Nova Launcher Prime Layout Details - Motorola Droid Bionic

Running Nova Launcher Prime on ICS .246 on the Droid Bionic
This is how the program will layout your dock & apps with the specified settings.
The hashed cubes are 72x72 px image files.
There is a 7 px buffer between dock and grid of which the first 3 px are for the slider.
Note that if no padding is added to the dock, the 5 icons will align with the non-padded upper grid and vice-versa.

This is very useful as I have decided to try and do a custom homescreen with a lot of inspiration from Black Bear Blanc..and use Nova prime as my launcher. I am wondering since you spent the time to make this if you may also know an easy way to make a "static"wallpaper that will fit on only 3 screens but also would be multiple images that would mesh together , already setup for placement of icons and widgets? To give you an idea of what I'm talking about, here is a link to Black Bear Blancs thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1804627
I'm hoping to learn enough about how the Bionic handles such a setup since the resolution is somewhat limited compared to the phones he is working with..and possibly make a theme for the dialer,etc.

Those are very nice! And not tiny at all, so don't worry
Here (just as an example) a screenshot using two of your icons on an HTC Magic (same resolution as a Hero).

What would also be quite nice (I think...) is to have these icons but without the rectangular background. I mean completely transparent... Maybe an option for later
Yup!!! Will do soon!, Thanks!!!
Cheers for this. Been looking for some new icon sets.

Working on Custom Icons/ LP Docks

I've started fooling around with photoshop and started making custom icons and launcher pro docks. Here's a sample of some of the stuff I've made, I just wanted to get some opinions on these (kind of new at this) as I continue working on stuff and post them. Thanks!
1.Phandroid. 2.DolphinHD. 3. Appbrain. 4. Angry Birds. 5. VoiceSearch/Vlingo start listening action. 6. SkyMaps 7. Camera

I put them on my screen using desktop visualizer (1x1 for the icons 2x1 for voice actions) since just replacing shortcut image makes it look too small (on my screen at least).
+Here's a bonus lp dock (I'll probably be making one to match the icons sometime):
So yeah, any thoughts/critiques on what I've made would be appreciated .
EDIT:
Here's that matching dock
That dock is hot but I am not a fan of the box icons

Thanks for the feedback.
I'll continue to play around with photoshop and see what else I can come up with. Is there something specific about the box icons you don't like (i.e. shape, size, color, etc...) or is it just not your thing? (I decided to make the background around the icon since I was having trouble finding properly sized icon pics to work with -just copied from appbrain) I want to get an idea of what people want and don't want to see.
Thanks!
Just looking for something different than the iphone looking icons. Just not my bag of tea. The icons do look nice though. I really like the color scheme also.

[Q] Make EVO look like Honeycomb

OK guys, here's my mission:
I want to make my EVO look like it's running Honeycomb. As close as humanly possible to that.
What I've got down so far:
Mock Lockscreen
Circle Battery Mod (It goes back and forward between circle and normal battery)
One More Clock honeycomb clock
Honeycomb Analog Clock
Wallpapers
App Icons
Honeybread CM7 (T-Mobile Theme Engine) Theme
Images of things I've gotten to work

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
What I want to get working still:
A launcher as close to the HC launcher as possible
HC launcher icons
HC Small Digital Clock (See images)
Sample images to point out what I want
If possible, I want the dock in portrait mode to stay in the position it is now, or like the picture shown above. I'd also like for the dock to move to the left when in landscape mode, if possible, as shown in the stock HC images.
If you have any ideas, suggestions, apps, tips, tutorials, etc to make this happen PLEASE let me know. Thanks!
Can anyone help?

Have a look in the Galaxy Tab themes section. I've made a pretty damn good (if I say so myself ) clone of Honeycomb that contains a zip of pngs for DesjtopVisualizer of Honeycomb Widgets

[LOCKSCREEN] Windows7 Login Style with variations

My profile Picture is 180x186 pixels. It looks better if you give it slight rounded corners and a border. (Only in the first preview)
Profile Pic was set as the background of an Elixir Widget and the application it linked to was my launcher (or anything that takes you to the homescreen)
The text below it ( "Name, Locked" )was made with minimalistic text.
Layout done with WidgetLocker, so there is lots of room for customization and improvement. I'm also considering doing a slider in the style of the password field in Win7.
Backgrounds are zipped.
Enjoy!

Nice concept.

Could you tell me how to do it exactly?

Great concept, thanks for the idea

wallpapers, gimp, multipicturelivewallpaper

I apologize if this is in the wrong place. But I figured this would be the best place since we have a lot of themers that use photoshop and Gimp.
I decided to start creating my own wallpapers with Gimp. I'm setting my image to a 960x800. However, when I try and set with multipicture live wallpaper on my phone, it cuts it off on the left side when set to 'show full screen' and shortens too much when set to 'show whole image'
I'll attach screens to better illustrate.
So exactly what dimensions do I need to set when using Gimp to make my wallpapers work with my phone screens.
I have a 4.3" screen with ADW ex as the launcher.

Ideally, it should be showing up like the right hand picture but with the home/media/tools text on the left.
Dont know if this will help but this is what i do when I use Multiwall.
I usually use 3 screens on my phone so I make a wallpaper 1440x800 since my res is 480x800 .
I Then crop my wallpaper into Three 480x800 pieces . Then when i get into Multi wall I set it up for the 3 screens and put one on each screen and I dont lose anything .
Hope this helps
Have you tried Super Wall Lite ? That might be an easier option, not too familiar with it though.
I'll check out superwall.
I typically only use 3 screens myself. I have my main screen, a calendar screen, and then a miscellaneous screen. I use folders and shortcuts a lot.
Thanks given!
