I was groaning about the stand of things N7000 has been left with by Samsung. But BTW could the N7000 software be updated to a N7100 level? I mean with the new TouchWiz, etc? Any experiences so far?
Thanks
I say wait for the jb update and we will come to know

Hey Forum!
So I just flashed the 1.10.14 MIUI ROM from miuiandroid.com, however when I first booted it was all in Chinese, I then changed the language to Eng(UK) and now it's 90% in English, however there are still some entries in chinese, is this just my flashing gone wrong or are there anyone else with the same issue?
Kind Regards
~Neefy
I had the same thing, I think a reboot fixed it for me
Is it just English or Chinese?
Sent from two thumbs
yea mee too
Some sections are in Chinese still even after a reboot. minor things though. I think they are more theme related for me.
Though one annoying part is that its music player downloads lyrics in chinese
I flashed This ROM yesterday
The french version and it's completely translated
MIUI is not 'officially' supported for the IncS.
It is a 'forum supported' rom, which means it will not be as per specs in all features.
Yes, there are parts in Chinese & am not sure if this is gonna be fixed anytime unless they start official support, which also i don't see happening..

What?
No it is officially supported now.... Hence it being on the official site.
They announced it a while back, this is the official release we're talking about.

Well if that's the case, then it is awesome.
but this disclaimer still appears on the MIUI page????
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1183739
"This is a community support ROM only!
The developers do not provide much support for this ROM on these forums
Support is mostly provided on forums.MIUI.us
New release comes every Friday"
that doesn't show to be officially supported..
there are number of phones to which the ROMs have been ported, but am still on the fence.

Thanks for the heads up scoobysnacks!

They haven't even started a thread here...
Go to their official forum for support.
Miui.us and miuiandroid.com are completely different sites/groups.
The only thread here is by miui.us , which is a fan site

You can also choose another custom rom of your choice, but the GB is great.: DobrĂ½:
Hello,
this might seem like a bit of a silly question but I've read through all the Q+A's and other peoples questions but am still none the wiser for the S3 LTE I9305 uk version.
with the firmware of XXAL15 it doesn't appear that there are any roms out there, is this because they are all working on newer firmware, or will I have to wait until someone makes one for this firmware, or do I change the firmware to the same as what they are using in the rom.
Again apologies for any ignorance.
I think you mean the XXALI5 and not XXAL15
---------- Post added at 11:02 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:59 PM ----------
Btw you can flash the customROMs over the "XXAL15"
Best regards

I am not sure, if Manila and other main cities are introducing LTE then yes. Otherwise you can probably see it popping up in shops, if they have managed to get their hands on stock from HK.
*updated* I heard that Smart and Globe will be doing LTE in the near future but only in Manila to begin with.

Check www.sammobile.com choose firmwares and you will find what you want.
Advice: a lot of apps doesn't support GB anymore and you will loose the multi window feature.
Flash philz kernel on your stock JB. You will have better battery life and more stability.

These apps usually need to be ported. You can search if there are some which had been ported. I also remember some ports from the Z which are quite similar to 4.3. Try if there is something http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2335530 .
---------- Post added at 09:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:10 PM ----------
Actually, 4.2.2 ported from Z1 is pretty similar to 4.3. It is online as Pure-X-Blaster.
