Hello
My Droid3 running on Mav 4.0 is unable to pair with my Garmin C550.
The Garmin and the Nokia 9300i are pairing.
Any adjustments necessary in build.prop or so for pairing with the Garmin?
Thank you

I'm a relatively new XDA IIi user. I recently installed Navigator 6 which runs fine but the bluetooth handsfree won't work at all, even when Nav6 isn't running. Handsfree worked perfectly with Navigator 5.21.
Anyone help me out on this?
Does anyone know if it's possible to revert to the Navigator 5.21 bluetooth driver after installing Navigator 6.00 or implementing some other fix for this?
Forgot to mention that the XDA IIi is discoverable with Nav6 installed but on trying to connect with my TomTomGO700 I get an error reporting that there are no useable services on the XDA IIi. My colleague has the same problem with a Parrot in-car handsfree system which works perfectly again when Nav6 is un-installed.
Please help me out here someone.

which one is most compatible? (I live in Istanbul,Turkey)
Is 16 channel ok or should I need a 32 channel device?
I heard that there's another popular gps software other than tomtom but I can't remember its name, are these devices compatible with most popular softwares or just tomtom?
Thx in advance..
I yhink that the best bluetooth PS receiver is Globalsat BT 339. It works flawlessly and is extremely sesitive to satellite signal. Another good aplication for GPS is Destinator 6.
I have T-mobile Vario IV (Raphael) with built in GPS receiver. In NoniGPSPlot software I can read GPS data on COM4 port, but I couldn't manage to make GPS working on garmin software because software is searching for BT GPS receiver. If someone knows how to make garmin + raphael working together I will be grateful.
Regards,
H.

The answer has been posted before....you should really search.
You have to register the software first to allow Garmin XT to work with other gps's than Garmins.
Some dude telling me that the s730 has GPS chipset for GPS software like Garmin XT, will this work ?
I installed Garmin XT and it works, but only with an external bluetooth antenna...
Only pre-production models had some kind of built-in GPS. Normal S730 phones only have a chip without an antenna, rendering it useless. You will need to use a bluetooth GPS in order to navigate using Garmin/Tomtom/McGuider.
Whether GPS does work within HTC S730?

Hi everyone.
And to zampotta: Which release version of Garmin XT have you installed on your smartphone, and how did you connect external BT antenna with S730?
Thanks for your answer, in advance.
Hi. Just get a Garmin Nuvi 2597 GPS. Start searching for bluetoothdevice from my phone and found the gps.
The pairingprocess start, but after a while the z1 show the message "can't communicate with the nuvi 2597". Have tried restarting both the phone and gps.
Tried the same on a iphone5 without any problem.
The phone have original android 4.3. The phone works on my Voyager pro headset and also on the bluetooth radio in my car.
Any ideas?
