I know many members are waiting excitedly to get their hands on the modem files from that phone.
I'm pretty curious about any t-mobile tweaks they might have added to the rom.

Because I think it was announced today and they are not wizards...
Also it will most likely be the same build and I hope that roms will be cross compatible but no positive about that

This been news for at least a month, but I guess it is just NEWS to us people who are invested in it, to other it is just another release. Lets see how I can get the attention of a mod or something. I'm downloading the Kies software on my desktop, lets hope they will let me update my AT&T Note with the Samsung software update.

That's a good price. The Nexus goes for about the same amount. I am on T-Mobile and always wanted the Note. I heard there were problems getting the ATT version working on the T-Mobile network.
I might just order one now! I hate the pentile display on the Nexus.

I ordered one from Walmart, got the order confirmation email, then almost immediately got the cancellation email. Someone screwed up on posting the price with the advert. I guess as soon as they got a surge in orders they realized the mistake and took it down. Close but no cigar.
My order changed from "pending order validation" to "processing" now and still no cancellation email. FYI I just knocked on wood!:fingers-crossed:

Some cheese with that wine?? Maybe sugar with the sour grapes. Magenta got the S2 & S3 the same as the other carriers and had exclusive on the my touch. Besides, the way I read it, the note was considered to much of a niche to be a worthwhile seller, but that was put to rest.
The Note 2 is rumored to be announced in two weeks...maybe, maybe not, then rumor has it the Note 2 will be marketed in Oct, just before the new iphone. This may be true and I hope so, but that doesn't mean there'll be a US version anytime shortly after that.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 5 64GB in black and it says how it will ship after 2 - 3 weeks since they are already sold out.
It cost me $899 + 13% tax ($116.87) = $1,015.87 (Atleast they offered free shipping!)
Now, after paying that much, I better hope this phone is real good. I am already on 4S 64GB but you can say that I am an iSheep!
The fast graphics chip, bigger screen and LTE really got me going. My LTE data plan can finally be put to real use. What you all think?
EDIT: Oh I can also sell off the 4S 64GB Black + several accessories (3 high quality juice packs, otterbox etc) for a good $550 - $600 hopefully. It is locked to BELL. So I am only paying $400 or so out of my pocket.

Let me start off by mentioning that I am an avid smart phone user.
Over the past year I have switched between the iphone 4, the s2 , the s3, the bold 990 and finally the nexus 4.
Out of all the devices I have purchased the one I have regretted the most is the nexus 4 from LG.
It broke after dropping off my desk during the first week.
The screen was shattered, while the glass sticker that comes from the manufacturer was still enact.
After speaking to countless reps in Canada, apparently the phone could only be fixed in the US headquarters in California.
So I sent the phone via fed ex.
Over the next 40 days I called, emailed, live chatted almost every other day to get updates on my phone repair.
On Feb 6th, 40 days after sending in the phone to be repaired, the rep assured me that the screen was fixed and was sent out for delivery .
Today is Feb 18th. I just received the phone.
And guess what, the phone was not repaired.
After calling GOOGLE and LG countless times today, the best they could offer me is to send back the phone and wait another 40 days and hopefully it can be fixed.
I am still on hold with them to speak to a manager so I dont know what will happen.
All I know is every review online on the NEXUS 4 that said you could not argue with a phone with these features at this price are incredibly wrong.
The quality and after sale service is garbage. That's why the price tag is so low.
I have now switched back to my iphone 4 and bold 9900 that I have had for over 13 months, and still without a single scratch.
LG is the biggest rip off of a company ever, and shame on google for dealing with them.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, when I spoke to google about the problem with my nexus 4, she transferred me to ASUS.
and then emailed me the contact number for Samsung, so I can fix my LG phone.
Whats wrong with these companies?
You dropped your phone and claimed warranty from Google? Why would you call LG again when you have been dealing with Google?
Are they replacing it free of charge?

Take my experience also, I have a nexus 7; it had screen lift I called Google they actually sent me a advance replacement and had the nerve to leave me a shipping sticker inside the box so I could just put it on the box and ship it right back. Wtf
Also take my technician experience, it was our technician policy to annoy a customer in which the way they annoy us with constant calls before the item even gets there and calls when it just gets to us, to just sit on their repair.

It's not necessary. Google does not discriminate against rooted devices and it does not void Google's warranty.

