So today i was playing one of my apps on my galaxy ace and then all of a sudden my phone froze, shuts down, and goes in to a boot loop. I have never rooted my phone and i don't understand anything about roms and flashing. Will someone please help me.

You will loose all your data, apps, contacts, ALL.
1.- Power off your phone completely.
2.- Boot it, and while you press the power button, hold the menu button (middle one) until you get to a blue menu.
3.- Wipe data/facotry reset
4.- Wipe cache
5.- Reboot

I have tried that but a blue menu doesn't appear. I'm not sure if i'm doing this right or my phone is messed up.
Try volume up + home + power.

I tried this and nothing happen
Try to do volume up and down + home + power button
If that still doesnt work then u may have to take it to service centre as it is not ur fault and u have also never rooted it

Hello,
I have a problem with the Galaxy Ace S5830i.
When I turn on the phone, a black rectangle appears in the center of the screen. It appears in about 20 seconds. Then the phone keeps restarting itself. The phone is not rooted.
Please help!

rest factory settings
turn off your phone, then hold down home button and power button, after that chose from the recovery menu wipe data/reset factory settings ..good luck

Hi i have a samsung 5830, i have put a code i found in internet....what a nightmare, i lost everything.
I want to realive my phone.
When i turn on it keeps in a loop, no operating system, samsung logo, black screen,and a few seconds later the same, samsung appears, black screen...
Anyone know how can i recover my phone in emergency mode arm mode?

What is this code of which you speak?
What ROM did you have on your phone before?
Do you have CWM?
Can you boot the phone into Recovery mode or Download mode?
1. switch off phone.
2. press home button+power button till Samsung appears.
3. Navigate using volume up or volume down and select using home button.
4. Select clear data/factory data reset and clear cache.
5. Reboot

Done, but i do reboot and the phone stars a reboot and start a loop of restart.
What can i do then?

when i try to join recovery mode by press the button volume up and home button and power button it stop on samsung and under word samsung

If i try to enter in recovery mode (vol up+home+power) the phone says "ramdump mode".

firstly your mobile must be s5770 not s5770i secondly download a firmware which suits you from here http://droidangel.blogspot.com/2011/05/samsung-galaxy-mini-s5570-original.html
and then use this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1255305 to flash that firmware
and if you don't want to loose apps ask me again

Well my cellphone doesn't turn on, I reboot with TWRP and select Wipe System,Data and Cache :crying: ... Yeah I know why my cellphone works bad ... but later It just show the Sony's Logo when I tried to turn on.
I do Volumen Up + Power button ... vibrates 3 times, and I do Volumen Down + Power Button, but it still not working.

Thnks sir, I used flash tools and it works.
Suddenly my mi mix is stuck on this screen.
And the only button that works is power, volume up and down doesn't work so i can't choose another option, just reboot system, and that takes me back to that menu again, i tried to hold power+up and power+down to enter donwload mode (you know when appears that cartoon panda) and nothing.
What just happene? I don't understand, first time for me with this issue.

Have you flashed or wiped anything? Hold the power button for 10+ seconds to force reboot and see if it makes difference.
