I played a playstation 3 for the first time. Graphics are just horrible wow they wouldn't let me do anything but play demo games. I wanted to see what the playstations like to see if I want to buy it but the demo model doesn't let you use psn features.

I just came back from 4yrs in Germany. The 'fast food' there is so much better, sometimes it makes even the chain sit-down restaurants in the U.S. seem bad. And the real restaurants and small business joints, omfg, delicious!
Yes, some of the stuff doesn't look as pretty, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it.

I can build the ultimate burger in my own kitchen without having to listen to screaming brats in the background...

I like making my own burgers too, but I do them rather plain - just minced beef with some salt and pepper to season, and then slapped on a George Foreman grill to cook. I tend to make them the shape of bread and make sandwiches, rather than round ones.
What kind of home-made recipes do others use? It'd be interesting to spice them up a little.

The ingredient you are missing to make the perfect burger is... onion soup mix.
Add a full envelope to the mixture and shape the burgers. Then flour--eggs--flour and fry them.

As a fan of Burgers between buttered Toast, the square idea is rather appealing...and is in fact an imminent threat to my diet, thanks!
As for how i make them... Butcher fresh Minced Beef into bowl. Throw in an egg or two for binding. Breadcrumbs for drying. Finely chopped pickles, onions and chilie. Salt, pepper, puree tomato and ginger to season. Make patties, cover and put in fridge for a few hours prior to cooking. Grill to perfection, add a slab of cheese and eat between two halves of whatever bread product.
Anybody else feeling really hungry for a Burger right about now?

The only problem is that I live in Spain.. But next week I´m going for a full month vacation to my country and I promise to order the biggest possible chivito, take a picture of it and post it here, and I will eat it remembering all of you and your tiny burgers

The video that was released last night by a different uploader has the names of every single person in that video. They're from chicago.

I was bullied at school alot as a child.
Today i am goth.. i am a Metal head.
How did i deal with my bullies? i took them on one by one.. brought their little level back down and beat them up.

Remember in junior high this kid from special ed decided to pick a fight with me, he ended up smacking me causing my glasses to fall off, and his special ed buddies decided to destroy them, I really didn't want to punch the kid, I punched him once, the nurse later told me I broke his rib. lol

It's disgusting but thankfully they were just that dumb to provide the video that has now condemned them. I hope the authorities throw the book at them.

I always taught my kids to punch a bully in the face in front everybody and I wont be mad at them. Ill deal with the school, don't let some one pick one you like that (it will also allow other bullys to take notice and join in) My son did slap the **** out of one on the bus, I didn't condone it. A bully will leave you alone if you let them know you wont take it weather they are bigger or not. They'll find another wimp to pick on that will allow it. Its that simple.
Nothing like teaching kids self confidence and how to handle themselves in an uncomfortable situation inste of playing victim like our culture is pushing.

We're in the same situation but I took my first semester in college last August here in US, and so far so good.
Edit: I forgot that there were some racist that I met in my first semester. Yeah, f*ck them.

Fights seem to decrease once you are in college

Im in hs ny most ppl bully based on what you have like nobody wears aeropastle since its labeled as cheap brand names so ppl by polo,true religons,hollister a&f and ae not to be looked down upon

Bullying is usually at the high school level, Hormones are high, insecurities are popping up, and street violence follows the students into class.
Most of the trouble makers don't graduate high school much less make it to college.

Ah I remember High School. Some kid (remember, bigger than me) didn't like something I said. During class threatened me that I'll get beat up. I ignored him. In the next few days I always saw him with his buddies, I was always alone in the staircase, but his buddies had too much respect to touch me. It's fun being smart enough to control the crowd with just your posture. lol

so im chillin up here at college, just doin a little general studying and trying to stay on top of my course work and stuff. and the only thing i can think about right now is how good a Stella, carlsberg or a Nordeast would taste right now. anyone else feel the same way?

meh, its only a problem if you drink a case so lets say you have 11 out of a 12 pack...no big deal but yea i usually crave a nice lager at the end of the day, if i ever get around to getting to the liquor store, i usually only have like 2 bottles and im golden; i just love the flavor idk why.

I really like a local lager (Brooklyn Lager), it's not your typical Lager, and has the best mix of hops and other stuff.

could use a beer and a nice blunt or bong rip right now... doing college spanish homework got an oral presentation and i cant speak this language smdh..

