After all most ten hours of trial and error (that too without PC), I am able to get Sony Ericsson's Timescape UI to work on our P500 and the best part is that it is fully functional .I have tested it to work on CM7 but it should work on other Gingerbread ROM's too. So download and enjoy
General Disclaimer :- I hold no responsibility if u get your device bricked or render it non bootable or any other kind of damage due to this mod.
Instructions (for CM7) :-
1. Download this zip http://www.multiupload.nl/WG1V3AQW6J
2. Boot into recovery and just flash it without wiping anything
3. Next install Sony Ericsson home from this link :- http://www.multiupload.nl/59SXA41BRL
4. Bingo!! You have a brand new Timescape UI
Instruction (for other ROM'S)
1. Delete build.prop file from the Full Timescape zip provided above.
2. Now add these lines to your build.prop found in system folder " ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia "
obviously without quotes
3. Flash the above zip and then install the launcher provided above.
4. Enjoy

and widgets won't work because you need xperia launcher for any of these widgets to work. the ics xperia launcher doesn't support the old widgets.
@fundozz. for the timescape you ported the x10 version?. i think you should port the version because that is mdpi and it would look better on our screen. thats my idea

yup it wont work on ICS unless u have xperia launcher.
And for mdpi, I have extracted stuff from xperia mini pro n also from one other device forum I don't remember but definitely the whole stuff is for mdpi only

i don't understand why he make xperia themed rom. We already have 4 xperia themed rom. And this rom based on lg p350 pax0r cm7.2 rom hi ported to p500. And again new themed rom maker come in p500 we don't need any new themed rom maker already we have. mark my words this rom will become dead in some days or some weaks. Just like other themed rom if you really want to make rom learn android and compile a new rom for p500 or venkat you are doing this only for thanks ?

this is not a xperia themed rom its just a xperia optioning rom just like the xperia and the screen shots are p350 but this is p500 rom this works fine have no bugs (tested)

i got your point but this is not a themed rom thachtunganh its totally xperia functioning rom in which just like xperia for example
timescape on home screen shows inbox msg when u click on timescape then u will enter into your inbox.....
all the functions are same with timescape u can update,,, and can install new timescape from the market (no force closses)

turn down some pages in dev froum you will find a xpria clone rom gingercrust this rom just like you xperia arc rom . If add timescape then this rom will be look like your xperia rom. 2nd it's 100% themed rom it's based on cm7 you changed png to like xpria and added tweak ,changed launcher and added app it's not big job.

Camera is working fine. There is another issue with the clock when you set the alarm, you can't see what times they are set for. This is a theme issue though as if you change the theme you can see what time they are set for.

Okay i flashed it and this is my comment:
1. Core feature such as messaging,calling,camera, and music is working fine including bluetooth..
2. I like the bootanimation, it's simple but cool..
3. I just want to try the wifi to find if there's a problem.
4. Just fix the clock issue and this rom is good..

oh, some request- Which CM u used as the base bro?? im sure its not squadzones, plz consider RC5.7 as a base, it will have some extra features and statusbar transparency can be applied, a semitransparent bar would be just awesome nd lockscreen widget- Clocks font is too boldy,can u put the Clock shown in the home screen as a lockscreen clock??

I have Zeus v6.22 v20n and I have installed Timescape patch with bravia engine.
Everything else seems to be fine eg. app themes.

I installed this patch via recovery and I don't have the Xperia S launcher with these widgets, are they not included or did I do something wrong?
I have Zeus v6.22 v20n and I have installed Timescape patch with bravia engine.
Everything else seems to be fine eg. app themes.

Well, I aimed to get the Xperia S look as much as possible So it is based on the Xperia S
It worked..
I tried on stock ROM and Marvel ROM and they worked flawlessly.
And i wanna ask does this THEME include the widgets? If yes i am not seeing those xperia widget like weather in other launcher but only Xperia launcher =)

I based my work from screenshots I saw from xperia reviews. And I got the icons from lots of sources. Will credit them on the next update

usually is press&hold "home button"+"power button"... if not, wierd, use an app from market, there's a lot

I dont noticed that problem since i not always use alarm...i try fix that in next release..I thought everything bcoz not many people reply to me

no offense to anyone.. but yours is the best about xperia rom..
based the name, xperiaics, you use ics theme right? achep theme is the best i think.. i find it in general section, also to apply setting like ics.
for launcher, use touchwiz5.
keep the timescape and invinite view, so your rom still like xperia..
and.. you miss the photowidget in your RC1..

i wish i could use timescape with another launcher..
but it need to use sony launcher to make it working.
photo widget also included in my rc1..its not working because i use launcher from xperia gamerz v1..

Oh yeah forgot that. LG G2 has menu button in navbar. Im using Gravitybox.

Yes both homes are updated and LGWeather too.
Weather app isn't working. It says I need and update for the app to work, I click on OK and then the app closes.

You have to install 5th content (Weather Theme) for make it works...
This is very nice home screen..
Even (for my taste) there's to little options, I really like it...
Especially G3 theme...very beautiful..
BTW- there's no need for manually removing apk files to app and priv-app folder on Z2, installing normal, like any other apk file will work...

But that will only add text under home icons - not bad, of course but that's not it - we should edit layout xml and I believe it could be done...

Root that Z2 and install superuser MOD (patch services.jar) and I'm sure it'll work.
As I said - I'm using pure stock ROM, odexed, only rooted and patched services.jar and everything is working without any problems.
I installed everything like any othet apps, haven't resigned apks, modified them or manually copied...
So it must work on that device as well.
