Which is the best rom in preference to battery backup ?
I don't overclock the rom so which is the rom that has got maximum battery backup
If you want custom rom then, emanoN is the best rom with overclock feature too.. Or if in stock rom try "KS2" kernels.

i just need a rom with max battery backup
My vote goes for emaNoN, best battery service in my opinion
So just flash your mini with gingerbread 2.3.5 "xwks2 kernels" best battery backup
Sent from my GT-S5570L using XDA App
just try emanoN .. this quite saves your battery...
In preferrence to performance you can go to emanon v3

Subskype's RC_0 v1.2...by far the better rom than others...but battery drain is still a prob..except that it's super snappy..
Swyped from my first Android device....!

Try stocklite.
Or you could even try Cyanogenmod.

Do you install any script / mod for your battery? Because, I'm using SGSII ICS v9 too, but my battery is drain fast for just a day, for 3G and wifi.

Also, I don't like 7.1 very much and right now I'm waiting for 7.5.
So for now, I'd recommend the old version. (6.5 I guess?)
Lets make it clear for everyone.
Stock based rom = batt life saver
CM7 based rom = batt life eater
But in the end, it depends actually of the user how he uses his/ her phone to manage batt life.

i was using stocklite 7.5, before that one, stocklite version 6 (i think it was 6) but i found out that when i put it on 3g my battery drained too fast.. Now i'm using SGS 2 v.9 with 2g and i change it to 3g when i check flipboard, fb,etc

Hi guys !
I have a trouble with my samsung galaxy note n7000 battery ..when i was on ginger bread i had nothing ... but the problem has begun since i updated to ics ...and the trouble is :"when i use my phone from 100% to 88% (just an example) and then after a while in sleep mode i see the charge level indicates to 92 .. it increases without charging!!!
" i have installed speedmod k3-13 kernel on stock rom 4.0.4 .. i did "wipe data & cash & battery stats". and nothing changed .. the problem is present till now ... and i don't have a spare battery to try it
what is the problem in your opinion ? and what about suggested solutions .. is the problem from stock rom or ???
thanks in advance ^__^
i have experienced this will almost all the phones i owned till now.. even with ipods and ipads..
if i use it excessively, the battery shows that its drained to say 50 %... then i keep it back and it sleeps and wakes up as 60%...
Try getting a new battery
Flash a jb rom like cm10 or half illusion and flash hydracore kernel...it will be solved fr sure its a prob wid ics

mmmm ... thank you , but i always see this phrase when i want to install cm roms :
- Make sure to run CM9 or an AOSP-based ROM : FLASHING FROM STOCK ICS OR ROMS BASED ON STOCK ICS WILL RESULT IN A BRICK! - You're warned!
how can i solve it ???
Just follow the steps and steps only.you will not brick it.ok.
And please keep patience as flashing needs a hell lot patience....
Hit thanks button man....

Search in Google :"Upgrade Galaxy Mini to Gingerbread"
Follow the instruction, after you done you will be in 2.3.6 or 2.3.4, but it's still stock.
just read dev threads and flash something with good battery backup (cm7 by mebitek or kittenlinux most likely, with moderate use i had 3, sometimes 4 days without charging on it. in cm9 i have 2 days tops, but i'm happy with it)