This is how it looks like. I was at a party at their brewery like 8 months ago. They had a bunch of bartenders with drinks they invented them selves. Lets just say they all sucked, but then I went to where they had the beer. After having a few small cups, the guy behind the counter started giving me the big cups. lol. Nothing beats drinking in a place like a brewery being under 21 and getting piss drunk all because I was taking photos for a newspaper. lol. I also like Guinness and Sam Adams Octoberfest.

never tried a guiness but i want to...my favorites are stella artois, pilsner urquell, carlsburg, grainbelt nordeast, and pacifico...all great stuff to me...i need to find me one of them brewery parties ha

I like stella, I tried Carlsberg, but not really my type, didn't hear any of the other ones. What country are you located? Usually breweries have tours, where at the end you get to drink the nectar of the gods for free. lol

Still got a 1 1/2 years to go before I can legally drink beer. Am I really missing a lot from not drinking one?

im from around the Minneapolis area so we got the grain belt brewery here...i should defiantly check it out...and to the other poster....yes you are missing out on alot a good beer is more about getting the taste rather than the buzz...a good buzz is always nice tho ha

So in other words you are young(er than me). WHen you are of your age, you drink to get drunk. I know because I did that. Now, I actually enjoy the rich flavour of beer...but happen to get drunk while tasting it. lol

Do they treat everyone with understanding or does this person resemble Godzilla.
Is the boss all business or trusting enough to let things run?
Can you find the boss when need be or stays hidden so you get the blame?
Are they a clock watcher-nitpicker or pays no attention to a few gimmes as long the work is done on time?
Is the boss easy to work for or does everybody just live with attitude for pay?

My boss pretty terrible. She can not speak English, has poor management skills and has no idea what she's doing. She's not the prettiest woman but at least she got a nice bwooooooty

Our boss is rather.. insane. xD
Hide all the snacks, because if you look away they're gone.
If he's bored, he'll come over to see if we have anything interesting to watch. (I have a 1TB portable drive full of films and TVshows.)
Or he suddenly starts doing pushups on the stairs out of boredom. xD
Or do a fashionshow catwalk thing in the hall (we're a bodybuilder clothing brand. He is not a bodybuilder.... xD)
Also, randomly hands someone keys and tells them to go buy 14 bigmacs. xD

My boss is pretty typical. Acts like he is your friend, but you can tell, if you **** up, he will fire you on the spot. He is a company man to the core. Work at a large grocery distribution center. If we were not union, who knows how much people he would of fired.

With 35 years of clock punching I've had most every type of boss.
The great bosses usually didn't last long they always got moved out for better jobs.
The bad ones always stuck around till the union filed so many grievances they ran away.
I was kicked into the boss chair back in 2002.
Wow...talk about overwhelming!
I had women in my office crying, people ratting each other out, fist fights, investigations into willful property damage (aircraft parts), union rep in my office everyday, quality investigations, daily IT reports about network misuses, stand-up briefings with our center maintenance chief (USAF LT General), no more overtime...scary!
I wasn't very good at handling most things except the briefings, always had my facts straight and never lied.
Lasted a little under five years then bailed with an early out incentive.
Funny how you get the "we're gonna miss you around here" after the daily eye blackening.
Stress almost killed me...still get chest pains when I think about

I enjoy reading these...... So i guess ill add in I'm only 17 so not much work experience but I lifeguard at an Olympic sized usually popular pool...I have two main bosses and one is some big lady and the other is a very nice man their both scary to me but I like the guy better becuae he's more friendly...also I referee for soccer so no boss there...and I'm doing a scholarship/volunteer program at john Muir hospital and that's very fun and interesting nice boss there....

the first boss (well erm, supervisor) i ever had was a 21 year old hot chick who i was with in my 1st job, she was pretty, hot, and pretty.... and also she never got mad even though i was always late (30mins to be exact) every single day, i was 18 back then and worked for StraightTalk Wireless as a tier 1 customer and sales support agent, boy those were the times, i sometimes slept through work since i go to college in the morning whilst working in the graveyard shift and had a maximum of 5 hours sleep per day, she just taps my shoulder and says "don't let the seniors see ya", i really wonder why she let's me off the hook so easy, maybe it was because i was the teams top agent,
after that i had an indian boss, pretty cool guy, and he's the "democratic guy" who kicks ya out of you do something so stupid but yet lets you choose the options,
now i have american boss the "strict and sleek type" he doesn't like slacking around and wants you to be busy (i just act like im busy), he's okay since he'll defend his team from the corporate arseholes,

Ooooooh, you might be right. He gets weak.

My boss owns the company. He basically said "here, run the place...I've got other things to do"
He's alright.
After hurricane Sandy, we had a dispatcher and a couple drivers that had no place to go. I told him about it and he gave them temporary housing in one of his buildings.

The last boss I dealt with was in a word "lost."
Before any decisions he had to call his boss.
He'd get the shakes and turn white if he had to jump on anyone.
