please try flash player v10,3
Download this: http://db.tt/yPFxwxur
and install it like a normal apk to internal memory
If I remember correctly, the latest version of Flash Player requires an ARMv7 processor (think Nexus One and up.) As I loathe Flash with a passion, I don't know if there's a version which supports ARMv6 (what we have) but in any case I wouldn't recommend you to install it on the X8, as it probably doesn't have the muscle to run most Flash content smoothly.

There are versions of flash for armv6. You can play 240p YouTube videos okay, same for iplayer on low quality. Anything more than that and it gets choppy.

Dont bother installing. You can only play very low reolution movies otherwise its just like a slideshow with sound. And all the games are very unresponsive:crying:
Guys...
i've search very much on past to find a proper flash player for our Arm6 devices..
That in my previous post is the best for x8...
Had tested with arm7 mini pro one(running official ics) side by side with my x8 running gdx and mine on some pages was better than mini ones
I don't know who is the dev..i find it in a Chinese site
And works better with the stock browser..
Try it..

Hi,
Can some one provide some info?
Market doesn't allow to download adobe flash player onto Android 2.2 - Rom: 3.14.161.1
thanks
Could you be more specific? What error do you get?
I'm not an expert, but as mentioned 1000 times before (you would know this if you would have used the search button) flash on legend isn't supported due to technical specifications.
So that's why I expect no new kernel bring us flash on legend.
If I misunderstood something all the time reading in this forum please feel free to correct me!

As i know flash 10.1 is alredy installed in modacos froyo sense rom for example, i can watch some flash movies, not all, but a few
Find the .apk on Google and install it if you must. You'll see it doesn't work.

That's Flash Lite. Enough for me and most other users unless you want to play Facebook games or watch some streams and stuff. There is an old article with an Adobe employee's statement regarding full Flash on "older" Android phones.
http://androidandme.com/2010/02/news/no-flash-10-1-for-1st-gen-android-phones/
Should still be valid so no chance to see it officially supported, I guess.
Don't be too disappointed though. I have tried Flash on my buddy's Desire. Considering the Legend's screen size, we don't miss much. Would still be nice to have it though.
Flash lite 10.1 seems to be installed on froyo ota vodafone rom.
I can basicly open anything i couldnt before so yes , it's been implemented somehow dont ask me why or how but it's not adobe's flash version.
I can even watch stream movies wich previously it warned me to install flash 9 or above.
EDIT: Wrong it actualy is adobe flash as i just got a Adobe Flash warning
telling me the follow error "This type of media is not supported."
If you use flash detect script in your browser shows flash 10.1 r123 and detect adobe flash playet.

I heard or read somewhere that the intigrated flash 10.1 player on the optimus 2x had enhancements so it gets gpu acceleration for all flash content, if i upgrade it to 10.3 will that stop or will it still have the accelerated flash?

On my O2X, Flash 10.3 isn't as fast and smooth as the preinstalled 10.1.
So I think it can be possible.
Proper Tegra support didn't appear 'til 10.2, so 10.3 should be better than 10.1

What i read was that the intigrated 10.1 flash player in the O2x has enhancements for tegra devices, the one in the device isnt the same as the one that was orginally released for other devices. From what iv seen the 10.1 player in my phone plays flash stuff a hell of alot better than what iv seen in videos of the 10.3 player in these gingerbread releases.

i hope so, but in my case after flashing new rom to 10D, and upgrade flash player to 10.3 the latest version, my stock browser always close when playing flash content example like gsmarena.com so i have to change to Dolphin HD
it's weird
I use Maxthon and can seem to browse almost every site with flash that I can on the PC with 10.3 and with no slowdowns ( but I am on GR" which is blazzingly fast at most things including web browsing)
Hey guys
i flash ics roms daily and i cant settle on one of them because the stock ics video player cant play all formats, especially MKVs, and most play store video players cant do that either.
So i was wondering if there's a way to install samsung's stock video player in any ics aosp, aokp, ics stunner rom.I tried to install it but it says application not installed.I found it in Alba's tom which is ics so there has to be a way.
Thanks in advance,,,

No ways the samsung stock player gonna work in AOSP or AOKP unless some dev really gets hell bent on it and do some really hard sh3t code magic. And believe me the devs have more imp things to do than going for this ;-)
Cheers!

I have the same issue with rocketrom v10, even AFTER I´ve installed adobe flashplayer (and rebooted).
I too am in favour of HTML5-solutions but untill then it would be really nice to be able to play flash video in my mobile browser on this awesome rocketrom v10.
It's like he says: you go to a website that has a flashvideo, the flashplayer loads but then nothing happens. won't play even if you tap the player.
Any help? Anyone?

Hello,
my Note also runs the awesome Rocket ROM V10. For me, the solution was to download Adobe Flash Player from Google Play, and the "Lucky Patcher". Lucky Patcher has an "user defined" patch for Flash Player. And so, goal.com is able to show me the movies.
not working
