I was wondering if anyone know how to open all the pictures from my phone in the video app. I went to camp recently and i used my canon dslr to take pictures. For some odd reason, i can only see the pictures when i use the photoviewer app but not in the video editing app. Any suggestions? The picture format that was used is jpg.

There is a limit to the size of mms videos. Not sure what the limit is, but HD quality is not going to go through.
Then I honestly see no point to hd videos if all you can do is email them I figured there might be a app to allow it

Little info:
10 sec file at: List of edit option built in to Bionic.
QCIF 176x100 for resizing about 500K
CIF 352x288 for recording
QVGA 320x240 recording, 320x180(resizing from HD) is about 750k
VGA 640x360(from HD) is about 2.5MB
VGA for recording 640x480
DVD 720x480 for record
HD 720p 1280x720 is about 12MB
HD+ 1080p 1920x1080 is about 18MB
Most carriers allow 300k to 1MB for MMS, Hancent advertises over 1MB MMS on their network. They just send a link for downloading.
Recommend try out Box.net, Dropbox, or other built in Bionic settings.
Do a quick upload and from there you can share the link from your texting app with Dropbox. Box.net only offers link to share from email app. I uploaded the 20mb file to both.
Bionic also can be setup to quick upload to Flickr (yahoo account), photobucket, Picasa (Google acct) and Youtube.
Yeah just tried to send videos to mom I just dowloaded a emsil to text app worked fine just a pain

Recently I am using the Note to record video. The quality is very good. But When I copied it to my Windows PC and play it, I find the frame is upside down (I am using kmplayer). Does anyone encounter such problem before? Please help me out.
A related problem is that the video size is very large ([email protected] generate 650MB mp4 file). Is there some video converter that can reduce the file size without sacrificing too much video quality?
Did you check with other players on PC? It may be a video player problem aslo..

Try calibrating your G-sensors perhaps?

First always record videos in landscape mode, never use portrait. And if you have videos that are played upside down on your pc use one of the free.softwares out there to change the orientation of a video. Try google with the keywords video change orientation or something similar.

is there any way to increase the amount of content that could be in 1 zoe? i know they are limited in time but 13 seems to be a too little for a 30 second video. i keep seeing multiple repeats of the same picture and i dont like it. any thought on getting a better Zoe experience?
oh and for any confusion i was talking about the video slide show that the gallery automatically creates for you. the highlight video not really the zoe videos
Add some actual videos in your highlights along with the zoes and stills

Yeah I put a video together about Zoe and the HTC Share movie you can create. The select content doesn't seem to work very well.
Here's another video I put together...
the select content screen is only for zoes, it seems to randomly drop in stills from the event. Maybe if you seperate the zoe videos to its own folder it won't randomly grab images? I really like the zoe stuff but at the moment it's features are just very limited
Good morning!
Does anyone have a solution for some home videos that cast sideways on chromecast from a phone or tablet? I have looked for a way to correct this but have been unsuccessful. When i use Avia or RealPlayer cloud the result is the same....they play fine on the device but are sideways when I cast to the TV...

LOL
there are only two solutions to this...
1 - Rotate the TV....
2 - Load it into Premiere or FinalCut and try and rotate the Video by 90 degrees
There may be a third option if you can find a Video Converter that supports Rotating video...

Looks like MediaCoder can do it via the Rotate option in the Picture tab.
If you're stuck with a favorite editor and it accepts Avisynth scripts, you can rotate it via Avisynth too.
The absolute worst thing you can do is change the camera orientation midway through. If you start one way, finish it that way. Otherwise you'll limit your ultimate viewing window to a square (1080x1080, 720x720, etc). My wife did that once and I screamed "Noooooooooooo!" in slow motion like in the movies.
Has anyone found an app that can cast live from the camera app? Either front or rear facing but preferably with an option to switch back and forth.

Ezcast can do it, but it's a bit slow. You can also mirror web pages with it.
