Soo i'm facing some compatibilty errors in play store after modding the density and i wounder where i can find modded play store for JB.
Delivered via my phone's internet connection.

To mod density, you only need to change build.prop. CMIIW
Here is the gapps he used: http://www.slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/all/viewdownload/29-2-3/111-slim-gapps

Anyone knows where to get a multi dpi phone apk only? Most are included in ROMs and I don't know how to extract all important parts for JVQ

I don't think you can get a dialler from nitrality mate.
Martux rom, v3
Check out S.U.R.F.A.C.E Rom, all apps are multi DPI. Several users are posting additional mulit DPI apps, e.g. here in post #1911:

[Q] Why aosp builds dont have theme chooser?

I was just sitting and this question comes in my mind that why aosp dont hav theme chooser and cm builds hav
Even latest jelly bean dont seems to support themes
Whats the reason google dont provide this feature ??
cause theme chooser isnt a part of the original google android ;7
it is called also: tmobile theme engine ....
so its a part of tmobile and not from google
Send from my Galaxy Tab P1000 using Android 4.1 Alpha 0.1
But google shud provide this feature either they make their own theme engine or whatever
It will be a huge improvement
No. T-Mobile adds that to their devices. Google doesn't make it, AFAIK.
what is in the settings -> Themes ? Isn't it the same?
Why should they add theme support, it's just one more unneeded .apk in our internal memory.
I delete ThemeChooser.apk from CM7.2 right after flashing, as well as ~20 other apps i don't need, or have a replacement app for them. Makes the phone faster (no services running in RAM that i'm not using), and leaves free space for other apks

I guess it's only you, because I would LOVE to see theme chooser similar to the one from miui, so i could have stability of cm7, and theming features of miui. That would be awesome
*edit* sorry, didn't noticed it's about ice roms
We aren't all the same, the most important thing is we have choice . Except ICS roms, they don't have theme support yet (AOKP does i think).
Both, CM9 and AOKP, have theme chooser.

Hello everyone !
Seems Themes & Apps section is not really active. Let's gear up this section by my apps ! All of these apps are created with my personal likings, i think sharing is caring, so caring is good for me.
Here's few modded apps created by me. Purely by me, no other help. Since i work alone in all of these modded apps, i think updates will bit little slower.
Here's the apps :
1. CM FileManager
Description : Actually a modded OI FileManager, with some few rearranged & modded icons to look like CM FileManager. Now you can enjoy pure AOSP Jellybean / CyanogenMod 10 FileManager lookalike on Gingerbread device !
Requires : Android 2.3 and later
Recommendation : Using ICS / JB Themed ROM like Democracy or New Experience to fullfill Holo UI !
2. AOSP Music
Description : Pure AOSP lookalike Music, which actually modded Apollo Music Player. I have modded few smali & xml to get it compiled. The sound is more louder when using AC!D Audio Engine or MegaBassBeats
Requires : Android 4.0 and later
Recommendation : Using any audio tweaks to improve performance
3. TouchWiz Nature Memo
Description : Modded TW3 Memo to lookalike TW5 Memo, complete with icons. Work with Android 2.3 and later, without or with TouchWiz Framework.
Requires : Android 2.3 and later
4. Google Search
Description : Modded Google Search from CM7 GAPPS with Google Search from CM10.1 GAPPS icon. Purely modded, with ICS-fy Icons.
Requires : Android 2.3 and later
5. Jellybean Tips
Description : Modded from AOSP+ Tips, it's still have some AOSP+ thingy though.
Requires : Android 2.3 and later.
Want an apps modded ? Want request a mod for an apps ? Post your request here.
Remember, no paid apps modded !
All of these apps are free ! None of them are from paid apps, all of them extracted from a ROM !
Sounds nice, mine are a little different, I will test some of this apps.
EDIT: don't work on my galaxy mini plus device. After I put them into app folder, I give them permisions and I reboot, I can't see them into the menu.

Stock JB Nexus S Google keyboard is needed

Hi
Can Somebody provide me or guide to someplace I can find the stock Nexus S JB 4.1.2 Google keyboard app ? as an apk or a flashable zip ?
Edit : please I am not looking for something from playstore ,, I need the stock Nexus S JB keyboard
I can pull the app from some stock rom zip , but most likely it will not work without the required lib and what not ... A guidance is required please
Thanks
It will work

It didn't work. .Tried that already by just copying the apk, setting permissions and reboot. .
Thanks
Your rom is odex or deodex?
You have to go to language and input settings and enable the keyboard over there. You will have to delete the old keyboard as well
Thanks for all the replies..
I didn't mention that I'm on AT&T skyrocket JB Rom...it's deodexed, and ofcourse it's a touch wiz ROM...bad thing is that Samsung removed the stock Google keyboard from their JB Rom(for AT&T it's still a leaked Rom not fully official)
But when I was on ics I had the stock Google keyboard..I might try use that and see...

Per App Dpi changer ?

Hi
I would like to stick to the rom and dpi im running but could do with a app which i can change separate dpi of certain apps (keyboard mainly)
Just wondered if anyone knew of an app which can do this?
Rom - Viper 2.7.0 with Nova
Kernel - Bulletproof
Tia.
Just install Xposed Framework, and search for a module named App Settings.
With that, you can easily define a specific DPI for each apps, even system apps (like Paranoid Roms)
Enjoy
Ok thanks, ive installed and it dosnt seem to be taking to setting?
Ive changed dpi for the keyboard to 420 and its making no diff?
What am i doing wrong?
Scratch that, think its working now
Thanks for your help.
