colors.

they said there would be a pop! case available next month, do any of you guys have experience with the pop case for other phones? does it add a lot more bulk than a barely there case?

Just as the title states, does anybody have any suggestions on where to find some fairly good quality skins for the nexus 7? I have found some on xoskins and amazon but not sure on the quality so I'm hoping somebody has some experience...

+1 on decal girl, still have the skin on my original psp, that was bought in 06. Perfect condition, and now they sell matte finish for no fingerprints.
If I get a chance when I get back home I will take a pic of something I have skinned.

I've always gotten my skins from Gelaskins. Cellphones, iPods, tablets, Kindle, even one for my Beats. I just bought a skin for my N7 and have been using it for about a week. Love it. Good quality, very durable, stays put, and comes off clean. Plus, they have some really interesting and different artwork, or you can upload your own.

The decal girl skins come off clean for replacements, I have never removed them from any of my devices, but my wife changes outher skin every 4-6 weeks. Never any residue, and if you dont tug on it too hard removing it, they can be reused.

Urban Armor Gear Petition

I thought I would start a petition thread for all you Urban Armor Gears lovers out there (including me ).
Maybe we can just leave our XDA usernames, countries, for a Urban Armor Gear.
I love the Urban Armor Gear on my Galaxy S3 and it would be nice to have a equal one on the Galaxy Note 2 !
Then I can either send Urban Armor Gear this link or put all the names from here, and then send it to them.
Pro:
-Good protection
-slim and light
-functional
-good colors
-NFC still works
-unique and masculine
Contra:
-Not aviable for Galaxy Note 2

Just watched a video review of the S3 one on youtube, it looks like a really well made case. I'd consider buying one but it looks like it'll make an already rather large phone even bigger.

I've realized that their business model is focused on the iPhone. I, too, got a response saying they have no plans... so by the time they get around to tooling their systems to make a case, it'll be too late. Happy I have one on my S3 tho, it's a neat design, especially in the little details.

bump. I want this case so bad.

I sent them about 2 emails last week and got the "if there's enough people wanting it, we'll start thinking about making it". I think even if we finally draw their attention, a case wont be available to purchase till February or so.

I was almost to buy the gs 3 to buy good cases ! Pathetic ...I know ... But cant help to notice so many cases For I-P#[email protected]$ and almost nothing for the rest of the BIG THINGS out there .... THIS one PLS make it for all those ppl who love good cases and want one .

This is an amazing case. I have a black one on the S3 I'm typing this on and I'd love to see UAG start making them for the N2. I'm probably picking up a N2 this week, and this would be the go-to case for it.

Tetrax mount

At about $20 per magnet that's about $35-$40 to mount it. Of course you'll have tons of extra discs to stick to other things or to about 3 different cases at once
If it was more like $20 for the pair I'd get one.

I agree, the price is the only thing that's prevented me from ordering already. I'm suprised there aren't any similar alternatives other than the standard magnet mounts that have been around for years.

And I have a weird dash with pod very similar to the video so the magnets would be just about perfect for me. I just won't spend that much

Received the Terax, but not the hard-back cover yet. Fixed the Tetrax to the dash and test-fitted the 'clips' that attach to the device.
Although the instructions state to apply the clip to the device above half-way, this wouldn't suite my layout. I'm glad to say after testing over speed ramps/sleeping police men, the tablet didn't move a bit.

Was the tape necessary or were you just testing? Its aesthetically displeasing.

Assuming the mount bits stay stuck to the TPU case, I think you got a winner. Looks very good.

Kilogramz don't know about a online source but maybe a local seamstress with a commercial embroidery machine. She could customize almost any design imaginable. If you kept it a simple graphic or lettering it probably wouldn't cost that much depending on the cover material. Sorry I don't have any thing better, but I would be interested if you have any luck online.
