Hello everybody.
I'm (happy) with my cm7.2, up to date to latest nightly.
Sometimes I try a Temasek kang, but in the end I go back to cm 7.2 nightly.
Maybe a month ago, I installed a kang, and I'm pretty sure when in lockscreen I was able to drop down the status bar to see notifications.
Then, as usual, I came back to cm7.
Yesterday I downloaded and installed the latest kang (#133) and the status bar is blocked in lockscreen. I couldn't find how to re-enable the status bar in lockscreen.
Am I missing something? Or, it was only a dream??
ps- I'm not using a security lock (password or anything like that).
a little of topic but you can drop the status bar on the lockscreen in CM9.
Yup bro...but he asking of cm7....how to get dropdown in cm7 on lockscreen...
I was thinking about mayve a backport from ICS / cm9..

Hello everyone,
I installed the MiniCM7 on my phone, all just went fine, then i decidied to install GoLauncher Pro, what i've noticed is that when the screen is locked i can't pull down the status bar.
I also tried with the stock locker and the Go Locker.
Note: The status bar scrolls down a bit but quickly it goes up again.
What is the rom u installed?

MiniCM7-2.2.1-shakira
kernel 2.6.29.6-nAa-14
Well, the statusbar can't go down on stock lockscreen on GB. It can go down only on ICS+ stock lockscreen.
But if you are using 3rd party app (like GoLocker), there should be option to disable statusbar in the GoLocker settings. Look there for this option and try to change it

Still doesn't work, with the screen unlocked the status bar pulls down fine, only when it's locked it work won't. I think the problem is incompatibility with other launcher since the ROM already has own launcher (ADW.Launcher)
its not incompatibility its the fact that gingerbread (2.3), which minicm7, is doesnt have the feature to pull down the statusbar on the lockscreen like ICS does. try minicm9 if u really want to be able to do it or there maybe a mod to do it for minicm7
WidgetLocker Lockscreen.
anyone who can tell me how i can move the clock to the right of my notification bar in cm 7.2 the ultimate?
I'm sure it must be some setting in some file somewhere, but which one and wich line?
I was on Slimkat 5.0 stable and I had transparent status bar. I flashed Slimkat 5.4 weekly I still got the kitkat transparent status bar turned on by default somehow and later on I flashed few other ROMs PA 4.4.3 nightly and then PAC MAN 4.4.3 nightly after these I flashed Slimkat 5.0 stable back and I have lost transparent status bar. Even with xposed framework and gravity box I can't get it back to being transparent. I clean flashed all the ROMs.
What do I do now?

Try using a different launcher. Nova allows it.

I tired that too. Didn't work.
I finally found the solution...had to remove this line from build.prop to get kitkat transparent status bar turned on: ro.config.low_ram=true

Or you can configure it in Settings->Performance-> Force high-end graphics[ENABLE it] and Reboot the device
If you don't see 'Performance' option in Settings, then goto Settings->About Phone, Tap 'Build Number' option for 6 times, you'll enable Performance Option
