Hi, Sorry if this question is asked else where, i tried searching or this but couldn't find.
i am currently using CM7.2 with original stock kernal. CWM 5+ installed.
My question is "how to install - [ROM](Official) XperiaTized V13 GT-Xperia S?"
i tried to find answer to this question in the same thread but there was nothing related to how to install
Can i simply put this in ext drive and via CWM, i can full wipe and install via "install zip from ext drive"
or
there is some other way?
Kindly help?
Regards

First... Put a habit of checking the op before you post something. There can't be a special thread on "How to flash " for every rom.
Second... Are you sure you pasted your rom in /sdcard or under some other folder ? Before bootloop, what rom were you using ?

My galaxy mini has 2.3.6, I did with the ordered list:
1- Partition SD card
2- wipe data and cache
3- install zip from sd card
and after a few seconds, it says: "file aboarded"
what's wrong in my way?
you have missed the IMPORTANT STEP:
You can't install a custom rom (CM7) from gingerbread stock recovery, so go to this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342190
download ODIN 4.38+tass.ops and tass.recovery-cwm.tar from attachments, then follow the given instructions carefully.
after all is done successfully, reboot to cwm recovery, wipe cache and data then install zip from sdcard.
now you're a happy member from this amazing wonderful and big community
As I understood, he already have CWM because he was able to partition SD card...
Maybe the file you downloaded was corrupt, try download it again. And make sure you install the big one (~94MB) first!
aborted maybe? try to redownload, maybe your file is corrupt.
If you're using rom manager, stop using it while you can before your phone bricks.
Did you root your phone?
Did you install Clockworkmod recovery?
If so, then the file is likely corrupt or you're trying to install a patch file before installing the actual rom.
Try redownloading the rom and install the biggest one first.
Maybe you forget mount system?? Or file corrupt?

try disabling or enabling the script verification and signature check in install zip from scared option it was worked for someone before
are you try to install CM 7 with CWM Recovery 5 or using Recovery Stock based ?
if you're using CWM 5, then try to re download file zip
try redownload again..

I tried to flash doc's V8 ROM but after all the wipes when i choosed "Instal zip from sd card" I got the error that no file found, and when I tried to reboot the recovery he said can't mount sdCard ... what should I do???
please I searched and did'nt know what to do ....
Can you get into download mode? If so you would be best to install a stock samsung firmware using odin , then root and start again.
Did that, again after flashed stock and wipe before installing the rom when I tried to choose zip from sd card, the same thing happend... "no files found"... what should I do??
have you copied the file to your internal sdcard?
To the Sdcard... after flashing stock rom and putting semaphore kernel I have the ability to install zip from sdcard , but if I wanna change the rom I should wipe the factory + cache + dalvik + format system... after I do the factory wipe, I can't Install anything from sd card, I get the error that no files found... what to do?
Tried something..
I tried just install zip from sd card over the stock 2.3.6 , I installed the Doc's Rom , and it works, but I didn't wiped anything... Is it ok?
Should I act diffrently ???
If it`s all working i would just leave it as is...it is good to wipe but not always needed . check that your cwm is the latest version or reflash another version through the app to see if that resolves your zip files not showing up .
I can install now zip from SDCARD but I think that If I would do a full wipe I won't be able to do that..
I wanted to install AOKP Milestone 6

but my phone is already rooted, do i need to root it again?
No. Only flash cwm.
CMW isnt root
So, what's the topic i must follow in the topic that Frank provided?
Download cwm5 and flash in stock recowery.
I can't install cwm5..
I copy the file to my sdcard.
Then i reboot my phone at recovery mode.
After that I go to apply update from sdcard -> recovery-clockwork-5.zip
After that it was suppose to install cwm5 right?
But this is what happens:
--Install /sdcard ...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installation aborted.
For some reason the installation isn't working..
Ensure its the correct version for you're phone model

Yeah, my bad. You have to flash thru odin. If you downloaded the files from previous posts, download odin v1.85 and place the files like this: PDA (.tar file) and PIT (512.pit .. or something like this; it has to be. pit). Make sure RE-PARTITION is unticked and others two are ticked. Put your phone in Download mode and plug-in USB cable. If appears "ADDED" in odin, press start. If doesn't appear, u will need the driver. It should rebot and VOILA!

However i'm not able to install the ROM..
I want this:

When I try to Flash ROM the installation fails.
Does this happens because i'm on galaxy ace s5830i instead of s5830?
I have tried to install this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29572248
It's suppose to work on s5830i and it gives me the same installation error

Having been reassued by Viper the Ripper that CM11 would not affect the IMEI of my S5830, I went ahead and tried to install CM-11-20131227-UNOFFICIAL-cooper++XR.zip by downloading the zip to my Ubuntu box and then copying it to two SD cards. When I went into recovery on the Ace, "choose zip" could not see it on either card. So changed to Windows, downloaded and transferred to the same SD cards. This time both CM11 zips were seen but neither would complete installation.
Then downloaded Omni-CM11 and installed first time. Just need to find out how to install Play Store!
Hope this is of some help.

CM-11-20131227-UNOFFICIAL-cooper++XR Where did you find this rom??
1º You need CWM 6.x
2º.The CORRECT ROM
3º Flash the Rom
4º Flash the HOTFIX2 (HOTFIX2 cwm asks for fixing root after flashing (select YES))
Installation:
Boot into CWM Recovery 6.0.5.3
Wipe data/factory reset
Format /System
Install zip from SD card / choose ROM zip from SD card
Install zip from SD card / choose HOTFIX zip from SD card (this step is only needed if there is a hotfix)
After installation reboot system now
1st Boot take about 3 - 5 minutes (caches are generated in this time

5º Done!
PS: Google Play Store is already included
Many, many thanks Viper the Ripper for putting me on the right track. Installed CWM 6.0.4.6 and then "genuine" CM11 and now everything working including camera (which wasn't). Increasing internal memory will have to wait until tomorrow but will follow your advice re simple2EXT. Many thanks again.