Today in the GalaxyNote9 subreddit, there has already been 2 defective Note 9 displays been reported. Both users purchased the US Snapdragon models via Samsung. One was a 512gb and the other 128gb. Both show the same green line down the right side of the display.
The phone hasn't even officially launched yet and the fact that we're already seeing 2 defective units on a subreddit with less than 3k users is VERY worrisome. I really hope this is just incredibly bad luck.
I pre-ordered mine through my carrier here in Canada and will DEFINITELY be testing it out in store before I leave.

I think if you had a green line down the side of your display, you would definitely notice, without even specifically testing these phones

Based on the titles of these threads, you'd think this phone was a complete and utter disaster! "SCREENS ARE FAILING! MY S-PEN IS RATTLING! MY CAMERA LENSES AREN'T PERFECTLY CENTERED!"
Interestingly, I have seen almost no threads started with positive remarks, like "this phone is freaking amazing!" If one has not been started when I get my 512 in September, I will start one!

I just got 2 Verizon models. A 128 and a 512. Both are perfect!
People put up pictures of their display comparison please. Not impressed with the whites on my note 9 compared to my note 8 and iPhone x. Side by side they look dirty yellow with the same exact settings. Returning

Based on the titles of these threads, you'd think this phone was a complete and utter disaster! "SCREENS ARE FAILING! MY S-PEN IS RATTLING! MY CAMERA LENSES AREN'T PERFECTLY CENTERED!"
Interestingly, I have seen almost no threads started with positive remarks, like "this phone is freaking amazing!" If one has not been started when I get my 512 in September, I will start one!

That's the first thing I did also. Whites were not as white compared to my n8. However, I no longer have the resolve or energy to care for it anymore lol. I think my n8 was the same when new. Don't remember.

They had the problem on the S9, had something to do with the digitizer. Was corrected in an OTA Update.

I originally ordered the 10th (128GB). Then I wanted to change my order and they couldn't edit it. So on the 19th, I canceled the order and reordered the 512GB. Sept 5 through Sept 12 is the estimated date.
Ordered through T-Mobile.
It's day one of pre-orders. Could they seriously already be all out of T-Mobile S10s and S10+s?
I don't think it's possible.

Maybe it's just a marketing gimmick to boost the hype and interest in S10s.
First time ordering via Samsung web. They are saying back ordered from my yesterday T-Mobile S10+! Sounds fishy...
Also, if not shipped can these orders be canceled? Never mind, I just canceled it.
It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete my order at launch last night so I believe they did have a good turnout.

What configuration did you try?> I placed an order for Tmo S10 Blue 512 around 11:34 AM and it was successful.
This fixed the out of stock error for me!!! THANKS SO much. was getting frustrating.

Try another browser OR clear your cookies, history, etc. Still seeming to work for me.
I ended up purchasing the S10+ in Prism White (128 GB) (Unlocked) - Expected Delivery 3/15
Tried different computers, browsers, deleted cache, etc.

Make sure you're logged out of the account, maybe try as new user account. Think they tie it to one per right now.
Could be due to the reservations. They may be holding out for those who reserved until the 72 hour mark has passed.

At the top of my invoice it says one of my items is on back order but when I look at the items it shows the phone shipping by March 15 and the buds shipping with the phone. Nowhere on either item is there anything about either being on back order except at the top. I thought maybe it meant my trade-in was the back order item since they haven' t sent the return shipping label and I won't ship the trade until after I receive the S10.
did my order at 530am the 21st and had no problem, so yeah i guess a lot of people ordered? mines also the original shipping by 3/8 too
That's the problem, I am one of the reservations and I couldn't order and now that I finally got an order through the ship date is march 15 and the color watch I wanted was out of stock.

I tried everything I could yesterday and this AM it was working better. I was able to check out through the reserve link but the verizon blue 128 was out of stock by then and also the only watches left were pink and green. I picked an unlocked blue 128 instead and a green watch. When I got to the checkout the ship date changed to 3/15 on the phone and the $50 credit was missing. It was the closest I got to putting an order through so I did it figuring I can call samsung support to get the extra 50 off.
Now annoyingly enough I looked at the check out now and they are giving the phone for 965 and watch for 185. Also the black watch is there for back order. I am considering putting another order through and cancelling the first. I'll have to wait until 3/22 for the phone but I'll get like 50 bucks more off and the color watch I originally wanted.
So frustrated with Samsung after this and the debacle with my note 7.

It seems they may be following the "fruit" marketing scheme, only release a fraction of the stock, to create market demand. Then you can go to the press and say pre-owned orders are sold out.
Try through their Shop app?
