I received the OTA ICS update and applied the Radiocomm edit now when I boot I get non stop FC for com.android.phone what do I do???
Wipe data and the com.android.phone FC will stop. Then you can do the other edits to the build.prop if required, to get everything working properly with domestic GSM carriers.

Ever since I've updated to Gingerbread I get this error when I start up my phone or turn wifi on.
Sorry! The application TetheringManager (process com.tecace.tetheringmanager) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
This happens on my wife's phone also since the update to Gingerbread. Any ideas how to prevent this? The phone seems to function fine after force closing, but it's just annoying. Sorry if this issue is addressed somewhere else, I tried searching, but didn't find anything specific to this problem.
are you rooted? if so just freeze it with it with tibu pro..or with a root file explorer go to /system/app and add a .bak extension at the end of the apk name then reboot.
I just upgraded to stock GB yesterday. Got the TM error. Had read elsewhere that a Factory Data Reset does the trick.
It does.
Just do a Factory Data Reset and you'll be fine.
I have a note N7000 that I got on tuesday. It worked wonderfully until today when I activated the phone with t-mobile. Now the dialer opens and I can type exactly 1 number before it hard locks. Rebooting the phone doesn't help, removing the t-mobile sim doesn't help either. The dialer worked just fine before activating the phone with my carrier.
Error message I get:
"Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped."
I'm running ICS installed via wifi upon first bootup of phone. I rooted it with rootgalaxynote method and added CWM. Otherwise stock rom. Any thoughts?
Well I had to do a factory reset but it did resolve the problem. Clearing cache did not help!
ICS Reset is a strict NO NO. Be very careful or you might end up bricking the phone.

Does your APN settings set up properly?
I haven't been able to get 3G after the latest OTA (Sense 6). Everything worked great before the update and now I can only get 4G.
If I try to force the phone to CDMA I get bars but can't get data. Can't update my PRL or Profile or anything.
Hello!
I have a D405N.
After flashing the latest build (02/02) of CM11 by Quarx I've lost 3G/data.
I'm only able to receive/make phone calls and receive SMS (can't send them).
I've tried flashing the ROM again - No success.
I've tried cleaning everything, reflash ROM and GAPPS - No success.
I've tried reverting to old build - No success.
I've tried configuring SMSC manually (to send SMS) - No success.
My phone just keeps stuck in 2G.
In Android service menu (*#*#4636#*#*) it reads: GPRS: Off.
Tried to manually enable data connection - No success.
I've even tried to manually set APN for network access - No success.
I also noticed that when I'm going through the initial setup my phone doesn't get the date/hour correctly....
You guys have any other suggestiong besides flashing the KDZ file?
Thanks!

That's weird, but it sound like you are flashing a stock rom from the wrong region, where are you getting your kdz? your region match that kdz?
