Please help.
Thanks in advance
Hate to be a pain, I have been trying to get Google apps and market installed on Nook. Drivers are not found and the drivers are not in SDK usb folder. Can not figure out the problem. I installed Java below and I think I installed the correct Java it is the developers Java 6 update 25-When I install the Google drivers and close out of SDK-there is an error box states that Java 64 not found and it says something about "path" amd user variables add.... It asks to add this":C:C\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_25\bin\java.exe to path" I added it to the same place that you asked to add ";c:\android-sdk-windows\tools;c:\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools". I did that added to the end of the "android"path and before it and that error still comes up! I can not get past the error. Could that be the problem why there are no drivers found and that there are no drivers in the folder??? Is there a work around this? PLEASE could someone assist or direct me to a solution? Much appreciated, thanks!
Yep. I'm on linux. Windows was just too slow. But now I'm trying to start theming again but I just can't figure a way to edit ant .9.png image files. On Windows I would use Xultimates D9PC but i don't believe that option is available on Linux. I would just use the draw9patch compiler provided in my SDK but i get an error stating that the "draw9patch.jar file cannot be found" ....tho I certainly see it is in there. I have of coarse Googled the problem, nut while it does seem to be a common issue, I have yet to read of it being resolved. I figure if anyone knows the answer, its the brilliant folks at XDA, so...LOL .....here I am!
(please say its possible, please say its possible, please say its possible......)

I am not familiar with the D9PC program, but have you tried to run it with WINE?
Ok, Thnx guys! (i love XDA)
Let me respond to u all at once. Ok, so sorry I wasn't as informative as possible.
First, I'm "'cd'-ing" to the draw9patch's dir, but I've also tried just moving the files over to my platform-tools folder.... I still get the same error: "draw9patch.jar cannot be found". Finally, even tho 'cd'ing to 'tools' folder should yeild the same result, I added it (tools) to my path and I still get the error message. Like I said, Google seems to agree that the issue is quite common .....who knows?
As for a virtual box? I've heard of it.... Just not sure Wut it is. Is that like booting an OS ROM 'flash'?
And as for "Wine", I just googled it and I'm thoroughly excited! That sounds perfect! I'd also heard of that but also wasn't sure what it was ...wait, is that a virtual box? O see I need to create a "mock" C drive to install to. Wut version of Wine should I use? On-line, its suggested to use an older version but the advice seems a little dated. I'm running 11.04 "Natty".
Hey Thnx guys! I really appreciate all the help.

Developer unlock your device. Logs can be retrived from Visual Studio, apps can be sideloaded via application deployment.
Hi, wondering if anyone can help...im trying to mod a cm10 theme (status bar png's) but whenever i install and try to use either auto apk tool or apk manager / apk multi tool it says java not found, with them all.... even after a fresh re install of java several times, im running vista 64 bit version, im new to vista from xp and never had this problem on xp so im starting to think its something to do with vista and im missing something, also i have never had to have the android sdk installed before to use these programms to edit png's, just thought id put that in just in case someone says to DL the sdk..... anyone point me in the right direction?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
