looking for a capable person to take over paranoid

its a well known fact that i am moving up to the note2 in t-minus 6 days
what im looking for is someone to take the lead on my paranoid build for this phone
please have atleast these 3 things
1- a computer that can build android *i say atleast these specs*
-quadcore
-6gb+ ram
-128+gb hdd *takes about 80gb or so to build*
-time!
2- the knowledge of building android as i dont have the time to teach.
-i have all the files set official so it wont be super hard!
-the know on how to fix minor bugs if they pop up or the ability to search and read and learn!*this is how i got to where i am*
3- PASSION and DEDICATION
-ive put alot into paranoid for i717 and in turn this phone and id like the high standard kept!
if you think you have this or can handle this please send me a pm!
BUT IF YOU DONT PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME ive had to many people ask me to teach them to build to take over my i717 and i am just not down for that to much on my plate.

The mods gives out points that leads to being temp banned and if you continue or do something stupid they can ban you for good. This isnt posted anywhere because they claim its like explaining the law for loopholes so no one can push the system to see how much they can get away with. Pretty much the mods have the power to ban you if they need to it just depends on the mod and what you did they also can strip you of your title if your a developer or themer

It's VERY sad that some people even questioned whether I was joking or not, but I halfway expected it. I mean, when I said "no one has brought up battery life" that wasn't a clue? Hello!!! That's what it's come down to around here and even though I was joking I was also testing to see what responses I would get. Disappointed but unfortunately not surprised.
I think I will just chill out until I get another phone because there is obviously nothing left to discuss here, it's always the SOS. "Need better battery", "SwapSD", "you guys are the greatest ever", "best ROM around" and now the new one "hey guys, I'm leaving". LOL. Somebody posts 5 times here and expects a going away party? Hey if you're Camcory though that's another thing, just to be clear btw. To think, those threads are allowed too.

I agree with you artful, time for a cool off and study up on my next phone, i will still post here and there but there really nothing left to post about

Did I miss some fun? I already moved on to a Lumia 521, but still have been following what's going on with the Exhibit. I do remembering making a comment or two to Cam in that thread which I can't seem to locate now. Odd, because I wasn't complaining about anything.

I agree, but all I can do is bite my lip, don't need to get kicked out, I also have a Galaxy s blaze, talked about my exhibit and how it is a horrible old out of date phone yet we have way better development, there 4.2.2 only boots and nothing works, but omg if you mention the exhibit has had working 4.2.2

Rom Port Request Thread

Hey, guys! I'm making this thread because I will continue to port roms, but only if it is requested. As you can see I've been on a porting spree but now I want you guys to let me know what rom to port (if any). My ports are solely made to provide the experience of a rom until the owner/dev team of that rom officially supports us. All requests that I post will now be permitted by the owner/s. If I am not allowed, i will let you know here.
So if there is a rom you would like ported, leave a comment and I (and perhaps xcoNjA) will do my best to bring it for you. Thanks guys - Michael
****The rom needs to have the same resolution as the S4 and also an arm7 processor...might be able to do it with an arm6 but yeah (so basically, any rom that works on a different S4 I can almost guarantee it can be ported****

Just ran it... I installed it and restored apn's and its good to go. I flashed ktoonsez new TW kernel with it. Man this rom flies.
Edit: One thing though, you lose lte with a reboot and cant get it back until you on a Sprint rom and update prl and profile.

Thanks again for all the ports. I think I'm less interested in new ports and more interested in the stability of the ones we already have, And don't get me wrong. They're running great already. At this point, if we're able to get 3g and 4g, along with mms working like a stock rom, then I will definitely use them as daily drivers.
Thanks again for bringing some fun to the Sprint forum in the last week.

Josh will never let that one fly.

I know this is asking a TON, but Firefox OS would be absolutely awesome to try on this phone. Mozilla has some documentation on how to build it, but I am not advanced enough quite yet.
Not really expecting data to work, of course. Just a proof of concept and actually trying it on phone software would be awesome.
Then again, I could be completely off base and it could be impossible to flash like you would an android ROM. Who knows.

Hey guys I just wanted to say good bye tp you all cuz I got my new Nexus 4 and gave SGM to my small brother. Just yesterday I got my Nexus 4 and now will be going back to my college with my new phone
I just want to say thank you for the whole SGM community and all its developers and guys who were included in even a little development for our SGM. I learned a lot from this community but now I had to buy new device cuz all others have costly smartphones in my college. As I said I won't buy Samsung device in future I didn't go with galaxy s3. Afaik. I am the only one with a nexus 4 in the whole college cuz everyone for the ****ty Samsung's s4 s3 grand and all that s#it. Whatever it is at last I would like to say good bye to you guys again. I don't think anyone will miss me because I was not on xda from last month. But I will miss you guys and I hope nexus 4 community will be like you guys.

How much did you get the Nexus 4 for? Btw, everyone says they quit the Galaxy Mini forum but you actually cant. Even though you dont have the phone you ll keep checking back for no reason

Yup, actually i didnt had much time only had 2 holidays from college so ordered from flipkart. As I get to home I received my N4, they delievered only in a day after the order, they were amazingly fast

Hey guys I need some help. In my university they have blocked lots of websites including xda. All proxy sites, torrents, movies and songs sites are also banned. Guys is there any way I can bypass that S#!T ?
Btw my university is providing 1gb data limit everyday with 100-150 KBPS download speed. My classmates just keep on using Facebook there. So is there any way I can remove that block by any proxy software/tunnel ?

I had to use a trick to get this update. I wiped data of 'google services framework' 6-7 times to get this update otherwise it was showing 'your device is up to date' on 4.2.2.
Btw yeah, I think i am the first one with android 4.3 in the whole college

Hey bro u need not say that, I am pretty much sure you will buy something better than me in future. May be nexus 5 is in your luck. But I have to use this device till my graduation for 4 years. So don't worry, enjoy your life. I always think that the thing you have is the best in the world. Even when I had my Mini, it was much better for me than S4 or any other S#!T. I Don't worry about others and what they got. I just waited and this is what I got. Hope I am right :/

Yeah, true i'm not paying Sammy for their phones again. Mini was the best and better than S4 and Grand S**T. Sammy is getting like Apple, no innovation or whatsoever.

Sry, was going to give a review of the rom, but accidentally hit submit and I had to go, week fix when I get a chance

Pretty sure these threads aren't aloud anyway. Most likely will be locked. Or maybe it doesn't, but it's typically frowned upon.
