LG Home - Themes - Weather - Widgets
When i had my G2 (not broken) i made some themes for it and i didn't want to toss all away. So i ported G2 launcher and weather apps for Z2. It is a great alternative Iauncher for Xperia.

Yes both homes are updated and LGWeather too.
Weather app isn't working. It says I need and update for the app to work, I click on OK and then the app closes.

You have to install 5th content (Weather Theme) for make it works...
This is very nice home screen..
Even (for my taste) there's to little options, I really like it...
Especially G3 theme...very beautiful..
BTW- there's no need for manually removing apk files to app and priv-app folder on Z2, installing normal, like any other apk file will work...

If you can't, may I try? (if I find some time(

Yep just tested my GF's stock Z2. Works fine except when add widget home FC
Yeah i can try that.
There is also a hidden menu for home where to enable and disable things.
If you wan't to check it http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2570987
FEATURE_HOTSEAT_NOTEXT is marked now and i believe that gap comes from there.

Tnx for that tip...
But that will only add text under home icons - not bad, of course but that's not it - we should edit layout xml and I believe it could be done...
Quite cool launcher
Root that Z2 and install superuser MOD (patch services.jar) and I'm sure it'll work.
As I said - I'm using pure stock ROM, odexed, only rooted and patched services.jar and everything is working without any problems.
I installed everything like any othet apps, haven't resigned apks, modified them or manually copied...
So it must work on that device as well.

I installed this patch via recovery and I don't have the Xperia S launcher with these widgets, are they not included or did I do something wrong?
I have Zeus v6.22 v20n and I have installed Timescape patch with bravia engine.
Everything else seems to be fine eg. app themes.
Thanks in advance!

OP is updated! v2 RELEASED!
After all most ten hours of trial and error (that too without PC), I am able to get Sony Ericsson's Timescape UI to work on our P500 and the best part is that it is fully functional .I have tested it to work on CM7 but it should work on other Gingerbread ROM's too. So download and enjoy
General Disclaimer :- I hold no responsibility if u get your device bricked or render it non bootable or any other kind of damage due to this mod.
Instructions (for CM7) :-
1. Download this zip http://www.multiupload.nl/WG1V3AQW6J
2. Boot into recovery and just flash it without wiping anything
3. Next install Sony Ericsson home from this link :- http://www.multiupload.nl/59SXA41BRL
4. Bingo!! You have a brand new Timescape UI
Instruction (for other ROM'S)
1. Delete build.prop file from the Full Timescape zip provided above.
2. Now add these lines to your build.prop found in system folder " ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia "
obviously without quotes
3. Flash the above zip and then install the launcher provided above.
4. Enjoy
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE :-
1. Timescape Widget ( facebook, twitter, call log, messaging)
2. Photo and video widget
3. Digital Clock Widget
4. Timer Widget
5. World Clock Widget
6. On/ off widget
7. Status Switch Widget
8. Favorite and call log widget
Note :- CM7 users who have made any changes in their build.prop will loose it, so in order to keep those changes made by you, just follow the instructions for other ROM'S

widget
anyone test this on ics
and widgets won't work because you need xperia launcher for any of these widgets to work. the ics xperia launcher doesn't support the old widgets.
@fundozz. for the timescape you ported the x10 version?. i think you should port the version because that is mdpi and it would look better on our screen. thats my idea

And for mdpi, I have extracted stuff from xperia mini pro n also from one other device forum I don't remember but definitely the whole stuff is for mdpi only

The launcher is awesome! It's almost identical to the original but it need to be more customizable, like:
+ Set desktop grid
+ Set icon text size, color; hide icon text
+ Wallpaper scrolling (enable/disable)
+ Multi Dock pages
+ Number of Dock icons
+ Set drawer grid
+ Icon label size/color option for folder apps
+ Support icon theme
+ Support edit icon
+ RESIZE WIDGETS
+ Import layout from other launcher
+ Drawer folder
+ Widgets on dock
+ Bulk add for folder
But VERY good job
I would really like to help, but I don't know anything about developing but you can ask me for help, I'll try to learn something
mms.apk(icon) is just themed in the desktop but in the app drawer my original icon is use, and also phone.apk and contact.apk and even camera.apk? Can you fix that for me? By the way im using lenovo a706. and also can you include search widget in your next release? thanks. me and my 4 friends using this launcher coz we love touchwiz too much. Thanks
The Flashable ZIP is not working
So I downloaded the ZIP file, put it in my SD Card, rebooted my phone, then gone to CWM, but when I try to flash the ZIP it says:
ERROR: (Status 0)
Installation Aborted.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos, What's the problem?
My CM security said it has malware virus what to do does anyone have same problem?

Mine is themed with Flat Style Bar Indicators and all is fine here. Also on G4 Tweaksbox alpha, and no problem so far.
So I flashed it on FLUENCE HD so far is all okay only the signal bars and battery are not visible only in Lockscreen!!

Good to have the Compatibility with Your Theme Mate! I've flashed Your Pack on my H850 with Unreleased Fluence HD ELEVEN and it looks and works great!
I see You've used the Non-Layers Way!? Is there any Chance that You can modify 1 or 2 apks for my Patch? Just want to have Your Theme on my added Apps too
I will also Link Your Theme on my Thread, Hope that's ok!?
BR!
And Thanks again for Your Work on the G5!
Is there future plans to make it work with the LG H830 from T-Mobile?
